If you want to get ripped off, go to Honda of GreeleyWe agreed on final pricing a month before our CRV even arrived, and agreed to pay 100% of MSRP.I went and signed the papers, and drove home.Only later did I realize that they had added $1,200 in scam fees on top of the committed final price. I KNEW I should NEVER have trusted a car dealership not to rip off their customers.When the salesman emailed me asking why I gave them negative feedback on Honda of Americas survey, I responded that its because they overcharged me $1,200. He didnt bother to reply.When I reached out to them a second time to ask if they wanted to fix this behavior, I again received no response.Honda of America: if you continue to force loyal Honda customers to deal with crooks, I will never buy another Honda again.

I had an appointment at the Honda Dealership in Ft Collins but when Honda of Greeley could get me in three days sooner I decided to take it to Greeley. The folks at the Honda of Greeley were friendly and professional. Jason in service was exceptional. Jeff the finance manager was welcoming and friendly! They arranged a shuttle to take and pick me up from work while my car was being serviced. The shuttle driver Don could not have been kinder. When the service was complete I got a complimentary car wash which was a nice touch!! After experiencing both dealerships I found my new go to guys are at the Honda of Greeley and Ill be telling all my friends as well!!

Greeley Honda did awesome work on my 2009 Fit. From bumper to bumper Ryan kept me informed throughout the process of what was needed and what had been completed. Greeley Honda found issues that several other service places had missed. The car drives like it is brand new and it has 200K on it. As Ryan said, it is just about broken in now. Couldnt be more pleased with their work, their communication, and the end results. Completely worth getting the result that they did. Thank you Ryan and the service techs who did an awesome job to make it a great ride again. Definitely my go-to place for repairs and service for my Fit!

The gentleman who helped us listened attentively and picked up on something we didnt even realize was important. They ran tests and figured out what the problem was. He asked how long we planned to keep the car so he could determine if we were headed in a good direction with the suggested repairs, since they were more cost than wed expected to incur. He was very good at explaining what we needed and why it was important. Im very happy with the way we were treated and with the repairs themselves.

Had the best experience purchasing a used car this past week. I had arrived Saturday evening to look at a car that I saw posted on their website. When I arrived, they had already closed, but I walked the lot and found the car to at least take a look at it. Through the website, I was able to email that I was interested in it. I received an email stating they received my email. Then I received an email from peter Magana that the car was still available and asked if I would like to set up a time on Monday to test drive it. Another email from the Jon Briese thanking me for the interest in the car and that someone should have reached out to me, and gave me his phone number in the meantime if I had any questions I could call or text him at any time. I emailed Peter back to let him know that I would, indeed like to set up an appointment on Monday to come test drive it. We set up a time. When I arrived that afternoon, the car was parked up front and running to cool it down, as Monday was a rather warm day. Peter was waiting my arrival, showed me the car, showed me a few features and let me go out and see what I thought. Came back, talked with Peter and Keven, made a deal and signed papers. Walked out of there with no hassles, and feeling quite satisfied with the service I received. Peter was upfront, honest and fun to work with. I appreciated all that the did, from having the car ready when I got there, he had it cleaned up even more while I was signing papers; the interaction he had with me throughout the process was professional and friendly. I was at first glad when my husband found a car close to home, he has been saving to find something affordable and comfortable for him as he is disabled, he had been working with an online salesman Peter who likes to tell you how convenient their online services are for their customers. An offer was made a time was set..this is a big deal at our house for him to get up and go. This was explained to to Peter. Today we got up and out, got a cashier check for the down payment and then 2 hours before our appointment he received a text the car was sold. Now I have shear disappointment just another complaint he has to living in the area where I grew up! 😑 where did all the good people go?? If your disabled and want to be respected maybe look around before shopping here.

Our 2011 Honda Pilot had a starter that suddenly stop functioning. Ryan advised the service dept would work on it immediately when our vehicle arrived on the tow truck. Ryan was is contact with us rapidly with the diagnosis of the problems, gave us a time schedule that was right on schedule and all repair work was done professionally and clearly explained. Well done Ryan and shop mechanics.

Great staff, always serve up the freshest Hondas in town. If you like your Hondas oily, this is the place to go. The first time I went there they gave me gas, but it hasnt happened since.

Was very happy with the whole process. Casey was our salesperson. I never felt pushed into a decision. He had lots of great information on all the vehicles we test drove.When we chose a car they gave us numerous options with financing. I was actually shocked at how smooth the process was. I love my honda. If I had one minor complaint I wish they had washed the car better before pickup and there were a bunch of leaves crammed under the hood . Overall though great place to get a car.

This review is just from my personal experience of owning a Honda vehicle. My biggest complaint about my experience is how the service department rushes you and pressures you to make a decision on the spot. I felt that I wasnt allowed a moment to actually think about the situation or consult with a friend or family member. It was a hurry up and make a choice because we dont have time. I felt immense pressure and stress. They also try to freak you out about the condition of the car. Of course they are going to justify themselves. At the end of day it is a business and your friendly service advisor is a sales person whose salary depends on selling you anything they can. Dont let them pressure you.And please question everything that they tell you

Bryan and Nick in service are true professionals in their field. Ive brought our Civic to them a couple of times, and they have been prompt and honest in our dealings.Even with a major service (machining head and a new head gasket) Nick and his service techs are quick to get the job done. Very happy with the service department here, I wish I could say the same for our Civic. Honda failed to meet their legendary reliability with the 2008 model of the Civic.

Bought a ‘21 Honda Civic EX from Peter and the experience was quick and easy. I’ll never shop for a new car with anyone else.

I made an appointment for an oil change and was given an estimate of 30 minutes and an acceptable price. The appointment took an hour and the total cost was much higher than the estimate. I believe most of the extra time was spent on an inspection (not requested) to try to convince me to spend over $1700 when i just went in for an oil change. Will not be having my car serviced here again.

They did a great job fixing my door handle and Kevin was wonderful to walk me through a plan to continue maintenance on my older Honda. I am grateful for their service and customer care.

Ryan was extremely helpful, a bunny rabbit ate my wires and was still in the engine compartment. I called on Monday morning, of all days, and they said bring your car in at noon. Of course i was surprised to hear they could fit me right in! So I showed up and was greeted right away, dropped off my car and left. Roughly 40 mins later I received a call...the bunny ate all the wires (this is the short story) and the closest part was in Texas! Well I thought for sure it would take forever to get, but he said we should have it tomorrow and car done on Weds!! WHAT ONLY A DAY AND A HALF! SUPER ILL TAKE IT. Now I call insurance and explain to them the situation. Long story is kind of long already but ill sum up the rest. Ryan made sure the car got fixed and the insurance recieved all the necessary information so i picked it up Weds afternoon and made it to work 3 hours away where I actually live. Ryan was friendly and efficient, this was a great experience! Also, thank you to the mechanics who actually did the work!!
