There was only one girl working at 8am. It was very busy and she did great. Another girl showed up while I was waiting and a lady in line behind me wqw served before me. Also a customer was trying to tell them they were doing a great job and they totally ignored her. 🙁

Ordered a drink on Wednesday, got to the car and realized it was the wrong beverage after leaving, called and Price Chopper answered the phone and put me on hold, not sure if it was a Price Chopper employee or a Starbucks employee I talked with after that, whoever it was, whats a nice sounding lady and told me to come back in at my convenience and my drink would be remade.I went back today and told the guy working at Starbucks what had happened, and he would not honor it.I asked to talk with a manager, and a PriceChopper manager named Torrrie came to talk with me, she would not honor it either, saying that no one told her about it.Obviously frustrated and disappointed at the lack of customer service I asked for her name and the guys name who was working at Starbucks so I could write a review on them.Torrie immediately got defensive and told me I needed to leave.I turned and asked the guy working at Starbucks what his name was, and Torrie yelled at security and said I was harassing people.The security guy was nice enough, and seemingly understandable about the situation.I left, and wont ever be back, and hope this review sheds light on the lack of customer service by PriceChopper managers and Starbucks employees.

The staff are always kind and personable when I visit. They move quickly. The only drawback is that this location does not recognize the points from using the app 🤷🏾‍♀️

I come in every single day- I order the same venti iced vanilla latte with an extra shot.She had it ready before I even paid, they’re on top of it and make my coffee perfect ☺️

Ordered their holiday special frappe the Peppermint Mocha and a Ham and Swiss croissant.The barrista asked me to clarify if I wanted a sandwich or a croissant. I clarified I only wanted the ham and Swiss croissant and pointed at it.They gave me the sandwich, which was stale, cold and hard and then gave me an iced latte.I was blamed for the wrong order because apparently they get to decide what youre going to get even if you order something different? No apologies at all.Wont be going back. Ill go to Belton next time.First time Ive ever had an issue with a Starbucks.

If you are a Starbucks Rewards member, this location does not accept rewards & you would have to use your receipt to try & get your stars which could be a hassle. If you want your stars go to another location.

Faulty cups leaking along the seam soak your hands and create more work for the actual store.

I ordered a venti white chocolate mocha Frappuccino. What I got back was a vanilla creme Frappuccino and the barista swore it was white chocolate mocha. I’m not going to stand there and argue. I was so mad. First, I ask for change for $10 so I can tip them. The girl couldn’t count back change!!! She gave me a $5 bill for a $10 bill, then I said no, a $5 and 5 $1’s. She hands me 5 $1’s. I again said no and said a $5 and 5 $1’s. She looked me dead in the eye and said I don’t understand. I for sure wouldn’t want someone working for me that can’t give back change. Finally the other lady, who screwed up my order, had to help her out. This isn’t the first mishap there. I will NOT be back. Terrible service! 08/22/2020 Starbucks inside Grandview, Mo Price Chopper

Love this Starbucks. But Kelli is the only one here working with a line of 15 people backed up. & she is being so kind a considerate despite being backed up. Let’s get more Starbucks workers to work a Sunday morning shift.

Girls were nice and friendly and fast

Good variety, chicken sausage is delicious and so is the cheese Danish. Great for if you just need a little something on the go.

They never got my order wrong and even had brownies. Of course I dropped it but still they had it.

I actually went to the Grocery store, that day, But I have Enjoyed the Frappe, cappuccino and Lattes from this Location. And I have enjoyed my trips to the Counter

Its unfortunate that the only Starbucks close to me is in the Price Chopper. I gotta park 900 miles away, wait in line for an incredible amount of time just to get my iced coffee, lukewarm, no ice and a mess of caramel all over the cup.. Every single time. It takes everything I have to go get my coffee every day at this place. I just wish there were more conveniently located stores with better people and better products

Last Saturday morning around 9 we met some family at this location. I wish I had wrote down her name but the girl working the register seemed to hate her job. She was pushy- never smiled, and seemed bothered by questions. Then the other employee making drinks never asked for our names- never acknowledged we were even there. She just kept pushing out our drinks- didnt say what they were or anything. When your spending a good amount on coffee is it too much to ask for the customer service to be good too? Our drinks were good- the omelette mini thing was mushy- but otherwise the drinks hit the spot. The area was clean, and so was the sitting area that we enjoyed our coffees at in price chopper. I will just skip this location going forward for sure.

I love Starbucks there stuff there are amazing u should try it out they have plenty of choices.I recommend the pumpkin bread or the cheese Danish because right now u missing out on somed good food and drinks and shakes and cake pops. You dont have to try it but I really recommend it a lot.

Called price chopper to see if this Starbucks honored the happy hour for gold card members. Got transferred/put on hold for 3 minutes and the phone got disconnected. Called back and got put on the same hold, for 8 minutes and then I gave up. Bummed.

I love Starbucks cinnamon dolce latte, skim milk, 2 extra shots espresso! My fav this time of year! I usually get a tall or grande. I also like the white mocha latte. I get 2 pumps white choc with of course 2or3 extra shots espresso. I never get whipped cream. One more I like, its a splurge, chia tea latte skim milk no water extra hot! I do not like their drip coffee, too acidic for my taste. I like French pressed coffee. If you have not tried this you must☕😊

I went in this morning for two venti dark drips with cream. I was the first in line, but still came out twenty minutes later with two SMALL drips that were half empty. I tried and tried to get the service individuals attention, but they were too busy having a transphobic conversation with the next customer. The cashier was slow counting my money, and got no support from her team mates. One of them was leaning on the mini oven pretending to sleep. No one attempted to right my situation, support their team member, or act with any sort of efficiency. Besides the lack of service, I was assaulted by a very unprofessional conversation about whether the cashier was a man or woman. I felt bad for the cashier because their team mates and customer were openly mocking them. As I am very dissapointed in my experience, I will not be returning to this location for my beverages.

I got here 12min before closing and the guy is going to tell me they close a little before 8:00p.m when the time on the website specifically says 8:00p.m . That’s not how it should be, he should’ve closed exactly at 8:00p.m . There was more then 1 customer that had gone to buy and he was cleaning up when it wasn’t 8:00p.m yet .
