SHOULD BE NO STARS!!!!!!!!! This is the WORST company I have EVER dealt with in my life! My daughter set us up with Mountain Valley water because she knew that was the water we grew up drinking. We continued the service however they would confirm by email delivery was coming but then NO water! We would call but after being on hold for over an hour I would give up. The finally straw was they skipped delivery but charged my account! Husband called to get money back & stop delivery but was conned into staying and yesterday they skipped my order again! I have been on hold for an hour already since 8:00 am!
Customer service NIGHTMARE, wish I could give zero stars. I signed up with them before Primo bought them out. Everything was smooth up til that point. Fast forward a bit...my cooler stopped cooling. It was a few years old so no problem. It was OVER an HOUR on hold to get a person. But, no sweat, Im pretty patient. They bring me a new one and were good...I thought. Except the water never gets cold. It tool 4 days to replace the broken equipment the first time and a week the second time...and another, even longer phone call. My ONLY request was a cooler that is gravity fed, not the underneath style. Literal only request. Didnt happen. They gave me EXACTLY what I DIDNT want. ANOTHER HOUR LONG PHONE WAIT. I was told they would bring me a replacement last Friday. No show. No call. Nothing. In the mean time Ive learned that the equipment leaks and doesnt heat the hot side. And this morning it stopped working and started making a horrible grinding sound whenever I try to fill a glass. They literally gave me someone elses discarded cooler that didnt work. So done. Customer service SUCKS. Its always at their convenience. Nothing convenient for the customer. Their equipment SUCKS. And I should not have to spend hours begging a company to fulfill their promises. So done. Go with ANYONE else.
Horrible service. They cancel deliveries and don’t even bother to call and let you know, this happens in several occasions. Customer service is a joke, they do not care about their customers.
Sorry to write something negative, but feel I should let people know the spring water delivered to us in Greensboro, NC made me and my son sick. It took me a few days but I figured out it was the water. The latest batch we got tasted terrible, so I had suspected it, but after changing to different bottled water, I felt much better. I called the company and the customer service rep was very nice, but she told me they would replace my water the following day and that I would hear from someone. Not only did I not hear from anyone, but they failed to deliver the replacement water. My husband called and asked where the replacement water bottles were and was told the new bottles would be delivered in four days. We have a family of 5. Its hugely inconvenient...
Just like everyone else, our experience has been frustrating and problematic - using nicer phrases than I wanted to. DO NOT GO WITH THIS SERVICE!!! Originally got service when they were set up in Costco. First few months were good, but quickly dwindled to constant missed deliveries over last 2 years. Recent example; scheduled for 12/30/20 = no show, no contact. Rescheduled for 1/2/21 = no show, no contact. We have been without water but still get the bill. Now, had scheduled for 1/18/21 but get message cant deliver until 1/27/21 (not confident theyll honor this date either). Im DONE with this! Called customer service number in hopes to get last chance delivery before cancelling but lady simply responded, Ill transfer you for cancellation. She didnt care. Next rep gets on phone and tries to call local branch but she comes back telling me no one answered. There ARE other water delivery services that service this area. Calling them next. -and Crystal Springs; dont reply with your BS apology and wanting me to email you. Your performance thus far has already lost our business. Wish I could give less than 1 star.
I was with Primo for over 20 years, and excellent service. Horrible service with Crystal Springs. My last water delivery was in November and I have been trying to cancel my service since January 11th. They wont cancel it until they pick up my 15 year old water cooler, but have rescheduled picking it up 15 times since that date. And they still charge me a rental fee, even though I have had no water delivery for over 4 months. Nothing gets resolved calling customer service.
After 14 years of our fire department doing business with Primo water in Winston Salem, the company was bought out by DB group (Atlanta, GA) and the name changed to Crystal Springs. Customer service has since severely declined and it is Feb 11, 2021 and we have not had a delivery since December 2020. For almost 14 years we enjoyed the water and deliveries every 2 week, but the company has changed. We have called 5 times since December asking for water delivery and are always promised delivery on a certain date and we never receive it. We are no longer doing business with Crystal Springs and I would highly warn anyone of doing business with this company.
