Your Greece ridge store rep Otto helped me to clearly understand the phone upgrade which i proceeded to do. Otto had Jeff do my paperwork to process my order and assisted me in purchasing my accessories to protect my i 13 pro max.I was greatly surprised at how quickly my phone arrived so i went back to the store and Otto helped with the transfers.I did have to come back because my screen protector cracked my and Otto had Mayah help me with processing the replacement. I was a frequent customer at the Henrietta store but this store excells in customer service!
I went in to get a new phone and the salesperson was quick, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. I left with my new phone in about half an hour completely satisfied. Great customer service.

I have been an AT&T customer for a long time. I have used this store many times. The young women who waited on me in the store was completely incompetent. I tried to explain several points to which I was met with nothing I can do. She kept quoting me higher prices and I clearly explained what I was looking for. She also stated we cant do transfers after 7pm. While I understood this would take awhile, I made it clear what I would like and she didnt seem to understand after 3x. I showed her what the price was online, and then she started in trading the price-she couldnt explain the difference. She finally went to ask the other associates who took one look and basically stated I was correct in what I was expected to pay. Not trusting this woman to take care of the transaction accurately, I asked if he would help. He said he would after he helped the family he was working with. Another 1/2 hr. went by-the gentlemen said nothing to me during that time-at least an Ill be with you in 10 min or something...most certainly would of been appropriate. Finally I asked if SOMEONE would help me as it was well past 7pm. He turned and said she can help you... pointing to the inept young lady. I made a statement about treating long time customers this way, informed them Id be calling the manager and never using this store again. He seemed to not really care and said go right ahead.If you cant fully service customers after 7pm let them know that!!!!! If you dont know answers after a customer has explained after the first time-ASK FOR HELP! Dont give a customer I dont know... nothing I can do answers....Train your associates to treat your customers with respect! Had I gone with what this associate thought she knew, I would of been out about $150! Thats just WRONG!Deserves 0 stars-not even 1.
After a horrible experience with the tech at Target, I went directly to the closest AT&T store and had the BEST experience. The associate that assisted me understood my frustration with the customer service I received at Target as well as the issues I was having with my phone. He was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. He made upgrading my phone seamless and researched all options possible to save me the most money. I would definitely go back.

I have used this store many times over the years and always been very happy, however, Friday I went to purchase a spare phone to upgrade an old Nokia. The girl who tried to assist me obviously did not know what she was doing and just kept trying to change my existing plan. When I told her repeatedly that all I wanted to do was purchase a spare to replace an existing device she said she needed to get an OK from her manager. She disappeared into the back of the store and never came back. I waited about 15 minutes and left. There did not appear to be any other sales people around. Perhaps because this was going to be an inexpensive sale it would ruin their monthly averages and they did not want my business. I will be upgrading my existing IPhones and tablet in Sept when the new 12’s are introduced but not through this store any longer. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Went into store this morning to purchase plan and phone. I was very needy and had a lot of requests in which they met each and every demand. My sales person was Myah Sims and she was great! When she ran into some issues with my rate plan, she didn’t hesitate to get the manager to assist. The manager came to where I was at and helped the entire time with the sale. I have been in sales for many years, and in my opinion this was the absolute best customer service I have ever received. It’s nice to see people still care!
Darren is always so friendly and willing to help me! He doesnt mind if its a billing question or on this case replacing my screen protector. I appreciate his happy demeanor and professionalism always.

I dumped Verizon after 15 years because I had a Note 20 that after 9 months I could no longer use with Verizon, and was told I had to buy another phone, especially after I paid $900 for the one I already had. I came here to AT&T and they got me right on line with my up. Up yours Verizon!!!!
AT&T has a history of providing poor customer service and telling customers about a plan that cost much more than they said and charging customers accounts. Denied retention or loyalty department because of having my bill automatically taken out of my checking account each month. Poor customer service and dishonesty by employees.

Visited this store with my wife on Friday 4/18/16 about 1/2 hour before closing to get buy back credit for phones. Im sorry I dont remember the employees names, but I was VERY impressed with their customer support. They were knowledgeable, patient and kind. They stayed until after 9pm (Closing) and completed everything I needed. Thank you very much for your help it is much appreciated! I would recommend you go to this store for all your AT&T needs.
Waited around for a total of 2 hours. Unbelievably long waits while the staff appear to be entirely incompetent. Ordering a cell phone for a customer took nearly an hour. Another was here for two hours, always almost finishing before wanting to talk about something else. Only two people working with always more than 5 people in the store, and that’s with people leaving because they got sick of waiting forever.
Its not just about good customer service… They have to do that, its about genuinely nice people going way above and beyond what they have to do to the degree that decision making becomes easy and second to nice conversation. We have considered in the past switching to a cut rate cellular company and dropping AT&T to save a little bit of money, but the quality of their service as a corporation, in the individual character of their employees at retail locations outweighs those savings. We will stay with AT&T

The most unprofessional staff that I have ever dealt with.What makes it worse is the fact that they treat you with disrespect and zero courtesy of just listening too.Besides that this store should be reported to NY State Att.General for false advertisement and out right lies when offering deals.When questioned the sales rep lied into my face and to his manager making me look like the bad guy?!The stupidity and total disrespect for customers is clear in your face.I have been AT&T customer for 13 years and this was by far the worst and only bad experience and I don’t blame it on the company but on store manager for poor hiring and training.I will never set my foot in this store and will definitely steer others away from it.
I walked in. Wanted to purchase a USB cord. Knew what I needed. Walked over. Grabbed. Not one person would ring me through because it was not my turn on their board. Thats right I was told I would have to wait for 30 minutes or better to buy the cord. Dumbest thing I have ever heard.

I had entered in this at&t facility to resolve a identity issues to start service upon my entrance I felt the lack of effort to help on the employees faces still with positive mind I speak to the rep explaining the situation I notice when the manager approached there was going to be more issues please know also I had my multiple PICTURE ids rge bill and many many other info still they manage to treat as if I was committing fraud when I told the manager that its me he said anyone can make a nys driver license and all the info I had.. also the women ask if I realy do construction when asking me about what I do for a living this store is a complete job you can tell they do not like Hispanic and would make sense as why the employees seems so friendly to one another at the end of everything I ask the manager what other information would he need he said his word there is nothing we are going to do for you and people like this is the reason we still have racism
