Unbelievable. Been using this shop for years. Had a 1pm appointment for new tires and alignment. Got to the shop at 1230pm only to be told my online reservation was no good and they already had four other customers reserved. What’s the point of making a reservation, wasting people’s time coming in, only to tell the you don’t have time for them. I’m only giving a 1 star because there is nothing lower! Customer Service? There are too many other places that want your business!
If I could rate this place no stars I would. Its unbelievable how negligent your techs are. Cant even do a proper inspection when paid to do so. In addition now theres a tow bill involved and you cant be bothered to answer your phone because you arent even at your store at 6:40p.m. when it shows you close at 7p.m. Not only are you not at your store before closing you havent been answering your phones since 5p.m.

I had a great experience. I took my car in for a few things, including a tire alignment, tire rotation, and I had my actuator fixed. The fix for my actuator was actually less than what they quoted me which was great, since they were able to save time on labor. Additionally, I had to take my car back in the following day due to an issue with the heating that arose from the actuator work, and they adjusted and fixed quickly without extra cost.
It was the worse experience in my lifetime for any kind of auto care works i went for,un professional,careless about the customer time and importance, i made an sheduale two days before to change my tire and i had time sheduale for 1:00 i was in time the guy in the front told me will take about1 h:30min,as he said i wait in the lobby till 3 0 clock and same guy come to me and told me he dosent have the right tire for my car.i was really dissapointed,i even have no any single words to tell them,for thta carelessness,for sure i will never be back to thhat place,and never recommended anybody, there are many good professional arround greeley,horrible experience .if i could do a zero star i would definitely been did that.
I used to use this Firestone for my personal vehicle and my work vehicle but I will no longer be doing so. The people I dealt with in the past were so nice and accommodating but the woman I have been dealing with there is not only not pleasant but not helpful at all. I will cancel my card here and never return to this business because of the way I was treated.

Horrible customer service, made an appointment for 11am. Dropped my truck off at 1045. Told them I have a ride Ill just come back for it. 7 hours later my truck hadnt even got to. They had the nerve to say oh well we try to get to the people that bring it in and are waiting first.so whats the point of an appointment? Icing on the cake Im there waiting and see them pull it into the garage just to pull it out ten minutes later and say its too wide for our ramps sorry. Avoid that circus
They sent me to the Johnstown Firestone because these guys apparently did not have a technician trained who could torque a 21 mm nut on a lower ball joint, which they kept calling the lower control arm. The only reason its not a one-star is they were at least pleasant.The Johnstown Firestone crew was able to torque the 21 mm nut and do an alignment for me within a few hours.
I’m a little disappointed. Scheduled an online appt for an oil change today and when I get there the service desk clerk tells me an online appointment won’t be honored it since the system allows 4 appts an hour and they only have two techs. That’s totally fine you know being understaffed and all. What bothered me most was there was no call or email stating they were unable to fulfill the appt, I had to drive there to be told that. Please update the system accordingly to ensure customers aren’t turned down even if they schedule an appointment, not fair to the techs or customers.
I got my oil changed today. Everyone was very friendly, accommodating, and wore masks. The store was extremely clean. I will definitely return.
I called and asked if they were busy and was told no, they could get me right in for a flat repair. Five minutes later I arrived and was told it would be an hour. Not to happily agreed and I went across the street to eat. Came back in 1 hour and 15 mins and they hadn’t even started it yet. I’m still sitting here, 2 hours and 15 minutes later waiting for my flat tire to be repaired. He told me other people got put in front of me but he could “bump me up”. I’ve now wasted almost my entire day waiting for a flat repair. My usual tire shop takes about 10 minutes. Piss poor service at this Firestone. Steer clear! Slow as molasses

Had an APPOINTMENT for an OIL CHANGE and over an hour later my car still hasnt been seen. Their excuse? If I drop off my vehicle to go shopping while I wait, my cars priority drops on the list. I made the appointment a week in advance. Clowns, Ill never be back.
Took in for a wheel alignment and had to go back and wait again cause steering wheel wasnt centered while driving down a straight road. And when I picked up my car the stereo settings were reset and now having battery problems! While waiting another customer came in complaining that his battery was giving him problems after having work done and it was done by the same machanic Chase!!! And 2 other customers also came in complaining about their work done.. be careful if you have them work on your vehicle.
I went in on Friday, September 25, 2020 to inquire about tires. The old guy at the counter was very rude and short with me. I went to leave and one of their techs parked a car directly behind me while I was backing out. We swapped some paint. I went inside to speak to a manager and was told there was no manager. I then asked for the corporate number and was told we dont just hand out our numbers to the public... I also asked, Why a vehicle was parked behind the other vehicles rather than being parked in a parking space? I was told, Thats our policy to park there for the customers convenience. Its a private parking lot, we can park where we want to... Id really appreciate it if someone were to contact me regarding the damages to my vehicle and the young ladys vehicle.

