We went in for curtains and didnt buy the curtains, but bought a beautiful sectional! Jeff was a true professional, answered all our questions, and was helpful and informative, without being pushy. There was an awesome sale along with 48 month free financing, so we couldnt resist! Our sectional is on order, and if the rest of the transaction is as pleasant as the purchase, we will be very happy!

Not happy. Penney is in violation of TRUTH IN ADVERTISING! They sent coupons for 20 percent off. But not for a coffee pot or crockpot. They consider those as electronics. That was in the FINE PRINT. So fine the average person could not read without a magnifying glass.

Oh my goodness. Bought a new washer and dryer..They were delivered 3-4 days later. Washer didnt work upon hook-up but they took our older washer with them. New one was suppose to be delivered a week later..yes, an entire week later...nope. Called delivery people and they said they had nothing for us and had no future delivery date. Now is going on our jcp card. What the heck? Going today to speak with them directly. Getting our money back and they can come and get the dryer that we never used. Also said they would credit our jcp for $50 for hassle last week, havent received it on our card yet. Said they would send an email later that day, no email. Bad business. Dont think WE will be using our jcp card anytime soon. #hopingtogetourmoneyback.

The regular JC Penny department store is across the street at the University Park Mall. It DOES NOT have a home store. This store, however, is a much nicer and larger home store than could possibly fit at the malls store. They had exactly what I was looking for, and it was on clearance! The item I went there for was a very specific model of a hand citrus press I saw on a mixology video on YouTube. Pennys was the only place on Michiana that had them on stock, and for $8 LESS than any deal on the Internet! The online best price was $24.99 and I paid $17 and change. They had so many nice products there, that I had to force myself to be responsible and put a few things back... not all of them though!... oops!

Went to buy a dryer for $379 with all the hidden fees it came to $589 dont know how they stay in business doing that. Smh
