When is the store going to fix their phone? Its frustrating to have to go to the store when the question can be answered over the phone. I was told the phone doesnt work but its been a while and still the same . I like to know if the store has what I need instead of going and finding out that they dont have it.

Last time i went there it was pretty good but this time i tried to go it was closed. google maps says they close at 9pm but it closes at 7, please give us accurate information next time.

I went in to price a phone. The girl told me $80 but then switched it to $158. I declined n left. The girl deactivated my phone. I called customer service and I had to go back to the store. I wanted to violently attack the girl for overstepping her boundaries and turning my phone off because I refused to purchase a phone from them. DO NOT USE THIS STORE! They’re unprofessional and borderline scammers. DO NOT ALLOW ACCESS TO UOUR ACCOUNT! It may cost you your freedom. She’s a dirty dishonest winch

Purchase a new phone from Amazon. Could not activate online. Went to the MetroPCS in Beltway Plaza. My receipt says I was helped by ROSAV. She was great. Activated my phone, transferred my contacts, etc. In and out with no issues. Great experience!
