If I could give 0 stars I would, this is the worst company I have ever dealt with, Ive had my car for about a year and a half now, the car should have never been sold, 3 months after I bought the car the clutch went out, then the transmission, warranty wouldnt cover the clutch so I had to pay out of pocket, second the back tire angle at about 45 degrees, tried to get aligned but didnt fix it. I refer a friend who has kids about a week ago, they put her in a versa, she had it 7 days before it has to go in shop, shop said wheel bearing damn near broke off, tires were 9 years old, they might be replacing the tires and warranty on the wheel bearing, but the point is you guys are willing to put other peoples life in danger all drivewise wants to do is make an easy dollar and does not inspect the vehicles they sell

I have never been treated in such a wonderful Way by a car dealer I have bought two cars from these guys . my second vehicle started to have some issues 2 years in . Iwas also having issues making my payments Ive been struggling I had fallen.I was looking at some pretty hefty repairs well into the thousands of dollars I wasnt going to be able to afford to pay my car off I wasnt going to be able to keep it there was no way anybody was going to give me a car loan after defaulting on this one because I couldnt make the repairs I was looking at being without a car which meant being without my job that I love so much as I use my car for Uber. I would not expect this of any car dealership even this one nor would I expect it to happen consistently or on a regular basis but the members of this team at drive wise stepped up and helped this struggling man out. they paid for the repairs on my vehicle and returned it to me the repairs were not as costly as initially thought but still were damaging to the pocketbook but they did get me back on the road.I want to give a special thanks to Jackie for everything she did to help me out. Truly amazing thank you.

They are ok. The only thing I dont like about them is to me they take advantage of the fact that people dont have a high enough credit score. Their car prices are outrageous. They have a vehicle there that has like 163 thousand miles and were selling it for 24,000 dollars. For that price I can get a brand new car with less miles.

Wow. First they were great. Cars were great people were great. Great experience. We got a van at first and had it for three days and it started making weird noises and turned out to be too expensive to fix, so we were given another one, this one actually broke down on my husband on his way home from work in Denver. After all that, we were given a ford which was perfect honestly, but that too started making noises and engine light came on and again was too expensive to fix. Last we were given a chevy equinox which is great we love it, but weve had to take it in three times in the six months weve had it. After those three visits, the check engine light came on and hasnt gone off since. Then were informed we havent been paying the bill right and instead of paying for both insurance and the car its just been for the car, so we have had no insurance for two weeks and owe 500 somehow. Ridiculous, never again. Dont waste your time and money. Go somewhere else.

Was pleasant experience in the beginning after we purchased our new car and traded our old one. After a short time, the car gave us problems which lucky we had purchased the warranty. When we took it to 5 shops for repairs, only one thing was fixed and still has numerous problems. The car was returned to us after 2 weeks in the shop with nothing fixed and a waste of our time. Whats the point of the warranty if nothing is fixed like the transmission which is going out and shops have told us. I have made several attempts to contact weld county garage to see what can be done because as i was told from them, this transmission is not going to last but nothing is covered? Very unhappy

Well when I was doing all the stuff for fiance. They were their all the time. But when I drove the car home noticed a sound coming off my passenger side tire. Took it to get looked at called them to see if they could pay for it. All I got was ghosted. I will never go back to buy another vehicle from them. Evertime I call they dont answer or they say they will call me back and never do.

US the truck I was looking at was 25, 750 but the kbb is 16,500 thats 9000 dollars more than the kbb price stay away from these people seriously. So sad too

I was so excited to be purchasing a SUV that was perfect for me. Heather was absolutely amazing. She made the purchasing part seamless. After 3 days off the lot I started having a few major issues. I took it to a mechanic a few times with no real solution to my problems. I was starting to regret my purchase. However, Trish came to the rescue. To make things right she set me up with another mechanic shop that got me in right away and was able to fix the issues I was having. The best part she renewed my faith in people doing what is right. She made sure it was all taken care of and I was not worrying about repairs so soon after my purchase. Everyone I have spoken to there have all been amazing, and although it was a rocky start they took care of me and went above and beyond. Now, that is how to take care of a customer!

