I have been extremely happy with my experience with Tony Noon at My Hearing Center in Grants Pass, Oregon. I have been very surprised by what a pleasant and satisfying experience it has been to have started wearing hearing aids. Tony has been very accommodating and available which has been wonderful in the beginning stages of wearing hearing aids for the first time, with getting used to them and getting them adjusted properly. It has been so much easier than I had imagined and they have made such an enormous improvement in my life, I didnt realize how much I wasnt hearing, and am very happy to be hearing well again. Robyn at the front desk is warm and helpful and gets me in to see Tony right away if I need an adjustment. This place has been great and I give them 5 stars!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff with technologically up-to-date diagnostic equipment and hearing devices and excellent follow through services.

I felt that everything was well explained to me in terms I could understand. The test itself was explained prior to starting it and was easy to understand Tony from the time I met him until when I left. I had gone to two other places prior to my visit and My Hearing Center but purchased hearing aids from Tony as I felt very comfortable with him and how I was treated.

I highly recommend going to see Tony at My Hearing Center in the Grants Pass office. Tony is very thorough, funny and yet, very professional. He explains all your options and is not high pressured. His office assistant Robyn is warm and friendly making you feel like a valued customer!

Tony, the main guy, is very thorough and makes sure all your questions are answered. He actually reads & follows up on your responses to the questionnaire regarding your hearing. After a poor experience with another company, I called My Hearing Center and asked if they could help me with replacing a slight problem with the aid I purchased from the other company. Robyn immediately provided friendly and competent repair. I made an appointment, sat with Aaron, received answers to my questions, and was treated warmly. The result? Purchased new hear aids. Tony became and Robyn continued to be my contacts. Tony is friendly and helpful. Robyn is a credit to the My Hearing Place business. If I were not retired, I would hire her in a flash for my business! Satisfied? You betcha!

The staff is always very pleasant and friendly. When I called to have a repair on aaa hearing aid, it turned out it had to be sent to the manufacturer in Minnesota. I was ready to wait a week. Nope … TWO DAYS later, Robyn called us back, and I picked it up. Good as new!!!

Aaron and his office assistant were knowledgeable and spent all the time I needed to explain the benefits of Siemens Signia hearing aids. He demonstrated that although I have zero % on the left and under 20% on the right, I would enjoy the results that two aids would provide as the left one would transmit sound from that side to the aid in my right ear. The difference in my hearing was vastly improved as I could now determine where sounds originated.The office provides ongoing support and is eager to keep patients satisfied with their new aids .Robin has been persistent in working with my insurance policy personnel to solve issues that delayed the partial payment due to me. My hearing aids are cleaned by them regularly and they provide batteries at a discount.I confidently recommend My Hearing Centers in Grants Pass to all who seek to hear better.Joe P

Robin and Aaron have been very helpful to me in both choosing new hearing aids several months ago and maintaining them even if I just drop in with a small issue without an appointment or like today I came in on a scheduled appt. for routine cleaning and had them set up an app for my new phone to remote control my hearing aids even though the phone app I had not asked about that befor hand.

They are all very nice. They helped answer all of our questions.