Had an apointment at 930 since we went to walkaround instead of wait for over an hour. they didnt do our oil change becaue we didnt wait in lobby and said we werent a priority. Like it defeats the purpose of making an appointment if thats the case just make everyone a walk in

Took truck in for alignment. i dropped it off at 930 am, called them at 430 pm. said it was on the rack. i show at 445, just pulling it on the rack. 12 minutes later its done. Im a master mechanic so i know thats impossible. Alignment is way off and everything but toe in is red, I told them it was just lifted and i gave them the specs. simple. tech says the camber adjustment is all used up. Thats not true, its still where i left it in the middle of adjustment area (that way tech could go either way easier at time of alignment). the camber was actually worse after i picked it up, he said he cant set the camber due to no adjustment. and the caster is incorrect as well. all the tech did was change the drivers side toe in. I was going to bring in Sunday but elected not to. i cant trust them. I was told by service adviser (rich or john or something and was NOT the person i talked to when i made appointment, he wouldnt let this happen) that the tech was supposed to be off at 3 pm and he was probably in a hurry. who would say this to a customer? excuses is all I heard. do you have customer service training for them? This store has a lot of issues by the looks of things. Took truck into Brakes Plus and they had it aligned perfectly in 45 minutes from drop off and was half the money.
Great Tires got 65000 on my 1st set so came back for another of the destination MT2. I called everyone in town on pricing and they smoked everyone on these tires
I made an appointment for them to replace a couple tires for my son so he could come home. We live 7 hours away and I knew his car wasnt safe. We took it in on a Tuesday and he picked it up Saturday. What happened between Tuesday and Saturday was nothing short of a nightmare for THEM. They went above and beyond to make sure my son had a safe way home even sitting at a hardware store for HOURS trying to find bolt that could replace the one that broke. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future!

If I could do zero stars I would, with all that we have going on in our communities, having someone completely trying to scam me and make a sale is absolutely abhorring. I went in 03-28-2020 for a flat repair, after what seemed like a lengthy wait time, the man at the counter comes to me to tell me that they couldnt repair and that I actually needed 4 new tires. Little did he know my father and my brothers are all mechanics in different states, while I may not know how to work on vehicles myself, I at least know enough to realize when someone is being absolutely dishonest. Not only that, he made me sign a waiver because if my tire blew up on my way home, he wasnt going to be responsible Who says that to someone? Took it to a different shop, were they repaired and had me on my way in less then 20 minutes.
This place is no good!! On the phone they asked my make and model of vehicle, then proceeded too schedule me in for an appointment and when I came in I dropped the keys off and they said they’d call when it was finished, I had to call and ask(1 hour and a half later) and they proceeded to tell me they couldn’t service my car! Terrible service 0/10!! They should not say they can service my vehicle if they can’t (.)!!!!!!!
I bought a lifetime wheel alignment.... NOT LIFETIME!!! Don’t fall for it!!! This recent time left my Durango horrible pulling to the left almost threw me into oncoming traffic!!! Very upset this afternoon. They sold me a lifetime alignment service last year, only to tell me this year that they dont actually have the tools to perform the job. On top of that, last year they replaced my rear brake pads, but failed to inform me that the rotors were also required on my vehicle. Now my old rotors have ground with the new pads, and Ill have to replace both! Which Ill be doing at somewhere else. I used to swear by Firestone, and trust them with everything, but these two blows this afternoon were too much. Ill not be returning, and thats a shame.
Guy working the counter should find a new job, one that does not included costumer service. Costumer service at the place sucks
If I could give them negative stars I absolutely would. Not only is the customer service non existent but we have been sitting here since 1:20 our appointment was at 1:30 and it’s 2:10 and they haven’t even pulled our vehicle in. Not only that but in the time we have just been sitting here not a single person has even said as much as 2 words to us since they took our keys. Not sure how they expect customers to want to come back when they don’t take care of the customers they have. What’s the point of scheduling an appointment if no one is going to honor it and take other people’s schedule seriously.

