DON’T BUY HERE!!! I have never ever been treated this rudely when looking for a vehicle!!! Total JERK!!! I went to look at a 3rd row vehicle with the wife and kids. At first, the salesman seemed nice but wasn’t very chatty. We test drove it but we weren’t impressed by the price. I told the guy we had cash and he immediately cut me off by saying “I get cash regardless”. I asked how much lower he could go on the price? His response “why? Do you think it’s overpriced?” We told him what the blue book was on the vehicle. He said and I quote “does it look like I have any trouble selling vehicles?” He wouldn’t even consider talking to us at that point. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE. It’s people like this that make us all want to buy vehicles from Carvana!

Whoever Bob is working for you guys is EXTREMELY rude he told my mom “we’ll go to them they know better than me” then hung up on her. talking about another dealership all because she was trying to compare prices and rates and more he is very rude and then we called back and she was trying to ask more questions and he told her he was too busy to talk to her and hung up on her again.
I Called today to asked a few questions about buying a car from (special offer since I filed bankruptcy) I cannot remember the name of guy I talked to but Im giving 3 star for honesty when I told him the type of budget and year of vehicle I want no problem but I just really felt like very disrespected for the way he was talking (at times) even though last words I said were (thank you for your honesty) he hang up the phone before I was done talking.. I have been working in customer service for 20 years and you should always let the customer hang up first.
This is the era of information. If you don’t have a website, I can forgive you; although you really should since if you can’t be found online then who wants to find you? But what I cannot forgive quite as easily as when someone speaks rudely to me over the phone. Granted, I was asking several questions, I’m not about to drive an hour away to talk to some stranger I don’t know from Adam. If I’m asking questions over the phone and you’re not busy with other clients, you should be grateful that I called you and happy to answer my questions that way I will want to set foot in your building in order to do business. Bought a truck on a Tuesday. On Thursday check engine light came on. Code showed it had been reset very recently. Called Scott (owner) on Friday, was told he would be in on Saturday. I asked for a call back. Over a week later and have not received a response.UPDATE..... Spoke to Scott after posting poor review. Apparently there was a technical problem in the attempt to contact me. Truck is being repaired at my expense, not US Autos. As far as the number of stars. ?????
Great experience. Id give them 10 stars if it was an option. One of the best parts about it was that it didnt take all day. Great atmosphere and good people.
Complete lack of respect, horrible customer service. I would not recommend shopping for a vehicle at USA auto group. Scott isnt worth my time. I had cash to purchase a vehicle with him. He didnt give me the even the least amount of respect. Because I was dirty from working a twelve hour shift. The first time I stopped in, I didnt even get acknowledged, the second time I stopped in... I was asked rudely, well how are you going to afford it enough said.
They are rude people and are liars. Watch it if trying to buy a vehicle there.
