I believe that the employees at the particular store makes your experience great or not. Jordan and Dakota at this store were so nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend coming to this store based on my experience.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Call the store in advance and described my issue and my need in detail. The representative who answered the phone told me to come in that they could handle it because I made sure I asked before making that long drive. Drove 40 minutes to the store just for us to walk in not even be greeted when we walk in by available rep that have no other customers, just to be told that they could not help us. AT&T told us to go to this store, but while speaking with the in-store representative he made it clear that he had zero knowledge of At&t products and services.

Andrew the manager is the best you could ask for. He and his staff go above and beyond to make sure you get what you want, can afford and are satisfied when you leave. The service is on point and done with true respect and caring for their customers. Friendly and genuine... thank you for being the perfect example of what customer service looks like!

Absolutely LOVE the Greeneville TN AT&T store! I always get the best service when I go there! Customer service is always top notch. The manager lady is very sweet and takes her time to help us understand our bill. And the man is always entertaining! Works great for my kids!! I’ve been coming to this location for about a year now and wouldn’t have it any other way!! They treat us like family.

Jennie and her team are always great to work with. We have a very complicated bill with multiple lines both business and personal. Its a super low value store (out of the 12times Ive been, its been near completely dead). Which means the employees there, are always available so not long wait times for service. Always friendly theres a woman with a sleeve of Disney tattoos WE LOVE HER, she always has the right answers an gives the best honest advice i could ever ask for. Other employees are great too we just almost always work with her. Great store!

On 12/24/2019 around 3:30 pm we were at Walmart doing last min Xmas shopping and just happened to walk by and mistakenly stop and look at phones, here comes a phone rep. To make a long story short I was at Verizon, $45 plan unlimited talk,text w/15gbdata PREPAID. He told us we could get the same plan, a free iPhone 7 and keep our current # and wouldn’t have to pay anything EXCEPT taxes. When we left we thought we had a pre paid plan like our verizon, we were not told either we could cancel within 14days. Come find out I can’t get my same # for 90 days because that guy ran out of time the 24th and didn’t get it changed so I dnt have the numb I’ve had 4 yrs. my plan is $30 higher a month and I have to pay $14 a month for a phone that’s sup b free then I’ll get a credit in 90 days. I have been lied to from day 1. O and I had to pay taxes and activation that day I was just sup pay taxes

My dad has his business account here and they always take really good care of us. They got me a new iPhone 8. Now my mom wants a new one. We will be back.

I’m a Verizon customer...I walked into the wrong place; spent 4 hours trying to find my account. I laughed, they laughed, we all are now best friends and hangout on the weekends. Ask them about about Sunday’s best....they’ll get it.

Great experience had a good time great employees that work here. Helps with the situation and got to the issue of the problem and fixed real quick. Dakota(Dilbert Darvis)and Megan are great workers here make sure to come check out this store and come get you a new phone and or some direct tv.

You are forced into a contract if you go here to buy a phone. I just wanted to buy a phone and look into getting service, but was told they wouldnt make any money if i bought a phone outright

After speaking with customer service and being told I could go to my local at&t store and get a new SIM card..I go to the store in Greeneville,TN and find out they charge you $5.25 for a new SIM card unless you go to a corporate store which is at least an hour away from Greeneville! I go there only to be told my SIM card is not the problem and still didnt get any help from either store other than being told at the Greeneville store that I shouldnt have a boost phone but instead should buy an at&t phone...what a joke my phone and SIM were both unlocked to be switched over! At&t is a joke!!!

I was disappointed with AT&T but not as much as Verizon. Still AT&T for selling me packages that were overly expensive. I tried to get out of the program but they said they had to set it up again because someone made a mistake. Supposedly they were going to send me an email but it never came. I would not recommend them

Signed up Nov 2016 for direct TV. Was told it was a two year contract. At the 13 month my bill went to 170 .wA always on time with payments but decided to cancel direct TV. Was told we had to go to a corporate office in Johnson City. Went to Johnson City and they said she could have cancel in Greeneville. Went to pay our cancel early fee at Greeneville and again was told to go to Johnson city. I will never get direct TV again.

Will not allow you to disconnect your direct TV service at this store. About two weeks ago the Green store sent us to Johnson City branch store for disconnection. When we arrived we were told by Johnson City branch that Greenville branch was very wrong for sending us to them for disconnect.When the Greenville store could of very easly taken care of us. The Johnson City store took very good care of us while we were there unlike the Greenville store. Also went back to the Greenville store to day again and was advised that we could also not pay our final bill at there store. The female rep was very rude and unprofessional.We had are bill in hand to pay and all they kept asking for was our phone number. We advised them that we would not be giving them are phone number due to the fact the last time we did we receive about 45 marketing calls from them trying to sell us stuff. We told them to stop harrasing us, but continued to do so.

Not only is Dakota hilarious but he knows what he is doing. I would recomend this store.

The store refused to refund me my money for a card I bought 2 hours earlier and cannot use. AT&T support claimed the store, COULD refund me my money if they chose to.Anyone need an unused Prepaid Sims card?

I went to the new AT&T store on East Andrew Johnson Hwy. In Greenville where I am a patron who pays monthly for services and was there for services. I asked to use the restroom and the girl said they did not have one. I have to say thats a lie as Im sure the company doesnt work its employees all day without restroom access. I guess these employees dont see my patronage as valuable enough to let me use their facilities.