Above and beyond the worst service ever!!! My husband sat for almost 4 hours waiting for them to repair a tire. They waited until closing time, the day before Thanksgiving, to tell him they supposedly couldn’t fix it. Had they taken 2 minutes when he first arrived he could have taken it to a shop that would have been able to fix it. This kind of poor service is unacceptable!!! Add into it a rude employee and we will never ever be desperate enough to use their service again! EVER!!!Update: tire was totally fixable!! Took it to another shop, day after thanksgiving, fixed it in under 30 minutes. Piece of cake.

They told me they would call me when my car was ready around 5:30pm and when 6pm came around they called (finally after 3 hours) and asked where I was then closed the shop 5 minutes before picking up my car! Managers DERICK and JHON are garbage and shouldnt be able to manage a pile of rocks. GO TO FORTCOLLINS LOCATION!!!!

I’ve never been to this store before, went once and I will not be returning. I needed a quick oil change and I walked in at 12:30pm to be told it’ll be an hour and a half wait, and an additional forty minutes for the maintenance. I saw this as an adequate amount of time for an oil change considering it isn’t necessarily a quick task, and with those estimates my car should’ve been done at 3pm the latest. 4pm rolls around and I still hadn’t received a call from the store, called them and they said they were putting it on the rack as we spoke. They also told me by the time I showed up it would be done. Got back to the store at 4:50 and it was still not done. In fact, they were just beginning to raise it off the ground. Then as we complained about the time it took, they rudely told us that we gave them the wrong year of the car and that for future reference we should know so they “don’t take forever to find the filter”. You work at a car shop, how hard is it to double check before you look for a filter? Don’t blame your poor service on a simple misunderstanding. Even Big O Tires, or WALMART is better than this excuse of a car shop.
I am very disappointed with the service I received. I had a flat tire on Thursday (today is Monday). I ordered a replacement tire through TireRack which had it delivered to Firestone Complete Auto Care (a preferred installer) the following day, on Friday. Called an scheduled an appointment, they could not get me in until Tuesday. I told them that I had the rim with the flat tire already dismounted, and all they had to do is mount and balance the tire on the rim. I dropped the rim on Saturday, and was told they could have it by the end of the day or Monday morning at the latest, even though they are open on Sunday. I patiently agreed and waited for the tire to be ready. So far, no problem. I get the call today (Monday), get to the shop, put the tire in the trunk, and drive home to install it. As I am installing the tire, I noticed how carefully the tire was mounted by seeing some scratches on the wheel, however nothing too concerning other than the rim is two weeks old and should still be new. Upon further inspection I noticed they have broken the center cap on the wheel which is really frustrating on a brand new wheel. If this is the care they put into a simple tire mounting, considering how long it took them, I cannot imagine how much care they put into a bigger job with your car. I do not care it is something as small as a center cap, it was a brand new wheel and it should still be in the same condition it was prior to going through a tire shop.

2 years age (2017) the service was average but the customer service sucked. I scheduled an apt for tire rotation online 4 days ago( Oct 23? 2019). It was confirmed so I showed up today 30 minutes before my apt. After waiting 40 minutes the fill in manager had me sign paperwork that wasn’t mine ( I should’ve looked closer) then 5 minutes later said he didn’t have time for my apt. I was clearly upset, it was obvious he couldn’t have cared less. I don’t want to go clear to Loveland but I will before I go back there. ( Centerplace location)

My husband takes my car in at 7:30 when it states they are open. For a simple nail in the tire. So there is no one at the store at all except for employees, and is told that it will be an hour and a half until they are through with their inspections. News flash guys that means that really you dont open until 9. Thank you for the wasted time and no assistance.
I have an appointment for tires rotation at 2:30 PM but I dropped off my car at1:00 PM. To do tires rotation take on 30 minutes but when I came at 5:00 PM, still my car is sitting and nobody starts working on it yet. Even I dropped off my car one hour earlier then my appointment time. It makes me really annoying.