I wish that I could select zero stars, they dont deserve one star. I never had a problem with Primo water or their service. When Crystal Springs took over, they never sent us an invoice and instead of calling about a payment they automatically sent us over to collections. I was on hold for over an hour waiting to talk to someone about this payment and to ask why no one contacted us. Their customer service department could have cared less about helping me as a customer. I have gone to LeBleu and I couldnt be happier. Dont waist your money go to LeBleu.
So frustrated! They dont show up to collect/replace bottles when they say they are coming. After calling them them because they didnt show up (again) we were assured and PROMISED they would be here the next day...3 days later...I still have empty bottles sitting in my driveway. Weve been told they are down route drivers and that is why they missed some of the pick ups. Sounds like a good place to apply for a delivery driver job but would NOT RECOMMEND using them for your water service.
Before this company was purchased by Crusty Splats, they were excellent. Today, youd have better luck getting water by putting a pail outside and hoping for rain.Telephone support is pleasant. They nicely tell you that you arent getting your water and politely inform you that their agreed-upon delivery date isnt going to happen.These arent the water suppliers youre looking for. Move along.. move along.
When we ordering our water from Primo, there was zero issues receiving our water on a monthly basis, and even the first month or 2 of Crystal Spring they kept up, but over the past 6 months or so they have been spotty at best. They havent delivered 3 months in a row with no explanation or heads up. It took us calling customer service multiple times to get in touch with the route specialist who vaguely stated our driveway was unacceptable even tho NO other delivery service has an issue locating us. Customer Service was very Caring and tried to help us but this branch in particular is terrible and incompetent.
Its very hard to get thru to someone in customer service. I have been waiting a week for a rep to contact me about an order I want place.
The water delivery service is good once you make it thru the maze of touch this, touch that. Calling their customer service is very time consuming with hold times in excess of 15 to 30 minutes. Trying to close an account is an absolute nightmare and can take months, and in the meantime they continue to bill you, increasing the bill by $4.00 every time they send you a piece of paper by mail, even though you setup the account using a credit card.Our account was set up with a credit card, but it was ignored that when the account was closed...and then they started billing by mail, with NO water deliveries, threatening to turn the account over to collection services in small print if the bill isnt paid. There is a $4.00 service charge for each bill once an account is closed. Even if you pay the bill, attach correspondence asking that someone call you, or try to call to get to talk with someone..., you have wasted a day.Objectively, dealing with these people, other than the delivery person is almost impossible and very time consuming. Just be aware of this if you consider Crystal as your water and/or coffee service.
We used Primo for our water service for our business before Crystal Springs bought them out and never had a problem. We have been promised delivery 4 different times and each time they have not shown up. The last time I spoke to a manager who guaranteed me delivery that day and still nothing, and no explanation. I do not recommend this company for your water service or if you value good customer service. it has been 10days of trying to get water delivered and they dont seem to care.
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST WATER SUPPLER!!! Do NOT sign up with this company! I had great service for the first 5 years but the last year has been horrible. They dont deliver when they say theyre going to. Ive been out of water for at least 2 going on 3 weeks. I dont know whats changed in the last year but they need to go back to there old ways of doing business. If zero stars was an option thats what Id give them.
I truly wish that I could rate this less than 1 star. They were supposed to deliver on January 9th, but I no one ever called or showed up so I decided to cancel. I have been with this company for at least a year and this is not the first time that this has happened, which is what lead me to cancel my services. Needless to say, they were initially supposed to come pick up their equipment and empty bottles, but lo and behold, 2-3 rescheduled pick-ups later, I still have equipment sitting on my landlords porch!!!! They DEFINITELY have until January 27th (the last date they are supposed to pick up) or its going SOMEWHERE! Im not going to continue to hold equipment on my landlords porch that Im not using.
Called company on multiple lines, on phone 30 mins and longer for 3 days when called. Did not speak to anyone for 3 days. The company I work for needed a new cooler or the existing cooler serviced and could not get anyone on the phone at any time. They wont communicate but they will look for the monthly payment.
I would rate them .000001 star, they dont deliver on schedule, they always not follow scheduled water delivery, theres a time that I need to call them to deliver my water on schedule but they will not, and now they still reschedule our water delivery, they are always late, I always run out of water, I recommend that dont use there service until they figure out how they manage there deliveries
They want a 86 year old man and 78 year old woman to come to the end of their drive way to get water. The driver pulled off on the side of the road and told him he could no longer bring the water in their drive way! Once they leave the water at the end of the road they had to find help to get it to the house! Anyone could had came by and stole the water. Their house isn’t close to the road! This is a shame my mom have had water service before never nothing as messy as the company has been! This family bill is always paid on time!
I have to agree with everyone else. The over promises are tiring. They have no problem charging you for stuff, but they can’t make a delivery on time. They have missed the promised delivery dates on 12/18/20, 12/22/20, 12/26/20, 12/29/20, and today 1/2/21. And when you call there is no solution offered. Just more empty promises.
Initially signed up for water delivery services a week prior to my delivery date, they contacted me a day prior via email to reschedule 3 days out then emailed me the day of my delivery to reschedule 2 WEEKS from the initial set delivery date. Called to cancel, they gave no valid reason why my delivery was delayed . The rep stated she couldnt get in contact with the office and she left a message to see if the delivery date could be sooner. At this point... I asked for a full refund. if i cant rely on the initial product arriving on time im not looking forward to any more disappointments with this company.
They are completely DISHONEST and will cheat you. They delivered 4 water bottles to the wrong place at my house. I called them and they said they would send someone out the next day and move them to the correct place. Two weeks later the bottles were still there at the wrong place. I told them I wanted them to cancel the account and pick up the bottles. They assured me they would credit me because I did not use them. I waited a month and the lady said she had to check and see if they were picked up (I saw the guy picking them up) and I would be credited. A month later I called back and they said they dont credit for full bottles. I told them ok since I already paid for them bring them back. They said no your account is cancelled. So basically they charged me for 4 bottles and never gave me credit or redelivered them. I would have used them and then cancelled the account if I was not told TWICE I would be credited for them.
Were supposed to be STARTING service with them and so far it has been a joke. Weve now had 2 days of complete no shows with no call or email and 3 rescheduled dates. Unfortunately it looks like Crystal Springs has bought out all the other small guys around here and were only left with one other delivery option thats much more expensive, though at this point it may just be worth it! Whoever is running the Greensboro branch has absolutely NO idea what theyre doing!!
Ever since it changed from Primo to Crystal springs I havent gotten my water. Its been 3 months and I keep calling customer service. They tell me it will be there the next day and yet I am still with out water. I am beyond annoyed. Literally do not bother with this company.
Worst customer service ever! I cancelled my service after having this service for over about two years. They were supposed to pick up the equipment within a week... no show. Then I called again and they scheduled another day... again no show. Just talked to them again and they said they would pick it up in 5 days. I dont think I believe them! There is no local number to call. Very frustrating.

Crystal Springs places a call to me saying they will have a pick up tomorrow so put your containers out. I put the containers out for 2 days and no pick up. I put them back out on the date thats on my invoice and they dont pick them up on that date. Then, unannounced they come and leave 2 containers. It can be very confusing. Other than that, I do enjoy having good cold water and instant 200 degree water for tea on demand.
I would say to people to be careful dealing with this company, We have been 6 days with a broken water cooler and the company keeps promising to come by to fix or switch it out and that never happened and they want to deliver more water and I I told them I wont deal anymore with them. they dont care about their customers
We just started using the water delivery service 1 week ago. In a weeks time, I have had 3 separate dates given to me for a delivery. I still do not have the water! So frustrating! Cancelling our services immediately!
I dont know where people live that give this place 5 stars, but its not NC. Scheduled delivery to start service was Monday. Stayed home all day, no cal, no text, no communication. Approx 4pm, truck pulled up to let me know they didnt have a cooler/dispenser or water to deliver and to text him my number so he could call me the next day. Waited....nothing. so I messaged him, said he would come Friday. Fine.Friday- stayed here all day again, and sat down in the living room to watch a movie a little after 1pm. Then, at 3 pm, walked outside, there wa a boxed dispenser and 3 bottles of water sitting in my driveway. No knock, no call. Called Customer Service, and they assured me they would send him back. 2 hours later, I called again, they assured me he would call me. 2 1/2 hours later, I called and told them to come get their junk out of my driveway. Wish I could leave 0 stars.
For the first year or so we had no issues, however, for the past several months they have missed deliveries, given us three dysfunctional coolers that were meant to replace one that had broken and now we are having an issue with the water tasting like it has bacteria or mold in it. We are going to be cancelling our account with them and I hope we can find a better company that has their sh*t together.
I have used crystal Springs Water for several years. When it has been necessary to contact Customer Service I was greeted by a pleasant helpful representative. Having the service is a convenience to me to be assured to have good clean water for drinking and cooking.
I called 4 times didn’t get any water in 2 MONTHS canceling my account please DONT waist your time go with a different company.
Dont plan on getting water on your delivery day. If they miss you on the scheduled day they will not come back until your next delivery day.
Go elsewhere for water delivery- they have messed up my order so many times and Ive had to call customer service so many times that Im cancelling my account. Its been an awful experience.

Horrible service on the very first day. Water cooler that was delivered at 9 am was leaking. Started calling at 10 am. Called eight times 8 TIMES between 10 am and 5 pm. Everyone I talked to said someone would call me. They NEVER did.No one suggested how to fix the leak. One person said for me to put it outside and someone would pick it up.Im 68 and cant pull it across the kitchen and living room and down a 6 step. Plus they said that if it was stolen or damaged I...I would have to pay for it.The last person said that they would pick it up tomorrow..I had told them that I will be leaving the apartment at 3:30 AM to go out of town for a week. I had told several other people that too. Just lousy service.No way to treat a customer. Probably will cancel my service!
They havent delivered my water three times this week, customer service is horrible. I am cancelling my account today. I would rather spend my money on a company that cares.

Service sucks. Water dont come on time, almost never. Frequently it comes and water is leaking out. They charged me months, probably 6 for extra cooler and when I called to get my money back because I only had one, they said they cannot refund more than 1 month and its mine fault that I didnt notice earlier. They skipped my water delivery for 1 month and every week I called they gave me different dates that they will come. They even said that the reason why water wasnt delivered on time because I didnt call them. Like really,? I called many times. 😡After all this aggravation I cancelled service which was 1st week of March. That same week they picked up their equipment and they are still charging me for their equipment. Oh yeah also on March 22nd I got my water delivery. Yes I got it after they took the cooler. What sense does that make. So when I called that day and told them to pick it up they said you have to wait until Friday 30th. 😡 I told them that I do not want it and it will stay outside and they said well you will be responsible if anything happens. 😡😡😡😡 and here we are today March 30th and guess what? Water is still here!!!!! I never dealt with this much incompetence.
I placed a recurring order of 3 cases of purified bottled water to be delivered every other week to my elderly mother. She cant lift heavy objects, so I specifically requested that they ring the doorbell or knock, and most importantly, bring it into her kitchen. After three months, they have delivered it correctly ONCE. Both my mother and I have repeatedly called customer service. Time and again we get assurances that various routing, branch, district, etc. managers will be notified and that she will receive the correct water delivered in a timely manner inside her home. Weve called the delivery driver and he never calls back. This is a very basic order and doesnt require much thought, so why is it so hard for a water delivery company to deliver water? Ive contracted with another service that understands such concepts as time, integrity and accuracy. Since I couldnt get a genuine response from anyone at Crystal Springs, perhaps the Better Business Bureau will have better luck. Save yourself some time and headaches. Do not do business with this company.

I give a one star because it wont let me give no stars. First day of service the driver skips us, we called and he came back later that day, however we werent home so he just left machine and three 5 gallon jugs of water sitting on our front door step... We live in an apartment complex of 600 people. Second delivery was on time. Third delivery he came a day early and left three jugs, but because he was a day early he didnt get the empties. Next time we order we had to pay a bottle deposit because he couldnt get the empty bottles. We asked to speak to a route manager because it wasnt our fault he came on a day he wasnt scheduled for. We were assured a route manager would contact us. Fast forward a week (weve paid the bogus deposit) and the driver again doesnt show up as scheduled, we call at 11 am and are told the driver will be here. Again at 4, told the same thing. Again at 5 and now were told weve been moved to 2 days later! No call... Not from the driver, the company, the route manager... NO ONE! We were told if we had called earlier that they might have been able to get it to us the next day but now there was nothing they could do. We had called... Twice.. We were lied to and told our delivery was coming. We asked to again speak to a route manager. We were placed on hold then the customer disservice rep came back on and said that a route manager would contact us. Lies and the run around is all we get. They get our hard earned money and we get to look at an empty water cooler.
Do not use this company. Terrible service. Cant get anyone on a phone. Have made multiple promises to pick up their equipment. Almost a year now and the equipment is still sitting in my office. Stay away.
