Great selection of beauty supply needs and accessories as well. I was so happy to find what I needed: Palmers Cocoa butter massage mommy stretch mark cream and the perfect Monroe piercing jewelry. They also had a really good selection of costume jewelry and fuzzy slippers for such reasonable prices. I will have to come back when I have more time.

Has an ok selection. Unfortunately an employee was very rude. The elderly lady told me to hurry up and buy because she was closing meanwhile it was 4 other people walking the aisles and 3 just walked in. Complete turn off from making purchases.

Decent size beauty supply store. They had great customer service from the cashiers but the selections were somewhat limited.

I was really exited to find a good beauty supply store in the area that had all the products I needed in stock. I bought many packs of hair from this store. Unfortunately I was not able to do my hair until a couple of months later and realized that I bought more hair then I should have. I came back to try to explain the situation and exchange the hair for other items. Of course I knew this was not going to be possible due to their exchange policy and the timeframe but I thought I’d give it a try since I had the receipt and spent a lot of money originally. I think stores should make exceptions to their policy to keep customer satisfaction. I left the store buying the items I needed and told them I would not come back to this store due to their lack of customer satisfaction!

Poor customer service! The staff has over charged me and my family for multiple items. I just bought a belly ring that clearly said $7.99 the man told the lady at the cash register “ no $9.99” and, it’s already broke after one day of use. My sister even purchased a $50 wig there that would be only $20 at the one down the street past, ERHS beauty supply store by five guys.

This store deserve no stars. When i went into store no one greets me. Everyone was on their phone or talking. I miss the old staff who was here last year. New staff no good!!! This store is going down hill in the past two years with out good staff and old staff they will lose their customer else where!!

The beauty supply store is genrally pretty good; I typically only go here when Im in a haste and need to be in and out. The one time I got something I really didnt like - these wack, cheap eyelashes by Broadway - I took it back to the store and the owner was kind enough to allow me to exchange it for eyeliner (granted I took it back within the week I purchased it).

Today one lady was begging to get in the store the store was going to close soon but there was still time to let the lady get her things but the employees ignored her and said things under her breath and the lady at the door locked the door in her face the lady was literally begging for her daughter that had an appointment the next day...they had a nice range of products, but very very bad costumer service.

I was disrespected there. Workers dont have basic customer service skills.

The employees are extremely rude.My friends and I were followed by a employee around the store, she was staring at us the entire time. We were there to buy wigs and she serviced us so poorly compared to how she treated the other customers. We felt like we were rushed to leave or buy something. When I asked if I could have a couple more wig caps from the try-on wig section (which I knew I had to buy) she said no I cant, assuming that I wanted to them for free and I had to clearly lean towards and clarify that I wanted to buy them. When my friends and I were checking out I told the employee that she was extremely rude to us and she said okay and proceeded to laugh after my transaction. Bottom line, she profiled us and thought we were poor and looking to steal from the store. Mind you, this lady was Black too, probably from East Africa, maybe Ethiopia. This was my second time coming here, neither of my visits were good and I wont be back.
