I have not enough words to express what INCREDIBLE Customer Service I received this past Tuesday (9/21) at your store located at 3839 West Ridge Road Greece, New York. Alex was absolutely wonderful. He was patient, helpful and very knowledgeable. This gentleman is an asset to your company and he should be recognized for his people skills and ability to do his job in a professional caring manner. Moving forward, my family will be working with Alex for all our cellular needs. GREAT JOB!!

Nice little shop. Very helpful staff. Alex was great. Wait your turn....you know how thats hit or miss with all wireless shops, but this ones a little out of the way and at the right times not busy at all.

Alex has gone above and beyond to help me with my new iphone12 and Verizon plan. He contacted customer services when we had trouble activated my phone and worked with the representative to get things going. He also worked with a different representative to help restart my email. Went in today to get a new phone and new cellular carrier (Ive had it with dropped calls from T•Mobile..no more), Alex and the Mgr. went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied w/my purchase and plan. If you live in or around Greece, definitely stop in and give them a try..recommend them highly. Alex was very knowledgeable and professional!!

Do NOT go here for a new phone. They will give you a refurbished, bunk phone and pass it off as new. I went through 2 phones here, went back to AT&T and received the same exact phone in original packaging. When I tried to return the phone 2 days later, they start getting dodgy, lying, and not processing my return correctly. Now I am dealing directly with Verizon, because these shady people are not going to help me any more.

Ray M. is an outstanding salesman! It is so refreshing to enter a store and receive answers to questions and to get customer care! He looked for the best deals/packages that suited us. He delivered! He is friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. We will definitely continue to bring our business to him and Verizon!

My old phone suddenly stopped working and I needed a new one ASAP. Called the closest Verizon store to my work location, and Ray promptly answered the phone and told me that I could come in anytime and they would take care of me. I went on my lunch hour and was greeted right away and instantly helped by Ray and another female associate (kyla??). She helped me to transfer all of my data, retrieve passwords, and was very patient with me through the whole process. They needed additional time to transfer all of my data, and since I was on my lunch hour, they offered to deliver my new phone to me when it was finished. Ray called when the data transfer was complete and said he was on his way, and brought my new, updated, fully functional and ready phone to my office. Exceptionally pleased with the fast, efficient, friendly service. Any other time Ive gone to a Verizon store Ive been in there for HOURS. Thanks for the great job!

Came into the store to switch 4 lines from sprint, we walked in and there were 3 employees 1 who was with a customer, 1 was putting screen protectors on a bunch of tablets and 1 was working on activation for another employees devices. Not once was greeted, nor told it would be a few minutes. Finally after standing there for almost 30 minutes the 1 guy stops and asks us what we were there for, we told him and then the rush began, he was all over the place with his questions, didnt know if there were any deals to ultimately tell us the deals they did have would be online. Smh. I guess Ill try online. But horrible store operations!!

Super great help from salesperson

Shh... dont tell anyone... 3 out of 3 reps were helpful all three time I went to this location. Im only sharing this info with the public out of my appreciation for them. I have found reps at other locations avoid helping as much as possible, sales is all they will do.

Lamahr was great. He spent multiple hours with us going over different phone and plan options and then on our purchase and phone setup and migration. Fantastic customer service and super friendly. Never felt like I was being sold or pressured into anything.

Nice people great place to get help

Horrible!! They tried to say that our phone was “obsolete” and wouldn’t work on the Verizon network and that it was Verizon’s policy not to activate the phone. So they wanted us to purchase a new phone! Our”obsolete” phone is still being sold in stores and on the Verizon website. If you want real service go to the Verizon corporate store at 1908 West Ridge Rd, they help us out and they’re much more pleasant to work with and they said our phone wasn’t “obsolete” and would work great on the Verizon network.

I have an older phone (not even 2 years old)...lol. I have a hard time finding my screen protector anywhere in a store. This Verizon had like TONS of choices for them. They also had a deal for $15 more u can get lifetime screen protectors. If you are like me, every few months, I need one so its a good deal.

The gentleman that is there is very nice and knowledgeable but you cant pay a bill there anything saw I would just go there if I had a problem but thats okay if the guy is great

Verizon internet vorking in holly days

The gentleman who helped me ( Jason) was very knowledgeable. Knew what the problem was immediately and fixed it. He also helped me with a couple of smaller problems that i had with my phone. Thank God for the Verizon help people, as that is just what they do.......they help people
