City Motor Company in Great Falls is the best dealership in the state. Our salesman, Jake, was an outstanding sales professional. Great people with excellent service, from the service department, sales department, all the way to the General Manager (who personally thanked us for our business). Everyone was very professional and the facility is very, very well managed. They gave me an above market trade value on our trade. So, if you’re looking for a vehicle ask for Jake. He made sure we got our vehicle when they promised they would have it to us, and made sure it was everything we expected, making sure we left with a smile on our faces. We will always go back to City Motor Company.
Nate was amazing! I was very nervous about buying a new car, but he made the process so much easier than I anticipated. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and all the employees I spoke to at the dealership were friendly. I desperately needed a new car and I could not be happier with what I drove away with. Nate was with me through the whole process and even scheduled my car for my remote start installation and made sure it went well. Love these guys and would recommend to anyone looking to buy! Thank you!!!
Great service friendly atmosphere
I took my Impala to thier servace dept. Was charged over 1000 dollars for a repair they never did. The problem was never fixed. They claimed they made some mistakes and charged me for those flub ups. Refused to make it right with me. Fleece job.
I was treated so bad by the salesman named Tim S. I was wanting to buy a 2018 Camaro and he told me to go get my window sticker off my trade I owned so they can do a deal for me. So I did and he was not there. I waited and could not wait any more. The last time I came in the same thing happened he was not there. I waited for about 20 to 30 minutes for him and he just blew me off. Looked at my car sticker and told me he would call me. Well GUESS WHAT? HE NEVER CALLED ME. This dealership did not even earn a star at all as far as Im concerned. That was bad of him. I will be passing the word around a lot. Too bad I really wanted the Camaro. You just do NOT treat people like that!
Called to see about getting a new key fob for my Escalade..ridiculously priced..then they wanted to charge $65 to reprogram it and that it would take about an hour. Can you say RIP-off? Ordered a new key fob on line and googled how to program it myself...took 5 minutes to program and that included taking it out of the package, the fob was a fraction of the price that this place was asking.
Great ppl to deal with
