Justin is the man! He was able to hook me up for a nice price for the work. This is the only dealership Ive been to that didnt try to stick me with upcharges. They do honest work and were okay with me picking my car up after-hours since I had a door key. Thanks guys!

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. They were rude and did not want to talk to me and my fiancé. Just because we were young adults (21) shouldnt mean anything. We were looking to buy a car and they guy we talked just started to lie to us saying things like the there are only 7 fiat 500 abarth left in the whole United states that are new which was not true. And then he proceeded to tell me that the 124 abarth’s do not have the same motor in it which i was looking up on my phone and they have the exact same motor. In the end he wouldnt let us test drive any of the new cars even though we had cash in hand and when we asked if we could maybe test drive or get a used car that they had in the lot. He said “I will call someone who is in charge with all those cars and get them right on over they are standing over there”. Well he walked over and just started to laugh and make jokes with the other salesman and we waited about 30-45 minutes and no one ever came back. This goes down as the worst dealership experience i have ever had and they lost all my sales in the future.

Justin is a fabulous team leader in the fiat service area. The mechanics are polite, three waiting area has coffee, and even a desk (sometimes). Take a walk in the Maserati showroom, just for fun. Personally, Ill take the Spider.

We bought a Fiat 500 here in 2014 and it’s been a good continuing experience. Been back at least 5 more times for recall work, oil changes, minor repairs. Scheduling, staff knowledge and courtesy, and work quality has all been good. Having bought from other crappy local dealerships like Betten Baker and Berger Chevy - this is a good one.

We just purchased our second FIAT from Zeigler, and in both cases the experience was outstanding! Mike and the sales team were great in supplying information and providing test drives. Their pricing was excellent, and the whole purchase process was quickly and professionally handled. A great facility, and a staff that is most pleasant to work with.

I went to get my car looked at and they did help me but they cant work on my car I didnt get my car from them.I got it next door to them.But they are cool.And I took the car where it needed to be worked on.And the manager was very cool and real with me.

I bought my Fiat from them in May of 2014. Exceptional service, they will not rest until the customer is happy. I worked with Mike Kaffenberger to put on some local events for Fiats, and it was a pleasure.I would recommend to buy a car from Mike. Hes honest and will get you the best deal he can.

I really liked the salesmen who sold me my car as he was quite friendly and helpful. No complaints about the salesmen.The purchasing process itself felt very long and disjointed. Ive certainly seen it go quicker but they did keep reassuring me that they were moving as fast as they could and it seemed like getting me in and out was a priority. Im not sure why it was such a long process that included me waiting 20-30 minutes in between steps, but at least they were fairly attentive during the waiting. Also, I did not think I was going to be buying a car that day so I had my dog with me and they were very accommodating to him.I truly disliked meeting with the sales manager person to sign the final papers. I have had to do this at other dealerships but this experience was much longer and the sales manager did a lot more than I have seen in other places. I would prefer to do as much as possible with the salesman who Ive already gotten to know. Also, the sales manager made a comment that I should get the extended warranty along with the comment, Well, its a Fiat..., implying that this car is going to break relatively soon. This isnt what I wanted to hear while signing the papers to buy the car.The salesman did offer to have the dealership install heated seats when I mentioned we were planning to do that. I agreed to have the dealership go ahead and do it until I asked that night if they were going to install OEM equipment in my car. It was then that I found out they were sending the car 35 miles away to have aftermarket parts put in it. I was kind of horrified and cancelled the order immediately. It still bothers me that the dealership was going to have another company install aftermarket parts in my brand new car and not even tell me about it. This might be fairly standard for all dealerships though so I cant say it is a problem with this one.The heated seat issue prompted a call to the Fiat parts department to see if I could get some help ordering parts so we could install the original heated seats on our own. The man I spoke to was entirely unhelpful and clearly didnt care to assist me in this at all. He told me he would have to physically disassemble a Fiat that already had heated seats so he could tell me what to order. Now, I am pretty sure I know what to order from a 20 minute internet search. He has all the service manuals at his disposal plus the ability to contact other people at Fiat who might know more so I dont believe for a second that the information I was requesting was impossible for him to get. I can only hope it goes better when I am due for my first service interval on this car.

I bought my Fiat 500 four months ago, and both the Fiat and Zeiglers have been great. Rick worked with me to find the best deal possible, and I was able to literally drive the car off the showroom floor that night. The car is a ball to drive and is incredibly maneuverable. The super tight turning circle makes it perfect for getting around in Downtown GR or Eastown. I took it in for an annoying buzz in the dashboard. I couldt really tell where it was coming from and didnt envy them the job of finding it, since there are so many things that could nave been causing it. In a relatively short time, they found that one of the small menu buttons was vibrating against the speedometer housing. They made a slight adjustment, and its been buzz-free ever since. I would not hesitate to recommend Zeigler or Fiat to my friends.
