Wonderful staff and doctors. Got an appointment fairly quickly. Dr Berg was very helpful explaining my hearing loss and what the possible solutions were. I chose to have aids, and was fitted a week later. Something for every budget. Very professional, I would highly recommend.

It was great. Dr. Berg saw me ahead of my scheduled time. His exam, etc was professional and he took time to and answer my questions I had and to explain how things will work when my warranty expires.

He made me feel comfortable and was very attentive to my needs. Following a hearing test, he explained what the results were in terms I easily understood. We appreciate the time and patience provided to my elderly mother during the initial testing, fitting, and placement of the hearing aids. Audiology staff go beyond their assigned duties in helping you in all areas from ccleaning your hearing aid, purchasing batteries or showing you to a room to wait for Jeff Berg. They treat you with upmost kindness. I had accidentally lost my hearing aid from building to my car. I immediately started looking for it and went back to the office. To my surprise, all available staff and Jeff Berg started helping me trying to find it. Michelle found my hearing aid, and gave it to staff. I inquired as to where she was so I could personally thank her. They are awesome and I highly recommend them to anyone with hearing issues.

I am hearing things I havent heard in years. The audiologists was attentive and responded to all by questions and concerns.

I had them make swim ear plugs. They were attentive in ensuring the mold was as perfect as possible. When they arrived they scheduled a fitting which was nice. If they leak water I can let them know and they will make sure I get a pair that works best. Fingers crossed!

The Berg Family at Audiology Associates has been taking care of my hearing aid needs since the 1980s. They are great and I recommend them.

I was very happy with the service I received today. They explained things so I could understand how to use the hearing aids correctly. I am 83 years old so needed someone to show me without having to read the instructions. Im 41 years old and even though its not considered old, its also not young. So being told I needed hearing aids was difficult at first. Once I got to the office of A.A.S.O, my anxiety and overactive mind quickly receded. So patient, positive, understanding, and informative every step of the way. I just got new hearing aids from Audiology Associates. The hearing aids work great! It is nice to hear what people are saying again. Audiology Associates are wonderful to work with. They are good listeners and really know how to help.16 months later I couldnt hear as well and I was having trouble putting one hearing aid in one ear. Craig Berg kindly showed me how to put it in. I had temporarily been trying to put it in too deep and was breaking a connecting wire. Problem solved! Also, I couldnt hear as well in the other ear and thought my hearing was getting worse. I was relieved to find out that hearing aid wasnt working.Yippee! It wasnt my hearing getting worse in that ear and Mr. Berg quickly got it working again. All problems solved within a 10 minute visit and there was no charge. I really like and appreciate how Audiology Associates do business. I noticed the Doctor was not very focused on my issue(Tinnitus) There was for a hearing test, he never gave me a copy for my records. It was about selling me a hearing aid, with out very good results. He also was not very explanatory for discussion about my visit there. Just to sell. It seemed.Maybe after they read this they start to be more professional.

I was kindly greeted. The paper work was simple and straightforward. The doctor greeted me promptly and explained every detail thoroughly. Fitting and follow up appointments were easy and flexible. A great choice for your hearing loss needs.

I am 80 years old and was a little afraid to get my hearing tested. I was greeted warmly when I arrived before my appointed time and was immediately taken back to the testing room by Dr. Jeff. He explained the procedure in great deal and made me feel comfortable. After the testing, Dr. Jeff presented me with several options as the test revealed that I had a moderate to severe hearing loss. He was so kind and helpful and I decided to go ahead with the hearing aids that he suggested. The fitting procedure was easy and my new aids will be ready in approximately two weeks. Most of my friends that have had a hearing problem have gone to two or three hearing aid centers before they could find one that suited their needs. I have gone to only one for twenty plus years and have been very satisfied with Audiology Associates of Southern Oregon. Unlike some hearing centers, they are more concerned about solving your hearing problems than selling you new hearing aids. I would recommend Audiology Associates of Southern Oregon to any one that has a hearing problem.
