The company shut off our water all day and now that they finally turned it back on the water is nasty ! Brown in color, I cant take a shower, cant wash my dishes! Just horrible! How is this safe?!!! Ive been letting the water run and have been flushing for a while but the water has not cleared . Been flushing the boiler and has not helper at all!

For the last week and a half the whole neighborhood has lost water repeatedly at least once a day. No one tells us why or fixes the problem. Thw tech. came by the house while I was at work. Told my wife we had a leakand the puddle from all the melted snow was the proof. Called a plumber, no keak just a fee for there techs bs .

Charges my neighborhood $65 flat fee for sewer alone, yet, up the street, they arent charged a flat fee! Worst company! Im going to move because of Aqua!

I was very dissatisfied with the way that I was treated while trying to deal with this company.
