Affordable prices service is good service is always good good customer service always on top of things always in stock never had a problem with them always will take items that I selected throughout the time back but the only one problem I ever had was I would want to go return item that was past 90 days and I did have the receipt mind you I did have the receipt didnt matter they were going to give me store credit instead of giving my cash back which really deterred me so therefore are you only give him three stars other than that Im afraid is a well good place oh mind you customers if you want to get the business account I prefer it because you can get more discounts and even sometimes 100% off almost tools or sections in the store or on the catalog plus I get coupon sent to my phone on their harbor freight app.

Great place to buy cheap tools and stuff N thangs

HFT prices have gone way up and the quality is still the same MEH. I needed some tools for my new car I wanted some metric sockets and wrenches and screwdrivers and pliers a crescent and vice grips and side cutters and linemans pliers etc. The had a $200 set same with home Depot too much stuff youll never need and not enough of what youll actually use. I went to TS and got what I needed for $51decent quality stuff for JIC I hope I never need it but if I do I have it and still have $$ for gas.

What I was unable to find staff was right on it. Very helpful and prices are good.

They had a sale on a framing square I wanted and they had it in stock. There were several other items I wanted and they had several of the items but their stocks were low so I could not get all I wanted.

I always spend to much money here but jus cant help myself lol as always fairly decent stuff at a great price, so why not buy a great amount cheaper than name brand stuff when youre not gonna be using it on a constant basis!

Cheap tools at a cheap price.

Its cheaper than the rest of the hardware stores but at same time, some things the term you get what you pay for is very true. So the quality may not always be the best but in a pinch and on a budget its a good go to place.

It was okay, they had something that will work for what I’m doing but they didn’t have the ideal tool. The teller didn’t have enough cash for change so that was interesting. Other than those things it was a harbor freight.

Typical Harbor freight but this location has some of the worst employees I’ve ever seen, they apparently hate their job and haven’t been managed correctly, I am in there once or twice a week and it never changes. Especially the girl that works the counter

Theyve got most everything and anything you could need tool wise. Not pro level, but they work really well for the do it your selfer or someone wanting to set up a starter shop.

Great discount prices, just not the greatest quality. I just dont get surprised when something I bought from here just doesnt seem to compare to something bought from a more reputable or higher end store. But I guess thats the price you pay in exchange for cheaper merchandise. Not always a bad thing tho, Im a bargain shopper first and foremost! I love me a deal or a sale or something cheaper that looks exactly the same as the expensive one! Ill take it! Knock off brands or store brands are my best buys most of the time to be honest. This HF is the best Ive ever shopped at. With the exception of one employee who crosses out the coupons, the rest are awesome. Always friendly and ready to help.Very clean. Never an empty box in the isles and well stocked. Yeah, sometimes something breaks, but just return it and get another one. Some things need that good old American ingenuity, but we all know that and its part of the fun of making Chinese junk into something better.Cheers

This is a clean, well lit, well run Harbor Freight.Assuming you know the drill (pun intended), Harbor Freight has less-expensive brands, usually manufactured offshore. They have a big coupon / marketing program, and you pretty much have to play that game to get best prices on things.The people at this store in particular are always friendly and willing to help with finding things, and they understand the need for coupons to work.

They got good stuff cheap! I returned an air compresser and got a bigger one. No hassles great service friendly employees. They even came out in the rain and loaded in my truck with smiles. And have a nice day.

Happen to get tie down straps that were on sale. Also love their 20% off coupon that makes it even cheaper. One thing I did not find was the yellow wheel stops. They only have the rubber ones. Usually check here first for items I need.

Harbor freight is getting a lot better quality tools these days. Several new lines. I havent had a problem with anything Ive bought there. And if you do shop there often, I recommend joining the Inside Track Club. It makes a difference.

Everyone com po lains about them having cheap tools but Ive had some from here last years. So its about how you take care of them. Will buy again and again from them.

The store is well laid out and clean. Items are easy to see with prices clearly marked in most instances. They carry a wide variety of items at reasonable prices.

Good if you need the tool now for the cheaper tools. Some of the bigger tools will be mid grade tools. You get what you pay for at any of the stores.

Very courteous staff always willing to help you find the right tools you need. My last visit even went past closing time and not a single employee tried to push me out the door before I had grabbed everything I needed to finish my job.

Most employees are somewhat knowledgeable. It is a newer store. If you have been in one Harbor Freight, you have been to them all. Great prices for what it is.

They have what you need at a good price

Normally I would be so excited to learn that I have the power of invisibility at a location that Id give it 10 stars, but as I had to leave without making a purchase, they only get one. I searched for an employee to help me find something for a ridiculous amount of time in the small store and once I found one, he refused to make eye contact with me and walked away as I approached him. Im sure hes a nice kid. I must be invisible. The one cashier on duty had a line and was struggling. Perhaps the helpful employees are also invisible. As exciting as it was to harness the power of transparency, with Walmart and Home Depot in the same neighborhood, going there felt like a waste of time. Their sandpaper selection - for a sander that I purchased there - is lacking to say the least.

They have nearly everything except what I needed which was weed eater string. Ill go back...update on next visit...
