Before we went into Mattress Firm, I asked God to send us someone that knew the product and that would take care of us. Well, God sent us Lamont! He was exactly who I asked God for. He knows the products and took great care of us. We’ve shopped around and I never even wanted to ever go back to any of the other places. We were at ease and knew we would leave with exactly what we wanted. Today our adjustable bed and mattress were delivered. We can’t wait to go to bed tonight.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME......have been to a number of mattress and furniture stores having moved and having had kids to need new beds. By far Lamont has always treated me the best and given me the best deal when it comes to a complete sleep system. He even called me back after the deal was finalized and saved me even more because found out there was a new sale going.

Shopping at Mattress Firm was a pleasure! Will greeted us immediately and was very helpful by asking questions to understand what I was looking for in a mattress. He allowed us to sit and lay on several items to feel the differences in the plush, medium and hybrid mattresses. I called Mattress firm to tell them that the box springs I purchased in a king size (from the outlet center) didn’t seem to be the right size.The young lady who answered the phone was polite and quick to explain she would have to have someone else call me back. It was less than fifteen minutes when I received a call back! The gentleman I spoke to immediately apologized for my inconvenience and explained that sometimes items from the outlet may have flaws hence the name outlet. I expected the next thing to be “you have to live with it.” This is not what happened, instead I was told they would immediately order me a brand new set to replace the current ones at no extra charge! This was on Saturday and I received the call Monday saying that the new set was in! There are not enough words to say how extremely happy I am with the employees at Mattress Firm! The customer service was above and beyond what I could have hoped for! Thank you and we will not shop else where for our future needs! Customers for life!

After calling to see if they had a product in stock, we went up to the store and Lamont was super helpful. We found a special price online and he was able to do a price match. We ended up leaving with two mattresses (really needed two for a bunk bed) because of the price match even though we were only planning to buy one.
