Personally, I went on very upset with the whole thing I got myself involved in. Moving from S. Florida where I had not only great service but amazingly fast service, I assumed it was Verizon but found out its just Tennessee. The manager there was very helpful in explaining my problem and fixing the issues that he was able to fix. He also have me input on how to keep my phone in the best condition possible. I was very happy with the service. As far as the carrier itself, Im spoiled and will probably never be happy with the quality.

Its been a while back I had verizon for 8 years payed 45 every month for 8 years then my phone my friends and her boyfriend we all broke or lost are phones the blonde lady here at the Greeneville Tn. Store sold us all 3 a Azuea phones they were GREAT NEW PHONE WITH INSURANCE AND MONTHLY UNLIMITED SHE SAID WOULD ONLY BE 55 DOLLARS A MONTH I ASK HER 12 TIMES DURING her sale pitch whats the first bill going to run us she a sure me that the first bill would only be around 230 dollars about 65 to 69 dollars each it was over 800 dollars so Ive just recently return to Verizon but now Im on pre pay the Verizon service is great but the workers in Greeneville TN diff!!!!!!!! N÷do more training sorry just 3 stars

Wish I had made better note of the young ladys name, Morgan? Megan? She was attentive, patient, knowledgeable, offered suggestions, and took the time to find answers to my off-the-cuff questions. She had a self-motivation to customer service that deserves mention.(if I could only get the name straight) In the ever annoying gray areas of Verizons continual evolution, this employee was a ray of sunshine.

If youre older and not careful they will push products on you that you dont really need in order to make money if you go in know what you need because my grandmother was being taken by them for products and services she didnt need I happened to go with her and pointed out that they had her signed up for things she didnt need and the company sends out generic apologies they have no intention on fixing problems

Many good reasons to have Verizon. You can walk in at your convenience no appointment. Sometimes theres a wait. 70% of the time you will see a representative that will teach you, fix the hitches with your phone and apps and help you in any way. Weve even had a couple tell us of upcoming sales events so we can make our decision at the right time.

Was a productive visit. Purchased a Google phone from the Google store, added it to my Verizon account, then ported a number to the phone. This phone was up and running in under two hours. All including contacts and pictures being transferred. Thank you Miranda.

All the staff have been more than helpful since electronics is not my forte. They are patient, helped me get a better contract. Set up payment out my bank account. I go in with a problem that has occured. They are quick to fix the problem. I do not feel embarrassed show how little I know about electronics. They talk to me in a language I can understand and get a better knowledge of what I need.

Went to get a phone and add a line, was extremely easy and the rep was very helpful. They have gotten better, (local) and overall . Its one of those things if you want your phone to do all its suppose to do you need a major carrier . Card phones just dont do all they need anymore which is why I swapped back to Verizon. As with anything it can always be better, lower rates, and get rid of all those ridiculous fees and activation costs .

The rudest people work here. I walked in and approached two employees that couldnt be bothered to assist me because they were BSing. Instead they said someone would be out. I waited and a woman came out. She was very curt and obviously did not want to work since it was after 7. This sort of behavior shouldnt be tolerated. Enjoy your conversation, fellas. Ill pay my bill online from now on.Also, i see your non committal responses to negative reviews showing that you dont actually want to fix your problems with rude employees. Why bother? Maybe youre part of the problem.

Tim has been at the Greeneville store for a long time. He helped my wife and I learn how to use the Intensity I when it came out. I cant remember a time when Tim hasnt been considerate, patient, and empathetic (a rare trait) to help decide which phone to upgrade to, or solve the issue with our malfunctioning device at the time.

First Verizon wireless store I have been to and no one was at the door to help me or put me in a cue. I have always had amazing experiences at other stores throughout the country but this one has by far been the worst. What is even more surprising is that it is next to an AT&T store. You would think they would try a little harder at customer service.

Was told I got 200 dollars in accessories then ended up getting charged for all of it on my next bill. Total crooks! Wouldn’t refund my money. Manager was very rude. I was not told about a line access fees or the insane sign up fee and we have been paying a total protection plan and when I went to them with my busted screen on my phone I was told I had to pay a deductible that could be up to $200 to either have my phone fixed or replaced. Was not told about that either. This has been nothing but a waste of money and a freaking run around. Once our Contract is up Im switching back to straight talk.......update, had a malfunction on a tablet and they are still going to charge me fees to get it fixed or replaced even though we have had it only 3 months and it keeps shutting off. Freaking rediculous.

First time Ive ever had to rate Verizon poor but the service was horrible. Possibly theyve changed how they serve the customer, but no one indicated such. We bought a new $600 phone plus a couple hundred dollars worth of accessories and the guy would even help us put the screen protector on. On top of that he put everything in a bag after setting up the account to switch the phone, set the bag on the counter and ended the sale. No help getting started, making sure the phone launches, etc. Almost bought two $600 phones that day and Im sure glad I didnt, at this point. Ill think hard about switching to a competitor at this point. And to think, I just bragged about Verizon the week before.

The closest Verizon retail store near me. That being said its not the best especially the staff I dont mean all of them,some will go above and beyond To do whatever they can to help you. Others They act like they dont even know what there even know what theyre doing!!! And then Ive seen some of them treat you like a complete idiot and be a complete a**holes. Another thing also Verizon as a company are notorious liars!!! They tell you one thing when youre getting a phone or In many of my cases several phones buy 1 get 1 free As an example. And then you have to pay for both when you were supposed to get one free. 😂🤮🤯🤬🤬🤬. Verizon as a company The need to take a few lessons from Amazons customer service they might learn a whole lot!!! Used to be a good place. Lately just trying to rip people off. Tried to save money and ended up costing more. Sold us on their internet saying it would replace Comcast. Worked for a week then used a data limit we were not told about and slowed down so much you couldnt even check email. Cost $35 restocking fee. They flat out lied and knew it wouldnt work, just had to make a sale.

Well, I went in the store to see Guerrero as I speak Spanish and find him highly effective in solving a probkem. He was not there, but a cool Black guy that had a vibe was able to help me. I tried to redeem my $ 100 coupon, but some 40ish guy was tied up with another client. No offer to assign me another. And a bit of you can do as you wish as if I did not know that. Then, I met Matt, another useless man when I came back to get my phone as I was so angry or frustrated last night. Well, again, Matt sluggish says he does not know where the phone is. The Black guy saved the day and told the white male snail where it was. There are two cool guys who work here, but its hit or miss

Went in to make sure older phone I had was unlocked that I was going to use in the Caribbean on a different carrier there. First off the girl was trying to sell me a international plan through Verizon which I told her I was not interested in that she kept on trying to push it. Finally I had to be a little rude and just tell her no I just wanted to make sure the phone was unlocked. She took the phone came back a little bit later and said it was unlocked. Well when I got to the Caribbean and got a SIMs card from the carrier put it in it would not accept it kept saying not an authorized Verizon SIMs card. So the carrier there unlocked the phone for me they told me they have a big problem with Verizon doing this sort of thing.

Charged an activation fee for a device I was told by the salesperson I could return within 14 days. Which I did, unopened. I receive very poor reception in this area and my phone barely works with Verizon. What a scam taking $40 for nothing. Beware what the salesperson does not tell you!!!

While Verizon does have the best network, if at all possible, deal with Verizon directly over the phone or online, the sales reps will tell you practically anything to get a sale and theyre always trying to upsell you on the phone they are under contract to up sell usually a Samsung.
