An amazing shop with a great selection of high-end smokes. Very impressed with the staff, their knowledge and willingness to share and talk with me and my girlfriend. Definitely will be back over and over. Worth the 2 hour drive from VA.

The Pipe and Pint is a cigar aficionados dream. Ethan was very knowledgable and gave me some excellent suggestions as far what sticks to try. The young gentleman at the counter is very knowledgeable, he suggested a great cavendish and Virginia blend for my pipe smoke this evening. The pipe/cigar lounge has just the right atmosphere, neither overdone nor poorly furnished. I visit Greensboro NC twice a year and this is gonna be a must stop for me.

Whether you are in need of a few sticks or a whole box, The Pipe and Pint has you covered so, stop by and visit this local gem.

When I got there, a gentleman by the name of Pete was working. This man was very knowledgeable on the sticks. As for the place, you will love the decor. It was very relaxing. Now, this place had a great selection of cigars but....they also have a great selection of wines. Its a must come place to see.

Larry and Pete are amazing. I went in here for the first time a few weeks out of high school, interested in trying a pipe out of curiosity. I was given helpful, patient and informative instruction on how to properly prepare, light, maintain, and clean a pipe, sold some basics, and made into a long-term customer right there. The atmosphere is cozy, mostly wooden decor with a few posters or woodcuts on the walls. The humidor is the best Ive found in the Triad, and is complimented well by the alcohols on offer.Ive come into the Pipe and Pint for years, whenver Ive had the budget to pick some cigars up. Even after months, or over a year, without a visit, its still nice to say hi to the guys again and ask Pete whats new in the humidor.

I have been buying cigars from Larry and Pete even before they moved into the new store a few years ago. P&P is a fun place to visit to buy and smoke cigars. Grasshopper baseball cigar nights are a blast.Larry & Pete are true professionals and know cigars, beer, and wines and always make fabulous recommendations when asked. I love hanging out at the P&P with the cigar smoking locals who are always fun to talk with.

I called The Pipe and Pint at 6:40pm on 6/16/16. Pete answered the phone in a welcoming tone and asked how he could help. I told him that I was looking for Brainless on Peaches, which he proceeded to tell me he had. When I joyfully told him I would be right there he informed me they were closed. Depressed, I told him I lived over an hour away to this he told me to come on over and he would wait! Never in my life have I experienced such customer service and I am beyond impressed. Once I arrived he asked how many I would like and when we only found 3 on the shelf he went in back and looked for more. I felt welcome as Pete made conversation and never once felt rushed. In the end I bought 6 bottles and Pete had an employee carry them out to my car for me. I will go back and I recommend them to anyone willing to listen.

I have lived down here for 22 years now. Didnt even knew this place existed. I have been here now 2 weekends in a row now & I cant say Nothing bad. The staff is top notch first class service they have a indoor smoking room. The Cigars, Beer, Wine, & Accessories are just first class all the way. I love love this place. They got wifi to so you can sit down in there nice smoke room be on your iPad & or iPhone. Just bring a pair of wireless headphones or apples new air pods kick back & enjoy life.

Today was my first trip to The Pipe and Pint. Im in town on business and my stick that I brought fell out of my pocket this morning and is sitting in my driveway.Anyway, I usually go to stores where slip in, make my purchase and get out. However, I am so glad that today I met Pete after asking where the Tatuajes were. Pete was super helpful and super knowledgeable about all the sticks in their humidor.In addition to recommending some new sticks to try, we talked about agriculture in the DR vs. Nicaragua and if you didnt know it, youd think Pete was an agronomist!! His knowledge and relationships with the people who role these handcrafted delicious cigars are clearly important to him. Just as important are the relationships developed with the customers, whether it be a newbie like me or a seasoned veteran of The Pipe and Pint. No wonder theyve almost been around for 20 years. This will definitely become a regular stop for me.
