Great service a lot deal for Christmas shopping

Probably the best one Ive been too. Everyone like when I say everyone is so helpful. Customer service is good. They are super clean and stocked. Definitely will return

The staff were friendly and helpful. The store was clean and everything was in its place. So I didnt have to search the store for items.

I was treated in a cold and bad way. I just left my items and walked out .. they need to learn how to speak in a friendly way to customers .. I think it was the lady manager who talked to me and made me feel unwelcome .. made me feel like a kid who went to the wrong counter and not supposed to. Last time .. no more visits to this greenbelt location.

IT IS NOW 10:50 AM AND THE STORE IS STILL CLOSED WITH NO INDICATION OF THE DELAY. I CAME OUT OF MY CAR TWICE TO CHECK. BUT NOTHING OR NO ONE. HOPE ALL IS WELL.

Bath and Body Works have a great sale. This store is fully stocked. The hand soaps and candles are true to its scent.

The store is clean/organized/stocked everytime I go and way better than the locations inside of malls! Pricey but if you catch those sales its well worth it!

Its said Virgos are creatures of habit, so to that end, Bath & Body Works does not play well to my need for consistency in product offerings. Ive loved far too many B&BW offerings that ended up discontinued (see: Sea Island Cotton, Moonlight Path, Thankful from their Aromatherapy line, Noir from their mens care line, etc)... so Im starting to fall back on makers and lines that I can count on to be around for the longer term to be part of my regimen. Gotta accept B&BW isnt the settling-down type, enjoy the occasional fling with their stuff while its around, and not get attached to it.

This bath & body works location was really nice and neat. Their employees are very friendly and hard-working. I was able to find the stress relief aromatherapy lotion wash and sanitizers easily along with their sales employees striving to help me find what I was looking for.

Staff is amazing and items seem to always be fully stocked. Very clean and organized.

The location was very COVid prevention conscious. Really appreciated all the safety measures taken like, no more than 20 persons in the store at a time, social distancing and even the check out stations being protected and sanitized after each customer transaction. The location was well stocked and had a few good deals as always. The staff was courteous, friendly and helpful.

This place has great service, but it does not offer curbside pickup.

I was told I could bring in a coupon I left at home and apply the discount to my purchase from a couple of days ago. When I came in to do this, the man working said I was not allowed. The man also tried to gaslight me and said I must have gotten mixed up. The woman said I could literally come back anytime, even a year from now, and if the coupon and the receipt dates matched I apply the coupon. Obviously I would remember this because I specifically asked since I knew I left my coupon at home. Get your policy straight and dont mislead customers. Very poor management here.

As I do nearly every week, I visit this store. Today, November 28th, I asked for three candle boxes and was told they were out. I look around and see quite a few out on the floor. I asked for three of those and was denied. For the amount of money I spend, I was appalled not to receive three candle boxes! Please provide better customer service.

This Bath and Body works store in the Greenway Shopping Center is handling the COVID pandemic protocols better than any grocery store, department store, or shopping mall. They only allow a limited number of customers in and have a swift service for disinfecting. The customer service is delightful, the employees are personable and knowledgable, and the store experience is superb! I highly recommend shopping at this Bath and Body works.

Clean store small friendly staff

I came at around 1:25PM on a Monday. I checked their FB page and Google page just to make sure they are open. There were no indications that they were closed. After a 30 minutes drive, the store is closed. There was nothing on their doors either that indicated they were closed. Id hope they can put out a warning on their FB page in the future for these type of situations. Very disappointed.

Very helpful staff, buyer beware they have so many specials going on that you were going in to buy one thing and end up buying six or seven things. But you will like them all very good store keep up the good work.

Bad service I bought a buy 3 2 free perfume but they refused putting the 2 free sprays so bad l

Love this place! Always looking for new fragrances. They recently remodelled their Greenbelt, MD location and it is very inviting!

Very friendly, welcoming and professional staff. But watch out, they can be kinda pricey and can also give u wrong recommendations. Was a nice experience for the most part though

The reviews are correct! The employees are THE WORST! The attitudes are as if Im interrupting their day... I dont understand. If you dont want to be there, then go home. They talked to me as if I were an intruder and didnt belong. Shame on you ladies. Shame.

The remodeling in the inside is very nice, very cozy. Always have buy one get one or 2 for 3 sales on something in the store.

I always have a pleasant experience here, today I did not. There is a sale on the wall flower plug ins so I decided to buy a few. Two of the women in there did not speak, nor make eye contact. At the register I asked to use my coupon, the woman patricia looked at my phone and said this is an old coupon I said I just used it, can you please try scanning it. She told me no - it wont work plus its a picture, I told her it was a screen shot from my email. She still refused. Bad customer service today ladies.

Their shelves are never fully stocked. Especially in the Aroma Therapy products. They are most times, out of a particular product for weeks and my encounter with some of the staff has been HORRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL. But, dont waste your time voicing your concerns to Corporate....for they do little to nothing!!!!
