My car had a recall. I reached out to Crossroads Ford in Kernersville to have it fixed. This was before Christmas. Still haven’t heard from them to fix my recall. So I decided to call Green Ford. My sis in law had bought a car here, that’s why I decided to give them a call. Wishing a couple days my recall has been fixed and I also had them change my oil. Very friendly people, had me in and out when I dropped my car off. I will definitely remember this Ford dealership when it comes time to buy another car. Very satisfied!!
Bought my car here to get it fixed, they told me they need to put a part from a junk yard and they cant give me any warranty on it after that. Customer service was very rude told me were just a ford dealership the actual ford is in detroit which made no sense. Very VERY disappointed.
Just wanted to get my wife’s explorers oil changed and lug nuts but called once transferred 3 times then they hung up called back went to get appointment transferred to parts then to service hung up on called they said they would call back never herd back so taking it to a deferent certified mechanic to get the things I need done
My husband and I were giving our Ford Fusion to our grandson. Our grandson was getting his license and we needed work performed on our car in a time schedule. Green Ford was very busy but took the time to get repairs done in time for our grandson to drive the car home. Thank you Kevin for arranging this.

Referred our son here to buy a car. Our son bought a car and he mentioned the referral bonus. Got the runaround with Keith and his salesperson. We have sent several emails to the sales manager Chris with no response. If you refer someone here, dont expect your referral bonus. To me, a company is only as good as its word

This is such a great dealership and they treat you like family every time you walk in there really love the team. Just purchased my second vehicle from them a 2020 Ford Edge.
Live an hour away so scheduled to have new backup camera installed cause of recall. Then after waiting 8 hours they tell me guy who programs it wasnt there but they would call and reschedule it. After 2 week wait I called them. Truck down there for another 7 hours.

Let me drive home knowing my new car was leaking oil. When I took it back the next day they admitted it was because they couldn’t get the crush washer for it the day they changed the oil... so thanks for letting me drive my car all the way home leaking oil and not even mention it to me, even though you knew about it. Glad I found it myself! Then my car wouldn’t start the next day. I took the battery to O’reilly’s and they confirmed the battery was dead. Had to buy a new one on a car I’ve owned less than a week now. These people do not know what they’re doing and all they care about is taking your money. They don’t care about your business or your experience or the car they sell you. They just want to save as much as possible and make the most they can. I will never recommend buying a car or going to their service department here. Absolute rubbish.
Bought the car I’ve been dreaming of but has been nothing but problems ever since. 2 weeks after having the car my key fob would unlock/lock automatic start it open trunk just let the car crank. After about a week or so they are giving me bs and eventually they just stop talkin to me.Went in for an oil change today and was told it would take less than an hour. 1.5h later still no call and I get back and they still haven’t gotten the car in and wanted me to wait another hour. Also was gonna charge we $140 to look at something and tell me what was wrong! I’ll never go back nor refer anyone!
Expensive. Poor communication. Lack of professionalism. General unconcern. Incompetence. They will quote a price and then tack on extra charges. Theyve had my husbands Ford F-150 for weeks now. I would not use these clowns again.Run away.
A wonderful experience!!
Brought in my vehicle for the Air Bag recall replacement. After picking up my vehicle I soon noticed a rattling sound coming from the dashboard where the Air Bag was replaced. I called Service to see having this problem fixed. Talking to the secretary I was told that there was no record of my name or phone number, in other words no record of my car being serviced, even though this was less than two weeks prior. Office was very unprofessional.

Lie bout fixing your car ! Paid 2000 dollars for the same problems that they soo called fix! And still asking for money just to look at it smh very very poor job $980 for just labor work !! Wish I could give them no stars

Poor service
Brought my Ford in with a flat tire and a window that ceased to be automatic. NEARLY TWO WEEKS LATER, my car is pulled up and given back to me with THE SAME FLAT TIRE STILL ON THE CAR, and my window is STILL BROKEN. Seriously?!? What were they “fixing” that whole time? ‘Cause it wasn’t my car.

Service is lacking, and they very long to finish simple repairs. You have to be on top of them, or they forget they even have your car.
