So it’s been a long time coming for this review. I have been trying to be patient with Dave as he usually will be ok to work with. But several months ago I bought a BROKEN couch from Dave at first he failed to tell me it was broken followed by a mysterious table that I don’t own added to my account. When called and asked about the table Dave apologized for it and credited the account. I asked him how come he hasn’t sent anyone out to fix my couch like he said he would when he told me after delivery of the couch that it’s broken. Then he again at that time told me he would send his guy out to fix my couch well here we are now 3 months later since then and still no call no attempt to fix my couch or nothing. I HIGHLY ADVISE CAUTION when dealing with this store, Dave will be friendly and attempt to befriend you but only in an attempt to use the trust built from that to take advantage of his customers to sell broken stuff with empty promises of it being fixed . Again USE EXTREME CAUTION
This store is absolutely ridiculous. We just bought a couch from them that was supposed to be delivered Thursday, August 19th between 12pm and 3pm. We called 4 times to ask when our couch would be delivered and got told 3 or 4 different stories. However, at the end of each story they were apparently on their way to my house. I live 15 minutes from the store. My partner and I both had to call off of work to wait for this couch, and here I am 12 hours later with no couch. 0/10 do not recommend this store.

I will always recommend Rentacenter to everyone only the one on Dewey though.Their Customer service is very well, they explain everything to you detail by detail, they don’t not sugar coat anything. The Store Manager Dave is there for you, he solves problem well; there is never along wait on the phone or in person with him or his employees. They are very friendly they greet you and make sure that everything is alright with you. If the items are not in the store they always make a way for the items to be in their store so that they can deliver it to you.They make it convenient for their customers with their availability and times that they deliver their items. The keep their store clean and organized very well. They always want you to feel like you are family when you walk in their store. You never feel un welcomed walking in the store, so that being said It’s always good to choose this Rentacenter. I have been a Satisfied customer for many years. Just paid off my tv today. Go see Dave at the Dewey location. He really helped me out finding exactly what I needed within my budget. Always friendly and professional whenever I came in to make a payment. Best experience Ive had in retail.

Vince the assistant manager at the Dewey ave store location is rude and disrespectful, I called to speak with Dave the store manager yesterday he said he wasn’t available I explained my situation he acted like his guys didn’t do anything wrong and blamed it on me for the damage done to my rabbits cage when it was one of their guys who damaged it. Mark which is one of the guys that came out doesn’t know how to close a door after coming inside the house and even though I had asked him to close it a couple of times he kept leaving it wide open to where my animals could have gotten out. They were disrespectful when they came out here as well. I will never ever do business with another RAC store ever again and I’ve spent thousands of dollars at this company as well I hope they lose all of their business due to horrible customer service. Also when I told Vince I never intend on doing business with RAC again he said good and hung up the phone on me, I called today to speak with Dave and he hung the phone up on me again as well. Vince has got to be the worse employee to have ever worked at a RAC location ever. Vince has zero customer service skills he is rude and disrespectful. In a customer service retail location and being an assistant manager he definitely fails at all those points. When I asked for the corporate number yesterday he got extremely irritated with me because I wanted the number, never once did I say I was going to contact corporate before speaking to Dave yesterday however due to Vince’s response and actions I did file a corporate complaint and am hoping to hear back from their district manager within 24-48 hours of my conversation yesterday with the corporate office
