Rochelle is very nice.I do find it interesting that all the reviews are OLD.The scheduling is a bit crazy. They hunt you down then have nothing available because of one of their EVENTS.If you live close and have a VERY flexible schedule I would think this store would work out for you.

About 15 years ago I realized my hearing had failed so that I was unable to enjoy group conversations or easily understand clerks in store. I tried three different brands of hearing aids, but they only increased the volume without making speech clearer.I researched hearing aid reviews and found Miracle Ear received the highest praise. Rochelle immediately identified the specific problems I was having and programmed my Miracle Ear hearing aids for me. She is a jewel! The aids are expensive but so were the first ones, and these WORK! My life has improved 100%. I enjoy my friends, can hear the TV and telephone speech, and am no longer an isolated person. I recently stopped by the Miracle Ear Office in Grants Pass for a hearing test. Rochelle Thompson did the most thorough hearing test I have ever had. I have significant high pitch hearing loss with tinnitus. I purchased a set of the Miracle Ear ME5400 LI RIC hearing aids. The hearing aids are equipped with built in rechargeable lithium ion batteries. I love how little maintenance is required for these hearing aides. You simply set them in the charger and when fully charged they are ready for 24 hours of use.Mrs. Thompson was very professional, and friendly. I would recommend her office to anyone needing a hearing test, and or hearing aides.

The folks at Miracle Ear are great. Last week I was to come in for a follow up. I ended up in the hospital the night before,, but they still saw me the following Monday. Always available when I need them.

I dont know what I would do without being able to come in and getting wonderful help.
