Staff were knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us to different mattresses to try and helped us take advantage of a clearance special so that we were able to make a purchase in our price range. Mattress and frame havent been delivered yet but overall we were very pleased with the experience.

My wife and I had a great experience at this location. We were assisted by Ian Turner and he was so helpful. We got the mattress we were looking for and we are very pleased. I will definitely shop with Ian and Mattress Firm again!

Patrick was absolutely amazing! We ran in just to try out a mattress we found online and ended up buying something totally different! During these crazy times with stores being closed and everything online I wasn’t sure how to go about buying a mattress. Jamie (Lawndale Dr Greensboro NC) was extremely helpful on the phone, answered my questions and made the purchase simple.

I placed an order on line back on April 12th which was never delivered. After not getting any answers on line through the form. I reached out to Wes at the Lawndale store on April 22nd who was able to process my return and advised it would take 3 to 5 business days to get my return. On April 27th I contacted Will and he informed me that I needed to wait til the 29th. I called back on 29th was told by Wes my order was canceled but not sure why my refund was not processed. I called today and talk with Will and he tells me that the order was canceled except for the shipping. He has made sure that was canceled but He is not sure when my refund will be returned.Now, I have had the issues with online service and now having problems with the store. I only gave 2 stars because they are trying to help me, but I am not getting directions on who to contact next. No one has offered me a corporate number. Or offered to have someone from accounting or corporate office contact me.

Walked to an greeting employee & found out Will was the area manager.. We told him what we wanted to spend & he directed right to what they offered & that was exactly what we was looking for, we thought we was gonna go look around a couple of more stores but he wouldn’t not let us leave until we was satisfied. I got a really great mattress there at a phenominal price. Someone returned it during the 100 night ( I believe it is) trial period. Their loss was my gain. I guess a super plush Beautyrest Black (top of the line) Premium Hybrid queen-size mattress and box spring ( built in) was too soft for them but it was just what I was looking to buy. I already had a new adjustable base so Im living large now.

If I could give zero stars I would. Very frustrating that only after 3 years Im having to purchase a new mattress. I understood that there was a warranty with the mattress that I purchased in 2016. Mark, the representative working today expressed that they no longer carry the mattress I purchased and they do not have any idea who even manufactured it.I would expect a mattress to last 6-8 years, but at 3 years you can literally feel springs poking you while youre sleeping.I truly believed there was a much better warranty with my purchase. Not happy at all.

The short Caucasian woman wanted us to buy today and when she realized we weren’t buying today she didn’t want anything to do with us. We were looking for a particular mattress made by Simmons/Beautyrest and had been shopping around. We met Patrick at the Wendover store initially. The mattress we were interested in wasnt on an adjustable base. Patrick offered to put the mattress on a base so we could try it. We opted not to have him go through the trouble. The following day we stopped at the Lawndale store to see if they had that mattress on the adjustable base we were interested in. Patrick wasnt there but Ginny Pegram assisted and involved Patrick by phone. Patrick was so amazingly informative and is an encyclopedia of the mattress world! Ginny added value to our experience by making sure our needs were met at that store. This professional team went above and beyond, working together to make sure we were well informed. I highly recommend Mattress Firm not only for their extensive product base but the care and concern of these fantastic employees. A shout out to David Montgomery as well.

Overpriced and rude sales personI went to the store last week looking for a firm mattress. The sales person asked me if I had done any research and I responded that I did as I went to 5 different stores before. I took pictures of the prices and models we liked and then after seeing them all, the sales person went back to his desk and said he saw me taking pictures of the prices and that they offer the best prices and the list price is not the final price. I asked him what is the final price and he responded: when you are ready to buy it, I will let you know the price. I was ready to buy but certainly not from him with his attitude. Their prices are very overpriced,so I went back to Bedex at 3741 Battleground Ave, Greensboro, NC 27410 and bought 3 mattress for our new home, saved a lot of money and their mattress are built locally. I guess I was ready to buy..:) very happy with the quality and purchase from Bedex, very compatible at 50% the price.

He let me shop and test mattress at my leisure while offering expert advice when asked..He was informative, considerate and appeared genuinely interested inn what was best for me not just in writing a big ticket.
