I read some of the reviews here. And, I’m wondering if it’s the same people. My experience was ridiculous. I highly DO NOT recommend this store. I’m really sad for all the people that have to deal with them. Seems they have a monopoly on Cricket service in Greeneville Tennessee. Therefore, I guess they don’t have to give good customer service with no other competition in the town.

The Customer Service ROCKS!!! Because Its JUST that CUSTOMER service. My phone is covered under my insurance thru the plan and ins I pay for. I was having difficulty getting the website to take my info and it kept kicking me out of the site....and HONESTLY, it took me LONGER to drive the by-pass to GET to Cricket than it did for Jeanette and the gang to have my UNDAMAGED phone ordered, paid for, and on its way!!! Between what customer service told me on the phone and what the lady in the store told me, it turned out to be a complete waste of my time. Note that it wasnt the lady in the stores fault she was very helpful. It was the moron on the phone I spoke with that gave me false information and could have saved 20 minutes of my life.
