I have never had my hair professionally dyed before. And with my own personal experience, I am well aware hair may not turn out 100 percent what you ask for. I had a coupon for a balayge treatment. I showed the woman a photo, and she said she would do her best. The picture was of a brunette, with caramel highlights, I also said some blonde mixed in would be great.When I left the salon, my hair was bleached underneath. I tried my best to deal with it, considering it looked nothing like what I asked for. After a few days I called to ask if we could fix it. The woman agreed but wanted to charge me more. She also explained to me my hair should have cost $400. She continued to say that, well you did use coupon, as that may have been a legitimate reason as to the condition of my hair.I am not a professional, but I know my hair should have not been bleached. It was a choppy job and I was very disappointed with the lack of understanding when I called for assistance.I know there are women at the salon who know what they are doing, but my experience was very disappointing.
