We really like Save Mart, their Employees are the most helpful and personal, its my favorite grocery store to shop at. And the Pharmacy is good also. They know your name and try to make sure our insurance company covers there portion. 🤗

I got fesh sampler Berry I got it yesturday got it yesterday left it out ate it a little bit ago and pucked because the fruit was bad

Decent selection at the Grass Valley SaveMart. I was trying to find another place for the limitless brand waters and they have most just not the Cucumber Pear. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they make a relax lavender version as well that Im excited to try as I kick back tonight.

Always great service, Cashier Caitlin always has a friendly smile and quick and efficient at her job.

Any time I find myself in this store theres a long line - at the deli or main check stands, always a long line. There are always employees waking around sweeping, or seemingly just waking around, but never employees to cash people out. Always a bad time

They are open till 10:00pm. they have a great selection of hard liquor and beer.

Its a grocery store. (captain obvious huh?) Prices seem to be in the middle between groceey outlet and safeway.

Never disappointed with the selection. And the rewards are my favorite $$ off instead of discounted items so I can spend my rewards of what we need. Their associates always greet and ask if help is needed.

Open more check stands it shouldnt be a 45 minute wait to get out of the store.

If you need groceries and live an that side of town, I guess its an option... I was at Mathesons next door but the last time I stopped in it wasnt any nicer than the time before that when I shopped there.Better prices than a lot of stores I hear...

Wondering why Save Mart is not supplying and requiring their employees to wear masks. I noticed they have gloves. Surely Save Mart can afford masks. Sure you can do better. Meanwhile I encourage everyone to boycott this store

Fast clean and sales. The cashier helped us stay under the budget and it was quick.

Its comprehensive, clean and generally very good. They have scrambled up the store for reasons that Im unaware about, but it makes finding anything quite a challenge after shopping here for years with the same layout. And the signage as whats in each row isnt very good at all. Employees are knowledgeable and very friendly

There was a group of homeless people walking up and down the aisles. One man thought I was turn him around the store. So then he put up his hoodie and a baseball cap to hide his face. Im sure he was shoplifting, unfortunately no one does anything about it any grocery stores in Grass Valley. Only SPD ask people to leave that are obviously loitering and most likely shoplifting. I am not an elderly person but I dont feel safe shopping and Save Mart or at Safeway any longer in Grass Valley.

My favorite supermarket. Great selection of basic groceries at good prices with really friendly and helpful staff. Their line of specialty foods, such as organic or foreign, is pretty limited. The produce section is clean and fresh. The meat selection ranges from super cheap to organic grass fed. Great beer and wine selection. Also a bakery, a deli, and a pharmacy.

I just tried Grocery delivery via online shopping. They were apparently out of Chicken Breasts, fried chicken, baby bellas, etc. I ended up just cancelling the order because they didnt have half of what was ordered. What major grocery store chain runs out of chicken breasts?! Dont bother with the online shopping. Either they dont feel like getting the groceries and mark it all out of stock, or they had a major chicken run on a Thursday evening and sold out (doubt it- they always have tons of it). They are refunding my money in TEN DAYS.

Great pharmacy! They expedited my prescription and received thoughtful instructions from pharmacist.

The pharmacy counter only allows for 3 feet from us, and the clerks are not wearing masks, and I had to ask the clerk to disinfect the pos terminal. She stated she already did it but it had just been used by the old man in front of me with no mask on. She was not happy about it. This is very poor service considering what is going on right now. There should be masks worn and there should be disinfectant at the terminal for us to use before we touch it., or at the least have hand sanitizer there with a sign requiring each patron to use it before touching the pos. Other smaller shops are doing these things. Do better, Save Mart!

Theres a lady who works in the pharmacy named Julie.never in my life have I seen such a hard working helpful person.And she is very beautiful to see.

Social distance measures in place. No masks required, most staff are wearing them. Save Mart has a great layout and good selection, parking and traffic can get a bit overwhelming on the busiest of days.

Ive shopped at this location for years, the staff is always courteous and friendly. If I need help, someone is always close by and happy to assist!! I love the low prices and the rewards program is fun and easy to use. I LOVE MY SAVE MART!!

