This is the largest beauty supply store that I have ever been in! U really has to take UR time shopping in this store... Dont miss a thing... Go s-l-o-w !!!

Came here yesterday, purchase multiple Nicknack Newyork true matte lip gloss, went home & opened them. After further inspection, they looked used (no it was not the tester) they were taped shut, after peeling the tape, it looked like regular duct tape, the stem looked wiped off & stuck back in, they were dry, like it barely has lipstick in them. I payed 2.99 per item. Spent $20 & i live far away, so shopping here is a trip, I dont usually get to but I decided to come out. Im so upset, i want my money back. So disappointed!!!

Very disappointing. Never have the products I want. No one is familiar with whats on the shelves. Lots of wigs and packaged hair, if thats your thing. I grow my own hair, so, this store is useless to me.

While they didnt have what I was looking for I did find something that I absolutely love.

I love this place they always have the best pricing they always have everything Im looking for for my hair or my clients hair and I like the fact that they have a Rewards program because nowadays we all could use the savings keep doing what you do and Ill keep coming and spreading the word thank you guys so much

Although they have a huge selection of hair and supplies, they are super rude, except the women at the register It could be because of the theft they have pictures on the door of suspects. The environment is kind of uncomfortable I dont want to shop in a store that treats all its customers like the ones on the door. I did appreciate they hired employees of color, but it seemed as if the asian workers were only there to keep an eye out. Not sure If I want to keep giving my money to these types of establishments.

I visited store today & asked if they sold capris. Guy locked door behind me shaking his head no. It was pouring raining outside & I had no umbrella. I asked if they could unlock door & they said no. I had to walk two stores down in the rain to enter the mall again. I will not be shopping at this store again. Had he said he was locking door, Id walked back out. Do better.

Very rude management. Walked away while I was speaking because of a return. I asked her why she walked away and she responded “because I don’t want to talk to you anymore.” I will not be coming here anymore

Bomb spot to get you hair products

Prices and staff ok..normally dont have any issues...however, after today, my advice is make sure you pay attention to your receipt because one of the cashiers likes to add items to your receipt...I thought she over added an item and questioned her about it, but she was slick with the answer...next time I see her I will take my time and count my items before I walk away from the counter..only can guess what she doing with the extra money...called the store 3x and all circuits were busy. I know times is hard, but shame on you Sis!!

Well stocked, I gave a 3 because some employees at the check out point are rude and nasty.

I’ve encountered the same issue as another customer on here.. the cashier charge me for an $8.00 item that I didn’t get. When I realized it later that night I went back to the store, and was told to come back tomorrow to see the manager. Came back the next no manager to be found, every time was the same story. I eventually forgot all about it. I only use them when desperate.

A really supper beauty place

Management has been rude to me on multiple occasions during my visits here. The last time was the final straw for me. I will not spend anymore of my money at a place like this. Management is pushy, disrespectful, and completely rude to guests/customers and employees. I have noticed for over a year how they treat and speak to their employees and it has always rubbed me the wrong way. During my last trip I was at the register and told the young lady(employee) it’s not acceptable how he treats people. She assured me that it’s okay (assuming I was referring to only how he treats employees) I corrected her and stated “NO it is not okay to treat me this way.” I told her that I will not spend my money here and I left.Please find another beauty supply store. This place will suffer due to their treatment of human beings. Hopefully New management will replace the current ones and I can return. There’s another beauty supply store in the shopping center with the Safeway down the street. That’s my new spot. :)

Im surprised to see all the 5 star ratings for this business. I am assuming those ratings were from citizens that either ONLY viewed the variety of products or accidentally selected the wrong store to review.This is my second and last time visiting this establishment. I thought things would change with new management. EVERYTHING is locked. I find it a common practice when shopping in Asian owned beauty supply stores. In order to look at any kind of REAL human hair you have to request assistance on the floor. When you decide to buy the hair they have to carry it to the front of the store for you out of fear and assumption that you will steal it.I asked the owner and lady tending to the wigs why this store is locked and she honestly replied almost everyone takes things.I wish I asked the question before buying because if you view everyone that enters as a thief MOVE!Come on people. Wake up! You shouldnt sacrifice respect for convenience.

Giving a 1 star because location is permanently closed. I drove so far just to see store empty. Normally, once a place is closed or relocating it’s considerate to put it on google and let customers know. It saves time and gas, rather than a customer driving to location just to find that store is closed.

I always have a bad experience, but they always have what I need when I’m short on time. The highest prices in the DMV! The worst customer service and the Ethiopian employees and the Asian management are so disrespectful and never helpful. If you’re black, please do not shop here unless you absolutely have to. I’m a respectful person, but when I’m followed around, disregarded and belittle, I am no longer a patron. The amount of money “they” make off of “us” in our own country, and the way they conduct business is shameful. Karma is real....

