Love this store! Cant believe its taken me so long to go in and shop here.Had a random need for an odd plug/converter. Called them up, and they found it, told me the price, and held it for me! I was able to walk in, buy it, and walk out.

We went in for two light bulbs and the gentleman who assisted us fixed our key fob for our car which involves some welding and also check to see if they had a screensaver for my phone. These days it is sometimes hard to find actual customer service personnel but he was the best.

Replaced the battery in my S7. Easy to schedule online, fair price and done in an hour!

The guy at the store was great he fixed my key fob it needed soldering and a new batterie for 6$! Staff was friendly and welcoming!

I very much REGRET shopping at this business and will never do so again. I purchased a battery for my car online to take advantage of a 10% discount for doing so. The price for the battery was $60 higher than another similar business but they advertised free installation so I concluded that it was an overall saving. There was a place on the order screen to request the installation. When I arrived at the store I was greeted by a very surly man who, from my perspective had no interest in providing customer service. He retrieved the battery and when I said I had requested installation he immediately responded, we dont do that. I explained that I had made the purchase with his store specifically because of the installation and he flatly repeated that they did not do that and even denied that I had entered the reqest on line and that there was even a place to do it--see attached screen shot. Im elderly and really needed to have the battery installed. But I did manage to get it done by myself in the end.Avoid this business: misleading online information; high prices; deplorable customer service.

Ive been to this store several times. This visit was for a watch battery replacement. Staff was friendly as usual and attentive/ punctual to my needs. The battery was successfully replaced and I like that they have a lifetime battery replacement for $20.00.The prices here for batteries & bulbs is competitive and almost always cheaper than other local businesses. As referenced above, customer service is top notch 👌

Its affordable and the help is friendly. They are able to do the work when it would be a bit of task to complete myself. Pretty sure that if you have the money let them do it. The service gal that helped me was very easy to work with.

Got a replacement key and key fob for my vehicle in about 20 minutes- without an appointment- as well as a new battery for my camper and a battery charger. They also accept dead houses batteries for recycling.

I found what I was looking for online and placed my order. About 75 minutes later I went to the store where the clerk confirmed I had the correct battery for my needs.

Very cool store. Ive been in both the Great Falls store and the one in Helena. Im amazed at the quality and selection available. I needed a new battery for my laptop and just assumed that I wouldnt be able to find anything locally... man, was I surprised. Not only did they have the replacement battery, they offered to check my old battery and the charger to make sure that I actually needed one. I ended up buying a new battery, but it was nice to know that they would check these issues before simply selling me a battery. The staff here is extremely knowledge. Without a doubt, I will be returning.

This place is a joke there is a worthless lazy Tildo guy for a manager that will mis quote you over the phone and waste your trip even though I called and verified the product 3 times and was quoted a price get to the store he tries to charge me more.Good luck I will shop elsewhere!!

You dont understand how much help these people give you in a time of need. Something entered into my charger port and I couldnt get it out of it and I couldnt charge my phone, I was in Ohio when I happened and I needed a phone to get back to Montana to keep in touch with my family. I went to Verizon and they said since there was scratches and marks on the sides of my phone they would charge up to 100 dollars to replace it with insurance. I said their is no way I am gonna pay that money for something stuck in my charger port. So across the street there was a Batteries and Bulbs store, so we walked inside they greated us and were very friendly and successfully got the thing out of my charger port and actually tried to help us (unlike Verizon) . So thank you Batteries and Bulbs !

Set up appointment for 7:00 pm Wednesday May 3.. Arrive at appointment to find out employee to tell me he was there by himself and didnt no if could do it and have it done that night.. I asked what the purpose of appointments were?? He replied oh, who ever set the appointment up didnt care because they wouldnt be there to worry about it.. Very poor customer service.. I bought a phone from someone an the day i boughtit i dropped an cracked the screen an the screen unresponsive at timesso i made an appointment that was weeks away! Finally i got the phone dropped off! Customer service was great went back to pick it up which i was so very excited but then the tech that fixed the phone told me this (did you have the phone worked in before an i said no that ibjust bought it from someone like weeks ago an me NOT KNOWING it was previously fixed on)They said I couldnt have an Warranty because of that which i think is not right i paid $155.**For it to be fixed an its back to where it was at unresponsive an the battery is worse then my old one i had!I did what the tech told me to do is let the battery die and to charge till its 100% an let it be for an hour sobi did!! Now the screen is unresponsive like it was once it got fixed (new screen) an the battery is dying faster more then the old one was..Its not my fault that i didnt know about the old owner getting the phone fixed before me!So for that I am giving this store a low score. Cause#1 still the screen is unresponsive..#2 battery is still running low fast..And only reason i went ofball the great reviews that was sad i didnt wantbto believe the ones that said other wise!!Still the workers were great.Juat upset cause my phone is still the way it was before..Just noticed today that the screen is moving badly I just took my otter box off an noticed it I should have looked at it 100% but I never.I am so upset!Please MANAGER OR MAIN BOSS CONTACT ME PLEASE!!!!!!

Took two batteries up to get charged. Over night. Once I get home one battery doesnt holds a charge, after they said they it held one all night! What a waste of my time. Next time Ill wait for battery warehouse to be open, like I should have in the first place.

Scheduled a phone repair for a suspected bad charge port. They worked on my phone and found the charge port was just full of lint. I would highly recommend them to repair any device that you need fixed.

It only took like 30 minutes for them to fix my phone.
