Good location. The sales rep was honest and gave me all the pointers I needed. I felt bad in not getting it from her but the store didnt have whats wanted so she offered suggestion. In keeping my gophone account but I got the phone that meets my needs and an At&t rep helped make it happen

Elvis was great at helping us. Elvis activated our watch & iPad helping with Wi-Fi calling, helped me add something to my account in installments, and checked if I had insurance. He also helped us figure out how to trade in a device as well and tried to see if he could trade it in on our behalf. He was very patient and knowledgeable. He also helped put on a screen protector and helped us with the OtterBox & even told us how to use it and how to take it off as well as informed us of a promotion we wouldnt have otherwise known about.

I received prompt and courteous service.

This review is for a gentleman who helped me about a week ago.I have no idea what I did to my phone and walked inside the AT&T store basically panicking because I was not able to use my phone. In my past experiences when I’ve entered a AT&T store usually if I am not upgrading or getting a new line,The representatives are no help and tell me to go to the Apple Store to fix my phone.With that said. I walked into the AT&T stood in line for 2 to 3 minutes, Jose came out from the back and was very professional and kind. He seemed very empathetic to my situation.Jose was able to help me all the way!He patiently was able to fix the issue and walk me through, how not to make that mistake again ha ha.I asked for his card because I know who to ask for if I ever need assistance with my phone.Thank you Jose! 😊👍

The worst experience after spending an hour and being late to work I just went to another att store that helped me in less than 10 mins.”Always Take Care of The Customer” if another store helped me in less than 10 mins that just means you refused. Also the manager heard what was happening and just walked to the back leaving the sales associate on her own. But came back out when other customers came in without helping me first

My experience was so awesome. Bryan and and another gentleman (I forgot his name) were so accommodating. The customer service was beyond my expectation. What I love is excellent customer service. If I receive great customer service I want to share it with the world. That is so missing. Now I am that one who will also speak about poor customer service. AT & T store in Greenbelt, Maryland staff is awesome.So, just to share with you. I obtained a new phone along with new service. They did what they could do while I was inside of the store but I had to leave. Both gentlemen continued after I left they continued to prepare my iPad and my Apple Watch.They followed up with a phone call to keep me informed as well. Today, I returned to the store for additional assistance which was needed and once again the gentlemen were accommodating. So, friendly and nice. They answered my questions. Carlos is a lifesaver. My phone is very important to me and it is my life line. When my phone was not working properly I went into the Store and he without a hesitation help me. I’m used to walking into these types of stores and being greeted by an eager salesperson. No one acknowledged me at all after sitting in the store for 10 minutes. Granted they had other clients but not even a, “We’ll be with you in a minute.” I would have liked to make a purchase and sign up for a new plan but I guess I won’t be doing it here.

You will get charged unfair fees and be careful of your personal information. People from Langley park migrated there. I was charge $136.99 for nothing currently Im in dispute. You have been warned.

I had the worse service ever. I would not go into the Greenbelt store the customer service agents are misleading and the manager is in the back eating lunch not assisting the customers with any issues. I received a bill in the mail for 841.00 and I dont even have a phone with ATT. I would not recommend this location to anyone. #nostars