Do not shop here at all!!! I brought hair and came back to do an exchange when I realized I had the wrong color nothing was wrong the hair at all but the Asian women refused to do an exchange!! They are over priced and lack customer service!! This is the worst beauty supply store in Greenbelt. I will never shop here again and advise others to do the same.

Isatu, I dont know where you went but it wasnt here. I just came from there an hour ago and its still open. Didnt find exactly what I was looking for but got what I needed with no problems.

While they have a large selection, there are way too many competitors in the area to shop at a store that does shady business. I purchased a product advertised as a 4. It looked a little dark in the store’s lighting which was ok. It was taped up so I couldn’t open it to check the color. When I got home I opened it to find that it’s barely even brown let alone a 4, it was gray. I went back to the store maybe an hour later and the women working the wig section said that the product is final sale. I didn’t wear it nor did I ask for a refund. I just wanted a color I could use. She said I could talk to the manager the next day. The manager was apparently gone for the day.Who is running the store if there is no management? I also called ahead and no one answered the phone. You can’t misrepresent a product and tell me it’s final sale. If I bought a 4 it needs to be a 4 not gray. Again there’s too much competition to waste your time with terrible service. They treat their black customers like criminals and don’t feel that we are worthy of quality customer service. I will be calling tomorrow to speak to a major and/or filing a complaint.Update: After writing this I decided to call again and I spoke with Mr. Lee and he let me exchange it no big deal! The woman at the register was also very nice. They ended up overcharging me for the product too but I was going to trip over $2-$3. I just wanted to make it right.

I purchased a new item that I hadnt heard about that I actually like a lot. Eventhough the store was well stocked, none of the items I was looking for were in stock. I failed to asked if they will be coming in, any time soon.

This place has everything you could think of in the beauty worldEven though the cashier gave my bag to another customer. Had she not checked it. Before she left the store it would have been an issue. Its cool mistakes happen.

To anyone that mightve made the mistake of purchasing the wrong cream or wrong weave and left everything unopened and you go within three days of purchasing it to return. You do not get your money back at all. Everything in the store are final sale. You can only exchange or get your money back as a store credit. Very disappointed a business should understand unfortunate circumstances and give our money back. Beware when you purchase things...If I didnt have a $30 store credit I wouldnt go back to the store

There is NO customer service, this is a big place thats junky and they let you mindlessly walk around without offering any help, that is if you can find them. However, I gave a 3 Star because they have a wide arrangement of products, some that you dont see anywhere else, especially for Hair care, loved this part but hated the fact that a lot of the items are overpriced! Wen Cleansing Conditioner is a whopping $42 for what I think was a 16oz bottle....Outrageous!

The store has a great selection of hair care products and extensions and weaves and wigs. But the staff and management are very rude and it almost makes you not want to go. I would never go here if this election was not as good as it is. Wide variety store but awful manager. He was screaming at people for coming in the store which does not close until 9 to get out at 8:50 saying he’s tired and we need to leave. So unhappy with the customer service and professionalism.

I used to go to this store weekly and stopped because I really hate being followed. This was a last minute emergency visit because I forgot to order something via Amazon & needed it immediately and it was worse, every which way I turned there was a young girl or young guy right there staring. No I did not have a bag, backpack or purse, I had on a tshirt, jeans and a cell phone in my hand and my kids were with me and they had on the same thing as myself with no bags. I will never return to this location, from here on out I will continue to order from Amazon and for emergencies I will go to another store like down at Greenway Shopping Center or the new beauty supply on 198 where Party City used to be

The manager of the wig sections is unprofessional, deranged, and unadaptable. This goes for the Asian woman and the Asian man. Sounded like they were speaking Korean. They introduced themselves as the managers, but have absolutely no training in customer service. I Spent a lot of money at the store and feel like I was forced to make a decision on which product i wanted and was rushed out the door. These 2 are beyond help because they are incapable of empathy and understanding. looks like their brain stopped growing and unable to to accept new information. its sad. I will never go here again.

Two Ethiopian ladies working today tried to charge me $202 for 1 pack of Remi hair 18”. I’ve bought hair from this store over 5 times 20” each time and never paid $202 for one pack of hair. She claimed the price was before the 20% discount that her manager usually gives but the manager would not be in at all today so it wasn’t possible to give the discount. That was funny to me because whenever I’ve bought hair before I don’t remember them needing a manager to give a discount. Sounded like they were trying to scam me out of some money because one of the ladies wouldn’t even look up at me when giving that bs story. But it’s fine I went to another store and got the same hair with the 20% discount and won’t ever buy from super beauty again :) you lost a returning customer trying to scam. God bless
