Please refrain from purchasing here! Mike is a con artist and will scam you for everything you got. He wants large deposits on broken down vehicles and won’t hold his end of the deal. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service in my life. If you value your money go to a real auto company. Mike is nothing but a crook and only wants your money. He lies about issues and his workers follow along with him. The whole establishment is a scam. I work in a business setting and would never treat a customer this way. If he has done this to you please take action, people work hard to obtain vehicles and he needs to be stopped.

Just called the dealership and the owner was extremely rude. The cars they advertise online are not on the lot. I would not recommend purchasing anything here no good customer service.

Purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Mike and got an affordable but classy Mini Cooper S. He does offer an in-house financing option with terms different than if financing with a bank or auto dealer with access to traditional lending, which seems to be a good option for a client with credit issues (not my case). Instead, I was looking for a lower cost vehicle which I paid for in cash and have no payments. I save the “payment” each month for a rainy day fund for the inevitable maintenance and repairs and I usually come out ahead. Having purchased many pre-owned vehicles over the years, I understand that a pre-owned vehicle is “as is” once you sign on the dotted line and that ANYTHING can go wrong with it as soon as you drive it off the lot and it hasn’t undergone a thorough in-house mechanical inspection (which means a higher price). I used an independent mechanic for an inspection before purchasing to identify any potential major issues and have had a good experience with this vehicle, all things considered...after all, it is a second generation Mini and they are known known for having “issues” and it can often be “from one check engine light to the next” in terms of maintenance and repairs...

This is the WORST PLACE TO PURCHASE FROM. The owner is rude and sales terrible. He sold a broken down vehicle said if it didn’t work He said return in a week. Wouldn’t hold his part of the deal and when confronted about it ripped up the bill of sale and doesn’t give receipts. Please don’t come here you will lose your money every time! He also put his hands on the customers and cursed him out. Two other people bought their cars back at the same time and requested money back. Police was called and police stated they have been to this place multiple times for unlawful practices. We are going to court for this matter, I highly recommend to look else where for a vehicle!

When I first moved to Greensboro after I saved up money I bought a used four Honda Accord from here. Best investment in a car I had ever made. Kept the car 10 years with no issues except normal wear and tear. I only got rid of it because I had some internal engine work done and the repair shop messed it up. I had 2 brothers buy themselves their cars there. Try them out!!

I would not reccommend this dealership to anyone!!! They sale you a bad car and when you tell them about the issues they dont have a care in the world. Me and my fiance got a car from here and within 2 weeks the brakes went out...Eventually found out that we need new callibers for both sides..there was only one brake pad on the right side and new rotors. So we couldnt even move the vehicle at all it sat for weeks..we decided to get I fixed and explained to them why we hadnt made the payment yet. On top of that, there were other major things wrong with the vehicle!!! We spent over $400 in labor and parts which took from the payment. I feel like over 2k was waisted on a down payment and weekly payments to only drive the car for 2 weeks. They came and took the car and told us that they are no longer financing it. We were only a week or so behind in payment. The owner was very rude..hung up in our face while we were explaining what was going on with the car...I will get all of my money back and more once I sue them for the hardship and cost of repairs. This is ridiculous!!! I would give 0 stars if I could!!

Fraudulent Dealership, Sold me a car with a bad transmission, car drove perfectly fine during test drive and then about 3 days later my check engine light came on and took it to get hooked up to computer guy said my transmission was going out and the oxygen levels were messed up in the car .Told Mike ( the owner ) and he just acted like he didn’t care. Told him i was paying on a transmission so that was taking my car payment money. I was one payment behind and he came and took the car after telling him that i had just changed to a better job and i would give him double the car payment when i got paid . He cursed me out and hung up the phone. Also he took the car after i got the new 2,300 transmission put in WITH A WARRANTY on it.

Great company to get a car from

I purchased a Chevy Suburban from Amana Auto Sales. The owner has been very nice to me. I lost my job and Mike worked with me so I would not loose my SUV. I would recommend people to stop by and speak with Mike about his cars.

Terrible, Terrible!!! Where do I start!!! The sales guy Francois knew nothing about prices of the cars. He gave me different prices than the owner. The owner Mike is just rude and curses all of the time like a sailor! The cars are garbage, they dont clean the cars or do any maintenance on them. They just buy them from the auction, park them on the lot and sell them as is, no warranty. No oil change record, no inspection papers, Lug nuts missing! All the mats for the car was missing, even the cargo wood for the trunk missing. They didnt even give me the original key to the car when I bought it. They said I had the original key, even though I know that the original key was used for the test drive! Please dont go there unsure of what car you want they will be rude to you. I have bought many used cars in my lifetime and have never been treated with such disrespect. PLEASE beware of AMANA AUTO SALES. The most awful customer service I have experienced!!! Due to their car having extensive damage and not being able to be covered by my insurance company! Mike didnt want to fix the damages or put me in another car with less damage. After further research about the company, I will definitely be reporting them to the BBB. I would just hate for anyone else to be in a horrible situation with this company. The lemon law does not apply to used cars which is a crying shame. Please be careful when buying a car from any dealership!

If I could give no stars I would and then some.This man was so disrespectful to me from the time I walked in its unbelievable.He changed the price on me. We had agreed to 2500 and when I get there it was 3k. That wasnt a issue I moved money over to make the deal happen. I have a thyroid issue and I broke down started crying cause of who rude and loud he was getting with me. I was told there was some wrong with me and now after being there for 5 hours he wasnt selling me the truck I desperately needed.Very unprofessional people and very very disrespectfulI will never recommend these people to anyone!!!

SCAM!!! Bad business! When the police were called the officer stated he gets calls about Amana frequently - Mike selling the same cars over and over by finding reasons to “repo” cars! Scamming people out of large down payments and then repoing cars! The officer stated if people would sue him maybe he would stop, the problem is nobody sues him! Owner very rude, gets disrespectful when asking questions. Sold us a car then day after had to replace a battery and now our check engine light is on and when asked what is going on with it they come to take the car. Very disappointing, I don’t recommend anybody to go here.