Hold on tight to your wallet!!Had a terrible experience, will not return. We made an appointment to get our brakes replaced (we had recently purchased this vehicle from a family member who is a mechanic, took excellent care of it and had all service records so we knew going in that the front brakes had recently been replaced, not even a year old but that we would be needing rear brake pads soon but that the rotors were fine).We show up at our appointment time which was 2:30pm and our vehicle was not taken back until 45 minutes later at 3:15pm. Strike number one – not respectful of our time and schedule. An HOUR later, the brakes haven’t been replaced and instead, we get presented with an estimate for $772 because they say that the brake pads and rotors on both the FRONT and rear need replacing (remember we have proof of the recent replacement of the front brakes).....are you kidding me??? Clearly, they were being dishonest and trying to sell us items we didnt need. Strike number two and that one was a deal breaker. So two hours of time completely wasted and we left still needing to get the rear brake pads replaced.The next day, we went to get a second opinion elsewhere and guess what – that shop was honest, told us that yes, they could see that the front brakes were recently done and they were fine and that all we needed was to have the rear brake pads replaced. I even gave them the opportunity to charge more if they had wanted to because I asked them if they were sure that the rotors were in good shape and I was told that everything looked and checked out great except for those rear brake pads. That shop had my truck in, done and I was on my way in 45 minutes for $140.I don’t like dishonesty and I feel like Firestone treated us as if we knew nothing about our vehicle and would just buy into whatever they told us and maybe that works on most people but not us. I feel bad for anyone that has been ripped off by this place. My advice, go elsewhere!!
Had the brakes, radiator hoses and a radiator flush done. The brakes turned out great. I picked up the car and drove 3 miles to get home. When I got home I saw a cloud coming up from the front of the car. When I opened the hood I found coolant everywhere. The tech failed to tighten the hose clamps. I had to get under the car and tighten the lower clamps and then tighten the top ones. There is now the added issue of my having to get coolant and add it to the car. 260.00 for the radiator work and I will have to get the car checked for new damage due to Firestones failure. Never again.
I have always had great service here. John who works the counter is an amazing customer service rep. Never had to wait too long and they stood behind their product when they didnt really have to due to circumstances. Go see John...hell take care of you.

Firestones website brags about how good their customer service is. However the service I received inside the store today was absolutely terrible. I dont know the name of the guy who I checked in with whenever I walked in the store because he had a jacket on that covered his name. He was a guy probably in his late fifties or early sixties band was extremely rude to me. I had an appointment set for 1 oclock so I showed up right at 1 oclock and checked in I sat there and waited 40 minutes and finally asked when my car was going to get in. The guy said he thought they were working on it but I said no. I can see my car sitting in the parking lot still they havent even gotten to it yet. Two other customers walked in and were help immediately instead of them doing the service I set an appointment for. This man was extremely rude, had an attitude the entire time, and when I checked in and told him I had an appointment he side and asked for what? in the rudest tone imaginable. When I finally got sick of sitting there for 40 minutes past my appointment time with two young children I finally asked for my keys back so I could leave because I have other shops I can go to that arent going to be disrespectful and waste my time. It is embarrassing to firestones Mission and their claims about excellent customer service to have an employee like this working at this location. I would highly suggest going anywhere but Firestone. I can name several other auto shops that give ten times that are customer service than I received today. I have had an absolute horrible week between somebody t-boning my car and getting told I need to pay $4,000 for car repairs and still would never find it in myself to treat someone the way this man treated me.

Theyve stolen money out of car during services, refused to fix our tire when theyre was 2 hours before closing because they didnt have time, left our car leaking after an oil change and always have horrible attitudes anytime we go in. I dont know why we have them as many chances as we did to redeem themselves. Never again.

Overall good experience. I had to get my rotors and pads replaced. I think they are a bit overpriced, but their service was great. While the work was being completed, the gentleman I was working with took the time to bring out the old rotors to show me the condition they were in. I appreciated the gesture, and it provided a more satisfying experience because I was not sold on the overall cost. The gentleman did provide discounts, and offered to honor the quote for me to complete the work in 30 days! While Im sure they are running a promotion, I also liked that he did not try to swindle me into paying more than I wanted, and tried to apply the best promo possible for the work I NEEDED to complete at this time. You cant put a price on good customer service, and they were great!
People are slow and have a dont care attitude. I showed up my car was marked complete and paperwork was done. The car was never ar in touched. So to save face they pulled it and my sons car in to get them done. Came to pu my sons car and the hood was not shut. All i was told was it was like that when i got there. Funny i went out and it shut fine. Terrible job and you have lost my trust and buisness