Tonight was horrible! since the power outages the stock is atrocious! half of the items I like to buy... nowhere to be found... and did the clerk even say one word to me? NO... he was slow, and had no clue how to bag... Safeway here I come

Went here on a Saturday evening at 6:30. Everything over priced. No organic options. Worst thing was that there were only 2 cash registers running and the line was at the end lf the isle. Never again.

Love savemart. A little dust while theyre remodeling right now but it looks like its going to be great. Theyve moved everything around save produce, meats, deli, bakery, and frozen foods. Lots of peeps wandering around looking for stuff now and no employees to help. Im sure that there is some logic to the location of items but, for now, it evades me. Just gotta learn it all over again.

They are the only place that still thanks their customers with a paper bag, instead of charging them 10cents a bag. The other stores are being greedy because the bags were a part of shopping in their stores. Using plastic bags in the other stores was never mandatory, they chose to use plastic and they chose to charge us 10cents a bag.SaveMart has other benefits that makes them stand out on being a better market to shop at. For example; rain-checks, good prices on RX and great sale ads.

Got everything that I needed. But Only two checkers for approx. 15 people and their carts. This was at approx. 5:30 on Friday evening. Not sure why they do not have tbe checkers that they used to have ? Strange -

Cashiering is their problem, it is very slow. Other than that it is a generally well stocked store, and lately it looks like they have been trying to go more high-end with a better selection of unusual items, almost gourmet in some cases. Fairly regular excellent deals on meats, well worth keeping an eye out for those deals. If they would do something about the long lines I will add a star.

Good products. Service is sometimes slow. But otherwise a great place to shop!

My cashier didn’t count change back to me when I used a $50 so pay for a small purchase just handed me a wad. She also didn’t offer me a receipt that I needed to be compensated for my purchase by my work and when I got out to my car and didn’t find one I went back inside right away. She asked multiple times if I was sure I didn’t have it and when she finally looked in her trash (can you not just reprint one so I don’t have to have a sticky one?) I got it literally tossed towards me.

I am finally finding items that I come to this store for! Once they have all of their new services available to their customers, it will be a great place to come! They are putting in hot food bar, as well as a soup bar.

Conveniently located in the heart of town. Carries a pretty good selection at a reasonable price. Definitely a lot better customer service than the local Safeway; especially in the deli.

Almost always find everything I need and at reasonable prices. Customer service is great and the check out time is generally quick.

This place definitely has good prices, but their produce and meat selections are extremely poor. I dont do my major shopping here because of that. I may run in to get one or two things now and then but that is it. Their organic producde selection is awful. Not much to select from. And the meat department had a terrible selection also.

Ordered a custom cake for my daughters Birthday. They did a stellar job! The order was perfect, exactly what we asked for, and it was delicious! Employees were very helpful.

Best place to shop in the area. Great prices. Friendly workers. Layout is sensible. Deli has amazing meats. The points system they us isnt to bad if you regularly shop here, and has rewards you can actually use like money off your next trip. They reglarly send emails with free items too. They recently upgraded to accept chip cards at the register. Free WiFi so you can actually use your phone inside the dead zone around the store, though it is a bit slow at times.

Asked three employees where somthing was not one person could or would help things are priced wrong just a big joke today I realized unless I have to for a good deal i try and stay away for sure.

Pharmacy hasnt erred for me in 10 years. Never waited for more than 1 person in Rx line. They routinely fill call-in refills in same day. 8AM - 7PM pharmacy hours most days.

Lady working in bakery on 7-3 at 7:25. Was to busy preparing for next day and to go home to be botherd by a paying customer. She never acknowledged me in five minutes of standing at the counter. She did give me a few quick glances but did not want to help a customer. By far the rudest person I have run into in a long time thats supposed to be in customer service.

A very pleasant surprise at the checkout line - spending over $100 on this particular day get you lots of freebees: loaf of bread, 20pk of bottled water, large watermelon, 18pk of fresh eggs. Just because it was Thursday! !

Basic grocery store, with a deli, bakery, & pharmacy. Prices are okay, for this area. Deli and bakery have some tasty offerings. They carry the usual produce, and it is pretty standard quality. Aisle layout is a bit confusing, especially on the pharmacy side. Employees are usually friendly.
