Amazing place, and on my first day I learned more than the months I worked else where

I apologize to GameStop for incorrectly voicing my experience about them. My original review was for another store my child and I visited on the same day. That said, both GameStop stores we went to were clean and organized with a variety of selection of Nintendo games with add on accessories as well as other unique future collectors items and gifty stuff. If you love Mando, go here! The sales associates at both stores were friendly and helpful in checking their inventory for the specific item we were looking for but were unable to find. I give 3 stars not 4, because it really stinks as a consumer that they never know what they are going to get, or when they are going to get it. Maybe this fault is on the supplier, but even special orders are not an option because of this. Nice way to break a kids heart.

I originally went into the Greece Ridge mall location in person this morning (5/19/21) at 11am to inquire about the availability of a yellow nintendo switch lite that was appearing in stock online. However, both associates that greeted me were adamant that there were none in stock and that I could order one. I told them about the website saying one was in stock, to which they said absolutely not there is nothing available. I kindly said thank you and left, sat in my car and ordered it online for in-store pickup. I instantly received an email confirmation. I went on an errand as I waited for the email that my order was ready (I expected an email saying there was a mix up and there wasnt one available) When I got that email approximately 45 minutes later, I contacted the store by phone to confirm. They said yes it was ready so I drove back (20 minute drive) to pick up my order, which was miraculously there! Perhaps the associates were trying to hold it for themselves? Or maybe they were just too lazy to check the inventory. Either way, I was not happy with my experience with these associates.

Cool games and things

Smaller than other games stops ive been to, so the selection isnt that big when it comes to games and other stuff, it also leads up to it being busy and seems claustrophobic at times

Havent been in a while however not the place I remember. Not many game options for different versions of systems. Super sweet staff though!!

Son Dropped his nintendo switch and broke the controller. Contacted about 5 stores and was told to continue to call around. Covid so I did... went into this location exchanged the controller he had a warranty the customer service was prompt. Excellent experience son even got a few ideas of what he may have wanted for Christmas. Overall great customer service experience.

Very poor customer service place is always dirty rude employees. I called and got a girl that answered the phone and she was very rude when I was asking about headsets hung up while I was also asking another question very bad store dont shop here go online.

The customer service experience here is almost non-existent. Store is typically very messy and the staff seems consistently miserable. Staff typically reacts with a negative attitude when asked to check for stock they don’t have on the floor. One experience, the staff member lied to me just to get out of looking for a game guide I was on the hunt for; came back later, spoke to another member and was able to find it. Sad, because this store is located in a busy mall and could be doing so much better than it is.

I always go here. I highly suggest going here. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable and they always have stock. They also tend to make their midnight releases fun.

Will is an excellent sales person...computer crashed with a filled store! Stayed cool and got it back and running asap!

For a Mall Gamestop its great. Lots of room, you dont feel crowded as you browse looking for the game you want.

I am giving this place a 4 because I went on black Friday and picked up some games and an xbox one when I was at the display for the Xbox one it had a bunch of xbox 360 games that says play on xbox one, I picked up just cause 2 on Xbox 360 from the display because I didnt know it was on Xbox one so I purchased quick and friendly staff. Went home and popped in the just cause 2 disk when all of a sudden a message popped up saying it was not backwards compatible and that there was a list online for backwards compatibility. Make sure to check before you go if you are picking up 360 games to play on the Xbox one

Terrible. They didnt have the game I was looking for, so they looked up a store that did. I asked him(Kyle I believe was the guys name) if he could call and make sure they had it and could hold it while I drove there. He called or claimed to call the store at Northgate plaza and told them to hold it for me. When I arrived at Northgate, they acted as i was stupid, and they had nothing for me. Very disappointed in the experience.
