No signs on the door stating masks required while inside employee informed me that corporate says they cant tell people to put a mask on thats wrong, the governor of Illinois has made it mandated I guess they care more about that holy dollar the peoples lives well my dump trucks wont be gassing up there anymore

I used to get my gas here every time I needed it. I always got my car washed there and was recently completed SCREWED over. My car was damaged in their car wash after an attendant directed me in and out of it a million times opposite of what the monitor was saying to do and they took no responsibility. When I went in the attendant was pointing, laughing, and screaming in my face. Then she proceeded to give me a fake number for the manager. After I received the correct number from the police station I was given the corporate number and finally got a call back after weeks of leaving messages. They initially said they would not pay anything because their attendant, that was directing me in and out through a car wash differently then what the car wash monitor was saying to do, told them I was driving in wrong(even though I get my car washed here every month or so and the attendant was directing me through it), believing the person that had just given me a fake number. Finally, they agreed to pay only half after all of this inconvenience. I was told to go into the station and fill out paper work. I did this over a month ago and have received no check nor a phone call. I left a message with corporate again last week and have still not received a call back. I have never been treated so poorly by a business in my life inside of the gas station or with the corporate office. There is a Shell Gas Station across this street and I will from now on be getting my gas there and so will all my friends and family because this humongous corporation would not spare the 90 dollars for even half of the repairs. I am appalled at this business and will NEVER go to a BP again.