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!I Took my crown victoria in for an alignment (I have the lifetime alignment) because it was starting to pull left. Waited over an hour for them to tell me they cant do it because I need new tie rod ends and adjusting sleeves. (They wanted $900 in parts and labor) Both parts replaced new within a year. Get the car home wash underneath and shot a small amount of grease in. Brought the car back and they were able to do it this time. After 3and a half hours of waiting I get it back and its WAY worse. Found out the same thing happened to my brother at this location.
I have been going here for years. We take all of our cars here for service. Our kids now go there and Scott takes excellent care of them. They are very straightforward and they are willing to take the time to answer questions, or educate you on what is going on or what could happen. I did have an issue with one service they performed. I ended up towing the vehicle to the dealer for them to check it out. Called Firestone and they, without hesitation, made it right. People make mistakes, its in our nature, but its how you handle things to fix it is where a company wins or losses.
Save the heartache and steer clear of this business!!! I wish I could give it 0 stars. Our family will NEVER go here again! My teenage son took his car in to get a simple oil change a week ago and after he has driven it all this time we discovered yesterday that Firestone left the oil cap off!! Hot oil has sprayed throughout the engine compartment, the engine is almost void of oil, and the cars warning lights have lit up. The car will no longer drive. Sadly our son is working hard to pay for his car and is now left with no vehicle to get to those jobs!Initially when we approached Firestone, we worked with a gentleman who tried to make it right. He paid to tow the car in and told us he would clean it up, go through the engine compartment, run a diagnostic test and get things right. At the end of the day he called and told us they could not fix one of the problems and would be taking it to Mazda to get it taken care of the next day at their expense. When my husband called today to see if he could pick up the car, the manager answered and had no idea what had happened. He went through the paperwork and rudely told my husband the vehicle had sat outside all day and will not be touched. He said they will not be covering the last problem and felt they were not liable. In the conversation, the manager was demeaning, sarcastic, unwilling to listen and downright rude...even calling my husband a Mother Fer!! He claimed the man who helped us yesterday had no right to do so. Really?! When checking on the vehicle tonight, the engine compartment still shows oil stains everywhere. We have no idea if anything has even been done. The manager is completely unwilling to do anything for us and said the only thing we can do is go through their insurance company and make a claim which can take weeks. He also said we cant move the vehicle until the insurance company looks at it. So now we are stuck without a vehicle and looking at $1000s in repair to a vehicle that was running great before the oil change.We are completely frustrated and bewildered at Firestones lack of customer service and inability to perform a simple oil change! Even though this is a disaster, at least the car didnt catch on fire as my son drove 20 minutes to work and back everyday!!Save yourself the heartache and steer clear of the business!!
Asked for an oil change, drive belt, change the coolant and any other fluid that needed to be done. Also I think the gasket from my downpipe to my exhaust is cooked so asked if they could check it out, and change if need be. Finished it off with a call me if theres anything else. I walk in at 10 minutes to closing after my car had been there for 12 hours. Didnt change any other fluids that needed it, and didnt hear anything wrong! My car sounds like a perpetual wet fart going down the road, and I get we dont do a lot of exhaust work here. Dude, I dont do ANY exhaust work and I know theres an issue. Ill never go back to this place. I only went because its the closest place to my office, and its a trusted name.
I went to have a flat repaired. They told me it couldnt be repaired because the nail was too close to the side wall. Then they also informed me that I was due for all new tires anyway, they were very worn down. Then they quoted me $956 for a set! I know for a fact that I do not need new tires. I am still under warranty with my dealership and they do the full car inspections every time I am in for service and they have not informed me that Im due for tires. Secondly, $956 for tires! That is outrageous. To not even give me different price point options is bad business. I ended up taking my car to a different shop that my husband and his family have used for years that is locally owned and operated and guess what? They fixed the flat without me having to replace even one tire. I will never go back here for any service. I felt that this was not an honest business.

