My husband and I have been customers of this location since we have been residents of this area which has been over 4 years. Store #1739 was our go to place to get business work completed until my husband was treated rudely by a regular employee by the name of James I. who has helped us on numerous occasions. We will definitely take our business elsewhere to receive great customer service with dignity and respect. I work in the customer service field so I know the way to approach customers even in uncomfortable situations, you are expected to act respectful and courteous because if you choose not to this will cost you your creditability and repeat business. Thanks a lot James I. you have opened the door for us to give another company a chance to profit from our business!
Two people walked in after me. Jessica helped them as I stood waiting to pick up a print order. What kind of courtesy is that? Won’t be back. There’s much better locations with employees trained in common sense customer service. They were dropping of packages, I just had to pick up a prepaid print order. She also didn’t greet me.
Really horrible customer service from Jim. He couldnt sound less enthusiastic if he tried. All I wanted was to spend money there.

Shannon and Angela were down right amazing! We had a last minute order of 300 funeral invitations and they were able to get it done in 25 minutes ! They helped us organize the pages and made the process so much easier and less complicated! I will always recommend this FedEx! The compassion and kindness means so much ❤️
My service on Saturday morning was delightful. The young woman helping me went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed. Ill use this location next time I need to ship something.
I was present for the event Ian Kelley spoke of. He spoke highly wrong of Angela. She was calm, spoke respectfully, and attempted to explain the situation. The customer was very rude, demeaning, threatening, along with swearing profusely. He also slammed doors, waved his arms and hands profusely, and slammed against counters. Angela has always been a tremendous asset to this location and FedEx as a whole. I have worked with her for many years now. She is an extremely hard worker, with an extremely pure soul.
I’ve had nothing but trouble with FedEx! Every package that we try to have shipped to us through FedEx always ends up having to be picked up from their location out in the middle of nowhere that takes us 30 minutes to drive to. When we ask them to please hold it at a location closer to our home they don’t listen and still send it to the location that is further away. When we have packages that don’t require signatures, they still require a signature and we still can’t pick it up unless we go to the location that is far away. And there is no option to have a signature online like you can with UPS instead they will not drop it off at our apartment which we are not here when they are trying to deliver a package. It is not feasible for us to be home when we are OK with it being left by the door as all of our neighbors bring in packages. When asked they said that they will never deliver a package without a delivery regardless of if there is a signature or not that is needed. I try now not to have any packages through FedEx as they are the worst.
Even during the holidays I’ve had amazing experience here. Easy to get in and out. Usually great employee assistance & pricing.

One person working, she was helping someone, was trying to print on the self serve machine and it kept saying ask for assistance. I asked if it was broken, she looked at it and prompted me to enter my info again, Ive done this 6 times already, still was not working. She then made a comment to the girl at the desk that she had to help these impatient people. your machine wasnt working and you did nothing to try to help fix it, I now have to drive 15 minutes to print somewhere else, rude employee, you should never talk about another customer in the store especially one you cant even help out.

Terrible!! A classmate and I got our final project printed there last semester. We submitted our projects only one hour apart. My classmate was going to pick them up, so I placed his name on my project as well so they would let him pick it up. We went to pick it up, they had mine ready but not my classmates. They tried to tell me that it was all there for my classmates name even though it wasnt. We waited for them to try and retrieve his documents and finally they got it figured out just in time for us to turn it in. However, they duplicated random pages and left some out...our final project and it was missing pages! They told us we would be refunded our money...that was early December....still havent received one red cent!
Angela was outstanding. Recommend this location 100 percent. Just be sure to arrive by 9pm.
I usually go to Staples around the corner to get my stuff laminated. Never had a problem with them. This time, the laminator was down for repairs, so they pointed me in the direction of this FexEx acround the corner.I went in there to get several cardstock components from a board game laminated. Apparently, their service is self-serve only, so the customers cant complain when their things get wrecked. And I understand that; I had a lady helping me who couldnt touch the machine, but showed me what to do. And that is the CRAPPIEST, BROKEN laminator I have ever used. Completely ruined what I was trying to protect. Whats worse, is their cutter was dull and busted too. I had to pay for FedExs broken equipment to ruin what I was trying to protect! Unacceptable! I walked away with a major loss, one that I had to pay for! I will never do business with their print shop again.Seriously, go to Staples. Or anywhere else. But I wouldnt trust this print shop if I had no other choice.
NOTHING BUT ISSUES! ANGELA IS A LAZY POOR EXCUSE FOR FEDEX EMPLOYEE!!WENT IN TODAY AFTER SEVERAL PHONE CALLS HOPING TO GET A PACKAGR SET UP. ARRIVED LATER THAN 6PM SO OBVIOUSLY IT WOULD SHIP TOMORROW MORNING. NO BIG DEAL....AS SOON AS I ARRIVED ANGELA WAS QUICK TO LET ME KNOW THAT MY PACKAGE WAS ABOVE 81 AND ACORDING TO HER THAT IS FREIGHT RESPONSIBILITY...WRONG! FUNNY HOW THE 28TH ST LOCATION SHIPPED IT WITH NO ISSUES WHATS SO EVER.I LEFT FURIOUS! OUT TO MY VEHICLE TO GET MY SHIPPING LABEL AND RECEIPT THAT I ACQUIRED ONLINE. SHE LET ME RIGHT AWAY THAT IF I WAS GOING TO GET UPSET SHE WOULD KICK ME OUT. I WAS CALM USED NO HARSH LANGUAGES AND DID NOT THREATEN HER AT ALL...I WAS MERELY UPSET. SHE REFUSED TO LOOK AT MY PAGES. I TRIED TO REASON WITH HER AMD REQUESTED A MANAGER...SHE REFUSED TO OFFER ANY INFORMATION OR TO TAKE MINE DOWN FOR A CALL BACK FROM MANAGER. AT THIS POINT I ASKED HER NAME...SHE REPLIED BY SHRUGGIMG AND PULLING HER SHIRT TO REVEAL NO NAME TAG!!! SHE HAD IT ON THE FIRST TIME I WAS IN AND TOOK IT OFF!!!! REFUSED TO GIVE ME HER NAME AND SAID SHE WAS CALLING THE COPS....FOR WHAT? I WILL BE ESCALATING THIS WITH FEDEX AND HER MANAGMENT! I AM A BUSINESS OWNER AND SHIP SEVERAL PACKAGES MONTHLY..SHE IS NOT ONLY HURTING MY BUSINESS BUT SHE IS HURTING FEDEX ASWELLI WORKED FOR THE COMPANY AND WOULD NOT DREAM OF SUCH BEHAVIOUR!STEER CLEAR!28TH STREET WAS PROFESSIONAL AND VERY VERY SYMPATHETIC TO MY ISSUE WITH THIS LOCATION.

I was emailed saying my package is ready to be picked up so I drove the 20 minutes up there and there were closed do to an emergency not cool Im guessing that someone called in do to the snow storm not a emergency in my opinion waste of time and money FedEx is the worst they require you to be there at time of delivery but dont give you a time when they will be there so after the first attempt I looked up what time they came so I decided to go into work late since they came the day before right at 9 sat around until noon before I had to go in to work and they showed up at 1
