I am very huge on home decor and let me tell you something... this place has everything you can possibly need!Been coming here for years and customer service has always been amazing. Employees are very polite and helpful.The wait is never really long in lines and if they notice to many people waiting, another employee would be called up to open another line up immediately... and I really love that about this location.Everytime I want an original elusive piece for my home I come here.Everything is easy to find and theres lots of room as well.Kudos 👍🏾

Many options for items, with lots available in stock. It is a good place to look around, get ideas, ect. Some items are cheaper or comparable to Wegmans and Target, but it others are pricy. Good discounts are available, especially clearance items. Coupons save big also. Staff are friendly but sometimes clueless.

Slim picking closing soon . Bargains few and far between even at marked down prices.

Quick and they have curbside if you do not want to go in to get your package

Employees were very helpful and added cashiers when the lines were getting long. Just heard the store is closing permanently in Jan/Feb. Too bad - its my go-to store for housewares.

It seems a bit disheveled right now. Perhaps they had to cut staff due to COVID and cant keep up. Hoping its better the next time.

Its sad to say that theres probably half the merchandise there originally was in the store what they have is going fast they are going out of business at the Greece Ridge Center Mall so stay tuned

This place has the best selection of anything you would like to buy for your home! Excellent customer service. Store is very clean and very pleasant. Prices are pretty good as well. They allow you to use many coupons for just one purchase. That is a true bonus!

Do you need stuff for your house? Do you need coffee? Do you need hand soap? You can find all the here and more. Just like that big box blue store! The selection is better than the blue box store, but they have no taquitos. So only 4 stars.

Went in for a comforter set. Not much to choose from. Out of stock of 2 curtain sets I wanted. High prices. Should just lower their prices instead of having to give them coupons for every item you buy.

Always have what Im looking for. Found a shower caddy from Simple Human that is unique and perfect. Much better than standard shower caddy.

Nice store with lots of good products. If they were closer to Freeport I would probably go there more. Just not conveniently located for me. Still worth the visit.

Located at the Mall at Greece Ridge Center. A huge selection of housewares and decor. Seasonal displays for every holiday. Gift wrapping and wedding registry available. Great store. Always find something I need.

I traditionally love this place but the staff refused to help me find a pastry cloth and then th ed manager said she was sending me coupons but didnt. Such bad customer service!

Great store. Large variety of home things and they are togther with buy buy baby so sometimes you can use the 20% of coupons at either store.

I did find a few items with no price on them. Perhaps BB&B could use a machine that can read the price from the bar code. Otherwise, I really like the store with all of the items available!

This location has announced that they are B, B and beyond help. Store closing. The NYS shutdown rules were too cumbersome to overcome losses.

Shopping for unusual bathroom items and spotted a Simplyhuman 3 tier shower rack with self locking trays. Looks perfect but I will be glad to use my coupon for the savings.

This is an excellent store with pleasant and helpful employees. However, I find it difficult to get a merchandise cart when entering the store from the mall entrance. You must walk across the store to the outdoor exit to get a cart. This is not a good idea. Cant management re-arrange the merchandise at the mall entrance to allow for at least a few carts to be available?

BBB doesnt have the same great customer service that it did 10 years ago but still a great small box store. This store is connected to the mall which can be both a positive or negative depending on what youre looking for. Accepts expired coupons.

Too expensive items and the employees follow you around like you are a thief. Its best if you go to At home or Homegoods you get better items at lower prices.

I purchase many gifts and items for myself here. I use the emailed or mailed coupons and save at least 20 percent each time. I will always look to see if an item I want is a better price here before I purchase elsewhere.

I didnt get to sleep. They didnt let my kid get a bath. Now he smells like my dead grandma. And the displayed toilets didnt work after I used it. I can never go back now.

Pretty standard fare for this store. Lots of really near items but the prices are always much higher than the service item would cost elsewhere. Store layout is confusing, this far that would seem like they would be sold together are in completely different departments.

Love shopping here location at Greece Mall. I always find great household/kitchen items.

The store has most everything that you need for outfitting your bath, bed and kitchen however trying to get a cart around the store is a challenge. Clearance items nicely priced.

They have a lot of wonderful stuff and sales people available when needed they have decent stuff on sale and they have a large variety of different types of things I found many nice gifts at this store go check it out

Found the two items I was looking for but am still deciding. Was approached by a salesman who tried to help. He was pleasant.

Pretty nice place. You can find a lot of things here that you cant find anyplace else. They run some good sales at times, but can be expensive on a lot of things, so pay close attention when shopping here.

Dont WASTE your time with bbb! I bought a mixer that was advertised for $229. The item not in stock at Greece location but the clerk fund one at a different location which she ordered for me, she said it will be shipped to me. two days latter I got a cancellation notice, so I called customer service they fund more in there warehouse, they ordered another one, three days later I got another notice canceled again. What a Joke this is a scam last I checked its bait and switch! Attorney General should look into this. advertising a item that you will not honor is illegal, keep in mind I would of taken any color. BAD Business

Very Expensive Store dont really shop here to often. You can get similar items at Target or Walmart cheaper. If you are all for brand, then maybe good for you if you have a coupon which I can say you can always find a coupon here and there from them.

I like this store and all it has to offer but it can be overwhelming when trying to find something specific on a bridal registry...the staff who were there though were very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous
