Contest or no contest, LeBleu water has really changed my view of drinking water in the past year. I never truly liked the taste of water unless it was really hot outside or I was working out. This water tastes great, and I can see my 7-year-old son going up to the cooler more often because he likes it too! An NC company that we are a fan of for sure!

We have been customers with you for many years including home and our business. But after today, your customer service was unacceptable. I brought 4 bottles back into your office, simply b/c I missed leaving them out for pickup. The fact is two women wanted to argue w/ me about leaving them and advised I would not be able to get a credit on my account. Really, you are telling me that you cannot go to your computer and pull my account up and acknowledge this? No. I am here and dont give me reasons its due to covid. I am not loading the bottles back in my car. Its called make an exception, customer service is everything.

I have had le bleu services for about 5 months now and purchased my cooler with them. My whole family has services with them as well that’s why I decided to join. I have been having issues off and on with my cooler so I called to tried to get the issue resolved because it would not dispense my water. I did not have one person offer to help fix my cooler or resolve the issue besides letting it dry out which I had already done 4x prior and could not get water to dispense. Karen and Kathryn were extremely unprofessional when it came to fixing my cooler. They simply acted like They didn’t care and it was not their responsibility. I expressed I needed this fixed as soon as possible I have a newborn at home who I had been using this water for her formula and still wasn’t helped so I went to cancel my services and still no help was given. The worst customer service. Thankfully a woman named Mary called me back later that day and asked if she could send someone out to try to fix my cooler and she did and now my cooler is working again with no issues. Mary was extremely professional and was the only one who offered me any help with my issue and it was resolved. Thank you Mary!

I have enjoyed Le Bleu water for over 10 plus years. The water taste refreshing and it the only water I drink at my house. The delivery is Great and every month on time. The driver will even place the water containers where you want them if you ask him. The customer service is excellent. I having been getting the 5 gallon water containers along with their cases if 20 oz bottle just in case if an emergency. I highly recommend Le Bleu Water.

This organization takes advantage of being the unopposed retailer of bottled water products in smaller markets, where they can overpromise and underdeliver without the worry of having the customer move to the competition. I tried to get home delivery service set up with them. But, before their product ever hit my door, the representative had told me SO MANY LIES about their billing practices, delivery and available products and accessories, that I canceled my order. They charged my credit card long before the product was delivered, added on surprise charges and then lied to me when I discovered these discrepancies. I was forced to change my credit card number because I dont know WHAT ELSE they will try to do.Today, I got a BILL from them for cooler rental - they never delivered ANYTHING to me. I never received a drop of water or a cooler. They have just had me waste HOURS of my time protecting myself against fraud. I have reported them to the BBB as well.Trust me, if they are the only choice, drink from the toilet.

Love Le Bleu water. The taste is so refreshing, phenomenal and never goes bad. At our office we go through 5 gallons a week with only 3 people drinking it. It is so good. When I go home the taste of my home water makes me not want to drink anything else but Le Bleu.

Great water!! I have never been a water drinker until I was given a bottle of le bleu from a coworker. Now I can’t drink enough. The water has no taste. It is silky smooth. When you hold it up to light you don’t see anything floating around like tap water or even some of these other bottled waters. I’ve called and spoken to a few of their customer service representatives and being a sales manager, let me just say that their team is knowledgeable and customer oriented. Two people that stood out to me were Jodie and Kristy. They were very pleasant on the phone and answered a number of questions I had about their service. On a side note, I have a spoiled cat and all he will drink now is this water, lol. I recommend this water to everyone I’m in contact with!!

We are SO glad we have Le Bleu water delivered to our home. We are drinking it much faster than I imagined. Le Bleu has a great reputation. We use to get the water by the case at grocery stores because when we lived in another county, but home delivery cannot be beat! When we are low, we just call and schedule an extra delivery. The taste cannot be beat! It is so refreshing and we did not find another that compares. It should be on the internet as one of the top ten best selling waters.

We love Le Bleu water! My husband and I are huge water drinkers and I am a big hot tea drinker. We decided to get a home water cooler/ heater. We were previously getting water through another company that was horrible and never came on the right day, answered customer service calls, and billed for the wrong things. Then when we tried to get water at the grocery store they were sold out more than half the time and those 5 gal bottles were hard to get in my car and up my stairs to the house. So to solve many problems at once we called up Le Bleu. They quickly set us up and we get about 5 to 6 of their 5 gallon water bottles per month, Yes it sounds like a lot but we drink only water and hot tea which needs water! Water drinkers know that not all water taste the same and Leblue is our favorite. We even eventually got another water cooler for our basement “man cave” and then I ordered one for my office so I can have tasty hot, cold, and room temperature water “on tap.” Their customers service and the whole ordering process is also very seemless and they are awesome when I call and tell them sometimes to skip me if I haven’t quite drank enough at my office or if we decide we need more water or less at home as well! We definitely recommend Le Bleu!

It is so easy to stay hydrated with cold water in the hot Summers, or to keep warm in the cold Winters, by a nice hot drink right out of the tap. No heating required!!I also love their pure Muscadine Juice. It is not from concentrate, and has no added sugar, so I am confident to serve it to my family and friends. Their customer service has also been first class over the years, from taking payments for my bills, to cleaning my water dispenser, to the delivery personnel.I hope to continue to use LeBleu for many years. I love our Le Bleu service! We’ve been using Le Bleu for years, and when the pandemic started, we were able to easily triple our monthly order to compensate for being at home. I love that I don’t have to lug heavy packs of bottled water home from the grocery store and that I save money and plastic by filling up from our dispenser. Our drivers are super nice and accommodating, and customer service is always on point!

I never worry about giving water to my family anymore. The service is also great. In the rare event we have had an issue with a spout on a 5 gallon bottle it is always replaced, free of charge, no questions asked.
