The guy in shipping is an A$$. They should train their employees to be nicer to drivers!

Darci answered the phone and couldnt have been nicer. She found the appropriate information I needed quickly and provided the direction I needed to deliver the merchandise I had. Mark received the materials and was kind enough to assist me in the off-loading. Class A folks at PCA!

I would give it zero star, and hope will never comeback here, morning shift 6/7/21 guy at Receiving roller stack isnt helpfull or have issues with other people being, been there since 10am trying to unload with an open schedule 8a-5pm made me wait there from 10am till 8pm to unload, he told me that somebody gonna come to let me know to backup waited nobody came after 10hrs wait, lost my driving hours when I went to check at 7.45pm found a new shift they never knew that I was at the yard to unload, although docks were empty checked with him 2 times he just refused to unload To be. Honnest guy had no manners zero compassion being stuck in a truck w/o food another guy today had same issue with him. If you hate your life or job just go do smtg else.

Super bad place for drivers, after I wait here for 7hrs to get loaded I go in and ask them for using microwave they said NO, I’m never come back here

Checked in got in line 3 ahead of me about 15 minutes per truck .have to slide rears to back, open door back in drop trailer pull out a few feet away, then hook back up paperwork will be laying on dock at back of trailer.

Bad, bad news for drivers picking up here.3+ hrs to get loaded.Never again to pickup a load here they dont care about live loads.

Pretty quick on the paper unloads, about 30min.

By appts.. can be their 45mins early to check in and you have to open bay doors and close it. Then hope they open it to let you out...

It is true, youll have to wait few hours to get loaded. They are filling trailer all the way. Plus no one seem to be in urgent mode for live load.. overall its not bad place, people are decent, there is a lot of room, and best of all they are open 24/7, so, you cant miss the freight..

Nightmare for a truck driver,,,they atleast need 6-7 hours to load,,,there is no management here..

Get their early and you wont have any problems. Wait until the last minute to arrive, you will have to probably wait. What else is new. Get over it

Never go for pick up this company I was waiting for 10 hours and lost a day of work

They have first come first serve loading docks and if you are an OTR driver you may be there awhile.

Got here on my appointment time, they took me straight into the dock, also very friendly staff