Lets face it. A. Its a car shop. B. its a big company and C. Its a tire place first and foremost.Of course theyre going to have company policies that restrict their services. But every time I have come in, they have been polite, efficient, and rather reasonable in their pricing. That in mind, while I definitely would recommend them for minor maintenance, oil checks (with free inspection), and break and tire services. I would not recommend more intricate work unless you know the mechanics working that day. Though you should shop around for things like that regardless.And to those complaining they wont repair flats, replace your tire. Its basic physics that a structure whose integrity has been severely compromised will be unreliable even after repairs. Smh.
Dropped in to this location as my wife had just ran over a nail. Was promised a 90 minute turn around. My tire was fixed in 60 minutes! Super nice location and great service! Thanks Firestone!

Never fails, each time I come here, I need something simple and it turns out to be a $1k+ bill. I figured it was just because it was a fleet vehicle but as I was waiting, thats another story, the crazy upsaling happened to everyone!I scheduled an appointment at 7am for an oil change and tire rotation...I received my truck at 1130 because they didnt have tire kits. You guys literally specialize in tires!!!Needless to say, I wont be going back with any of my fleet vehicles.
My boyfriend is a mechanic that needed a simple alignment on a car he couldnt align, when he got there they said the tie rod was worn out. Somehow, after a full work up beforehand, the bolt on the tie rod came loose. After a large amount of arguments the manager said all he could do was a lifetime of alignments for $150. They dont care about their customers they just want their money. Do not take your vehicles here.
No place to put air in tires parking lot has way to many cars!
Im not saying this Firestone Im Greeley, but the one in Lakewood Colorado is horrible. I went in for a flat tire a couple of weeks ago and they told me it couldnt be fixed. Told me i needed a new tire, I came back to Greeley went to big o tires to get a tire. The tech came out and looked at my flat tire and told me they could repair it for $19.45. so Firestone was trying to sell me a tire. Never will go firestone again
Im not sure what these other reviews are all about, maybe they went in at a bad time or the management was different but I had a guy named Dave help me out when I needed my tire replaced. I went in at 7:45 and left by 8:20 and there were at least three others cars being worked on, I have never had such great and swift customer service and i will be going back if I need anything else done.
I was able to register an appointment online which I would recommend if your going in on the weekend. Four tires and an alignment in about two hours. Good service

Went in for an alignment on an f-150 that already drove pretty straight, left with a truck I can barely keep on the road and they tell me my frame is bent (I’ve owned this truck its whole life and it’s not), total amateurs take your vehicle elsewhere!
Terrible service. Made appointment and was told tires would be in stock. But they werent. Wasted half a day there. Dont let Rich help you. Other guys seem okay, but no one offered me anything, even a Coke for my trouble.

They really took their time looking over the car. Then took their time explaining things to me. I would defiantly take my car back.
Gave me quick service because i told them before i came i had a deadline. Didnt push otjer services on me, but did check hoses, pressures, etc, and gave me written report for my information.
Ivan was great in explaining issue and giving detailed breakdown of repairs needed. Would definitely recommend.

Im not happy with how they do business,( Firestone have different price quotes for same work.) The manger is always trying tag on more products and labor. Whats strange is there over priced and if you go to different Firestone store it could be higher or cheaper for same repair. The stores are never on same page regarding the work, they perform. Beware.

I believe that they were trying to take advantage of me. I got an oil change and a courtesy check of my vehicle they said overall my car was okay. They said that my third backlight needs to be replaced and that it will be very hard to get to it and Ill cost me about $77 to get it replace. Also they said that I need a new transmission fluid and they recommend that to be changed every and that I need tires. That I needed get new tires cause if it rains my car could slip. I didnt let them do anymore. I went ahead and bought my lightbulb from a auto store and replace it myself it was super easy. Last year I already got my transmission fluid changed from the dealership. I took my car to the tire shop where I bought my tires and they said my tires were fine I could go about another 10,000 miles on them.
Worst place ever!!! Dont trust them with your car not only did they loose my keys to my locking lugnuts they also made my car unsafe. Found out today that they had put the wrong stud in my tire that left a 3 inch gap and if i kept driving on it my tires could of came off. And then when asked if they would fix my tire that i had a warranty was told that i couldnt get in until next week for a job that would take 10 minutes or less. Will be calling corporate and filing a complaint against the store and the manager.
I had a warranty on my tires and I had a blow out on the highway and I brought my car to this shop and they tried to make me buy 4 brand new tires even though my warranty covered it. I called the other firestone on 8th and they took care of my tire NO CHARGE! With NO problems don’t waste your time at this one I would go to the one on 8th. This location with try and rip you off.
