Small location near the dry cleaner. Small town feel with everything I needed: copies; bright envelopes; overnight mailing; NOTARY on site. I called ahead and the person on the phone was kind and thorough with helpful tips.. On location the small space with 2 employees (wearing awesome pro boxer shirts) that were efficient and polite/playful despite the heavy traffic. She triple checked the address before dropping it into the outgoing mail. Prices were comparable to anywhere else.

So sorry I missed her name, but yesterday what an awesome experience I had and I so want to thank her and yes my package got there in time. 5 stars isnt enough for her help and courtesy !!🤗👍

I was given the wrong tag Fedex tag for 2 international shipments. I had to reclaim the packages, which was a problem compounded by the fact that they keyed in the wrong return address from my clearly printed label. They were unable to get through the Fedex phone tree to speak with a representative which I accomplished with in 2 minutes and corrected it myself. I understand one honest mistake but there were multiple mistakes here and it created a mess I had to resolve.

I couldnt say enough good things about them if I tried. The employees go SO far above and beyond - they are always friendly, they are helpful and knowledgeable with any question Ive ever asked them, and they take customer service to a whole new level. I always look forward to the end of the day because I know I get to go in and see this wonderful group of people!! :)

We at A & S Outdoor Solutions and Happy Michigan use the Pak Mail office in Grandville, MI almost every week. We love walking in there and knowing the packages are going to be taken care of. We simply give them our packages and they tell us the best way to ship our packages to our customers. We recommend them to anyone shipping anything out!

Call themselves a UPS store and have an account with AT&T but wouldnt ship modem. ATT said i shouldnt need any paperwork but Pak Mail refused me. Long time patron but no longer.

Very helpful people. I was able to log into my email and print my label, they boxed everything up and off it went. Hassle free.

I used this service for the first time to ship frozen sausage to Florida and was told the shipment would arrive on Friday. It is nor expected to arrive until Monday so the perishable item will not be any good. FedEx said it should never had been sent ground and they should have never shipped it that way and the cost by air was just a minimal amount more. I am very disappointed and would like to be reimbursed because I never would have paid to ship it for a Monday arrival.

If you like poor customer service and very little information this is the place for you. I dropped off a ups package and 2 usps packages last Friday. I called this store on Monday because I had not received a check in email yet from anywhere. They told me the packages were no longer at their office and they cant help it if the driver didnt scan them. Here we are a full week later, the ups package was delivered today, but the usps packages have disappeared. Pak Mail is not interested in helping find the packages, just in making sure I know it wasnt their fault.

Bad service. I went there to ship a guitar and when I told them them the address they put the wrong one in and when I corrected them they said they would change it and make sure it would get to the right address. They did not change it and shipped it to the wrong address even though I had told them to Change it. If you value what you are shipping I would not recommend using them. Bad customer service, now I am out a guitar and the money.

I have been living in Grandville for ten years, and I have always used the Pak Mail on Chicago Drive for my shipping needs. Every time I visit this location, the staff is very friendly and helpful. They are careful with the items I am shipping, and my packages have always arrived to their destinations without any difficulty. I would highly recommend this location to all.
