I have dealt with this shop on three different vehicles now. I love that Bob is always very thorough and knowledgeable. The whole staff has always been super friendly and professional. I recommend them to all my friends. Excellent local shop started in 1978 and run as a family business since. Good and trustworthy service. Went here after being recommended by a couple friends. Will pay more for customer service so was honestly was expecting a much higher bill but very affordable and speedy.

I paid 1300$ on new shocks and ball joints. When they gave it back 2 days later then they said they would it was pulling to the right witch it wasemt doing before. I called and asked ablut it they said i would have to pay for an alingment. Witch they cant do.

From my experience the do have great products at this store. They are willing to go out of your way to help you figure out any battery you have that needs to be replaced.Every time I have gotten a battery replaced here it has only been when it’s a different battery. Once I get it their it works forever it seems. They are very quick to figure it out for you. At least this place helps you.

Just showed up a little before 4pm because the battery came on. they said i needed an alternator and i wasnt surprised. they had me back on the road by 5pm and the cost was less than the estimate and less than i expected to pay anyway. very friendly and attentive to listening to me ramble. thank you battery warehouse and i highly recommend going here.

In my opinion this place is a rip-off.The reason y is because of experience with this place, was sold a couple of 🍋 batteries,when one of the batteries had something wrong with it took i took it back and was told that it was my vechile is the reason y the battery defaulted, Meanwhile I had to pay an extra $5 to have it charged and the battery was still under warranty. I dont know what expertise these guys are in but it sure isnt about customer satisfaction I will never go back there again neither will I promote anybody that I know go there.. BAD BUSINESS....
