Only giving a 3 star because when I 1st got there I was greeted and put on waiting list but after 15 minutes my food was ready and I was going back to work. I went dropped of my food came back and waited another 20 minutes but this time no one stepped forward to add me back to list or anything. Just no communication on second visit. It was only a problem because I extended my lunchtime to take care of that and got Nothing done.

They have a great set-up so when I arrived my name was entered in to the list of customers so that I was taken care of professionally and I was satisfied with their way of getting through the line of different problems presented!👍

They act like you arent even there. Said Hello when I walked in and and was never even spoke to again. Not anything, at least care enough to tell someone that it will be a while before your seen but to say nothing at all, all the way up to the point where I quietly walked out undisturbed or recognized, is definitely unprofessional. Ive been to some good stores in the area but the Berwyn Heights location is not 1 of them. Go elsewhere

Everyone in the store is so nice kind knowledgeable and very professional.....I would recommend this place to my family and friends... Ask for Deon when you get there i promise you will have a good time

Maria is the best! She helped me save so much money!! Super informative and I know she wants me to get the most bang for my buck. She’s also super funny and bilingual which made my mother and I comfortable. Definitely coming back to her!! The store is also kept clean which I appreciate in these times :)

This T- mobile is the only one that helped me get the plan I needed for my family and I. I had gone to various other locations, and I wasn’t fully convinced nor satisfied with the service. However, at this greenbelt location, I was able to get all necessary information about my new plans, and was treated with respect by staff personnel! Would highly recommend this location, I am a very busy person and I don’t even live in the area where this T- mobile is but I made the drive out because it’s so worth it! The entire staff is knowledgeable, professional, attentive and respectful. Joanna Molina (T-mobile staff) really knows her stuff, she’s the one who assisted me with my new plans, would definitely stay at his T- mobile.

Went to see if I wanted to see if I wanted to buy IPhone 12 pro max or keep my Samsung Phone, the rep seemed more on that I was spending not even 30 mins was saying they dont have much time to have me looking at a phone and that Covid makes it so a person can only stay a limited time, Um there was no one there but the staff and me no other customers and I had to make up my mind with no experience with Android only IOS, that really helped that someone that never used a Android and your there to help customers to help them make a choice on what might be the best choice for them..umm you cant if you have 0 info on Android, I had just called up asked if they had iphone 12 pro max and she said yes, I get there 30 mins later, I asked to get the IPhone 12 max pro, shes gone more than 20 mins saying ohh sorry we dont have any. SURE.,.all sell out in 30 mins when not one person was in there when I got there And left, seemed more about getting back to her colleagues and her phone than help.

Jose and his Manager Joanna was extremely helpful, I have been going back and forth with customer care and was on the verge of switching companies because I was so frustrated. They showed me they were willing to help me through my whole issue and showed me they cared. That’s all I wanted Thank You Jose and Joanna. I will definitely come back.

I came in because I was having issues with my iMessage . I couldn’t for the love of Hod figure out why I kept seeing green bubbles instead of blue. Joanna the manager helped me out and she was so nice and courteous. I was hesitant to come in because of the covid -19 but everyone there practiced social distancing and Joanna did such An amazing job answering all my questions and fixing my I message and keeping distance. While I was there told me about their promos and ended up adding a line for my daughter . She is great sweet and kind and def tried to make sure I was taking advantage of all my deals. She is great would def recommend coming to go get help from her!

I have been using this service for 4-5 years now, and the costumer service is beyond par. I used to have sprint for the previous 15 years, and I am happy that I made the decision to switch to T-mobile. Green belt location in particular is the one I like to go to, service and staff are always very welcoming and friendly whenever I have questions. I always feel taken care of and valued as a costumer.

Wow. I came in with very little knowledge on phones and came out with a new phone that I am very happy with. They gave me a promotion that I had no idea about and saved me much more than I thought. Johnny and their team all worked together to help me out and made the process of buying a phone seem-less. I also saw TV and had great laughs while learning how to use my new phone!

This particular sprint store is hit or miss. Feel like they must have a high turn over with their employees. Sometimes you get people on top of their game and other times not so much. Maybe its a training center, I dont know. Was disappointed today because even though their website said that a phone I wanted to purchase was in stock at this store, it was not. They did look for other nearby stores on line for me who said they have it however. I guess the lesson here is to call the store to check before you go.

They take forever to help you. If you are planning to go plan to stay at least for two hours.Also go online and go through all the deals. In store people lie to your face to sell stuff. And the bad part is they do not acknowledge that they have sold you that deal.Worst service. I recommend not to go here

The Sprint Representatives are always nice and polite. Mr. Deon McSwain is the absolute BEST! He works with the customers and is very knowledgeable about Sprints products, procedures, & protocols.

The person who helped me was nice but he rarely looked at me and refused to scan the printed confirmation I received from Sprint through email. This caused me over half a day of being on the phone with Sprint, being shuffled from person to person, and being disconnected several times. I finally went to the PG Plaza store and got the best service, which started with the person SCANNING my printed confirmation, and all was OK, like it should have been in the first place.

This place was bad at greeting you, when you walk through the door. Walked around to see if there was a list to sign in, nothing. Did not have phones instock.Will never come here again.

If your going in to troubleshoot your phone they are no help whatsoever. They like to think they are very technical and smart when it comes to software or phone issues. They are mediocre in attending to the customers and calling them liers. Had better service in laurel. So if you need help with your account or phone this is not your store there are better options out there for great customer service.

Ive been to this store twice between months. The first time was to find information about phones and plans, the second to see about phone covers. Both times services was non-existent and then after insisting the store manager was short and rude. Highly recommend you go elsewhere.

Deon, the store manager was beyond amazing. He took his time with me, made me feel comfortable. I was very frustrated coming in the store, i had a bad day at work. I went into the store because I was having problems with my phone. I was immediately greeted by Nick he was very polite and knowledgeable he also solved my problem. He offered me a total solution including a upgrade on my phone and a case and screen protector for the new phone. If you like to enter a store looking to get service only to be ignored for several minutes when there are available sales reps, this is your store. Terrible customer service. Went all the way to Annapolis Mall store to get good service and to sign up for cell phone plan.

This is by the far the slowest T-mobile I’ve ever been to. I stood in line for one hour to pay a bill while they serviced all the sales customers prior to a 5 min service of paying my bill. This location needs more employees and employees with common knowledge and customer service. I am filled with so much anger from the lack of professionalism that I’m thinking about canceling my entire service.
