Ill start off by saying furniture is not cheap, but I was able to order some affordable options at Mattress Land. I bought two Laminate dressers a matching mirror, box spring, and metal bed frame for my kids. So far everything has held up and we are happy with the purchase! Free delivery is what sealed the deal, but I will say the delivery guys dont much care for their jobs... It was written on their face and how they communicated, but they did a good job so I dropped them a tip and hoped down the road it would make for a better day. Give mattress land and their no pressure sales team a try 👍

Tim was awesome, gave us all the details of the mattresses we were interested in and helped us choose the best one. Our sleep has improved immensely since getting the new bed! I was looking for a specific item from Coaster Furniture’s website. Three stores in Grants Pass were listed as carrying/or able to order the item. I called all three. No answer at one, left a message at another & no callback. When I called Mattress Land, Tyler answered promptly, found my item on the computer & quoted me a very fair price. (half of what I had seen the item selling for on eBay or Amazon) When the item arrived we were notified immediately & Tyler helped load it into the truck. I am split with this review. I am happy with my bed and the price, however, I am not happy with the service.Over Christmas break I bought a new bed that came with $200 to purchase other things. They sales person told us we have to get the mattress protector for sleep trial, so I did. They made it sound like it took the entire amount. Being happy with the bed purchase, I didn’t ask.When I got home I searched their website I found that the protector was only $120. I called the store and asked if I still had $80 dollars, because I could use some new pillows. They tried to make me feel bad for even asking. Saying, “we are a local business,” and, “Once you leave that money is gone. It isn’t like an open line of credit,” and, “you got a $200 dollar mattress protector for $120, it should be enough.” They said even more. Anyways, it was an uncomfortable conversation they I didn’t enjoy. I spent $2,000 dollars on a bed and was just trying to use the $200 they promised.

My husband and I went in to look at what this place had, as we just moved here. I really liked the gentleman who helped us. We told him what we were looking for and the price range etc. He was accommodating to our request. We didnt feel pressured to buy, but we did. We also received prompt, courteous, next day delivery. I would recommend this place to anyone. Very comfortable mattress!!!

Exceptional service! Went in looking for an adjustable bed for my father in failing health. Got a great deal on a frame and mattress. Even though their delivery schedule was full they accommodated same day delivery. Wonderful experience. A big thank you to Tim for all your help!

Helpful, polite, and friendly plus a really great pillow

I purchased an adjustable bed for my Mom, who is elderly and in an assisted living home. Tim was very helpful and suggested the perfect bed for her. The entire process was a great experience from the first day of the sale until the delivery of the bed a week later. They removed her old bed for a very slight charge. Our order was delayed due to flooding. We were kept informed about the progress of our order, and was delivered as soon as it became available. It took about 2 weeks.I didnt appreciate the fact that our credit card was billed before we hot our completed order.

Was shopping for a specific item, these guys had the lowest price on the web. Even with shipping and taxes all combined still the lowest price. Delivery happened within a week of purchase and staff were in touch and coordinating deliveries to ensure satisfaction.