I was frustrated because I had wasted my only day off driving around Cheyenne send being denied financing at places that promised guaranteed financing because I have no credit. Well Trish at drivewise in Greeley stayed in contact with me over the email and texts mostly. She even ran out in the rain even she was supposed to be getting off work to check which cars have a sun roof and even get the keys for it so she could take pictures if it so I could see what I was buying. Then Jonathon comes into the picture and does the actual sale. He was funny and honest and didnt push me into any thing he knew I wouldnt be happy with. This was mt fiat experience with trying to get financed for a car and they made it fun and comfortable and attuned every question I had. I even got a present at the end. So go see Jonathon at drivewise in b Greeley or do it like I did and go online and request Jonathon. Tell him I sent you. They got me. Into something sexy for a payment I could afford and a down payment that didnt leave me broke and I have no/ poor credit.

Well to start both my family members have vehicles from these guys and have been fairly decent so I have considered it a couple times. Well my car that I was driving ended up taken a dump on me and so I ended up having no choice but to finance something from these guys. Well first off they tried to finance me a car with over 220 thousand miles not happening. So I got my father to cosign, Well then found a 2014 and ended up with that car from here and not even 10 days later im stranded on the side of the road because of Transmission issues! Almost got hit by a semi and other cars because of it failing in the middle of highway 85. Well I finally got ahold some guy named Joe he was very rude didnt seem to care at all about the situation, I tried to explain this is my only transportation to work hence why I had no choice to get the car. All he could say was tough luck thats what the warranty is for he said they would cover the tow charge thats all he could do for me. Other than that wait for the shop. This all happened on Friday. So I got the car towed to the shop Saturday and they finally got to look at it today as in Monday and well Transmission is toast! The fluid was completely burned and they now have to tear it apart to see what all failed. Plus i have an exhaust leak and a couple other things he said. So he said a couple days to get it torn apart and then a couple more days for the warranty dept. To decide if they will cover the damage or not. So im currently on the waiting game with no transportation to and from work trying to figure our what in the world to do now..This place is horrible I wouldnt recommend to anyone else! Stay far far away from these guys and their cars! Horrible management. Salesman are good of course cause they need to make the sale...

Con artists. I bought a 2008 Chrysler Town and Country here some years ago, made my payments for over 5 years. Then when it time to get the title for said vehicle, DriveWise tells me that this was a lease and that I owe $3000.00 on this vehicle still. Keep in mind that the blue book value on this vehicle is set at around $6000-$8000, and I have already paid over $23,000. I tell DriveWise that I am not paying another dime for this vehicle, and they come repossess it. Now my paychecks are being garnished to pay the remainder of the $3000.00, and I do not have this vehicle any longer. This vehicle was originally purchased when DriveWise was Herbies Autos, who got sued for unfair lending practices. Looks like they did not change their company at all, just the name.I also like how all of the responses from the owner are only on the good reviews that they have, goes to show that they do not really care about customer service.

First they made it seem like we were buying the car when we were only actually leasing it. In the first 6 months had to put a lot of money into the vehical several times. Never missed a payment. Then right around the time we needed to renew our lease my husband lost his job and we had a baby. We still used our savings to continue making payments. Because my husband was looking for work they wouldnt reinstate the lease or give him any more time to find work( he wouldve been taking time off anyway because of the new baby) even though we were paying they repossessed our car because of the lease issue. Dont let the name change fool you this is Herbie and still has the scams and careless employees

I posted a 5 star 3 weeks ago . I was unaware my a.c in 100 degree weather didnt work. Nobody said anything as if it didnt work. The day I bought it I was busy and needed to get a vehicle. However I could have a got another one if I known the a.c in this didnt work. They knew and now they want to tell me its nothing they can do. Scammers is what they are. They got a big place to look good but theyre actually no good. They talk real good talk but theyre not there to help you when needed. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. Stay away.
