Came in here with my grandson to help him buy a car, from the minute we walked in the door it was the most hassle free car buying experience I have ever encountered. My boyfriend and I came in to buy a Nissan Rogue that we fell in love with online. We had been to other dealerships and not been treated anywhere near how we were from Mike (Manager) and Liam (Salesman). From the second we walked in they greeted us with a pleasant smile and firm handshake. Our experience just improved from here; they let us look at the car and drive the car without hovering over us. Once we came back from our test drive Liam asked what we could put down and what monthly payment we were looking at. We have him the numbers and he got to work with Mike, making sure we got the best possible payment as well as lowest down payment. We had our 8 month old son with us, when he got hungry there was help from another woman working there and she microwaved our sons bottle. The bathrooms were clean, their customer service was above and beyond anything we had experienced. We will definitely be telling everyone about our experience buying a car here

Terrible service. I bought a car from the carlotz in Greensboro Nc. My sales rep Joshua White informed me that the brakes and rotors were new on the vehicle and that because they were new it would take some time for them to adjust. Well that was false. My car will cost 400 dollars to repair the rotors after only having it a month and to top it off the payment for the vehicle is due as well. Don’t tell lies be a true business man. I left a good review after I bought the car because he asked me to not willing, but now this is the real review. I called back and told them this same story and all I got was I’ll report this to my manager to see how we can do better. So I’m still out 400 dollars. TERRIBLE SEVICE!

So on 9/21/2020 I purchased a vehicle from Greensboro Carlotz paying a little over $17000 cash. Even do I looked the car over when I got home doing a full look over I noticed it had been hit in the back driver side bumper with a crack in it. It looked like someone had tried painting over it with finger nail polish or corrected fluid Next issue was I been waiting all this time for a second key which is a smart key which I told them I’d pick up. The store manager advised me he would mail it being he was tired of seeing me to this day the key is supposed to be in the mail but no sign of it. There quick to call you to buy a car but slow to provide customer service etc. this has been a horrible car buying experience and I don’t recommend anyone going here. I even asked to do a trade on the 3 return trade policy but the manager denied it. I’ve even reached out to Corporate who advises me there fixing the issue at the store but no response

My experience was very satisfying. I was able to search for a car online and schedule a appointment with one of the sales reps. On the day of the appointment I received a call just to verify that I was coming down to dealership and when I arrived the sales staff greeted me at the door and informed me the car was parked out front and was ready to be test driven. Went for a test drive and then was not rushed into buying the car. The dealer actually went down on the price. Was able to test drive, purchase, and leave within 1 hour. Now that a awesome car buying experience.

$799 document processing fee plus other fees, which is way above average. Consignment only, no way to discuss price with owner. Prices are fair to high, but after all their fees, 10% over book value.

Im a stay at home mom and I have to young kids so car shopping for me is something I dreaded, my husband I went shopping on Saturday 2/8 with our kids and I found a car on cargurs that I liked and wanted to look at not expecting Id love it or our kids would be patient enough to go through the car buying process that can take hours! But I was wrong! We met a young lady right as we walked In we were greeted and introduced to Ally I told her what I wanted to see and right away they pulled the car up and I took it for a test drive... I loved it! A 2017 Chevrolet equinox, the process was fast! Literally it just took up to 45 minutes to an hour and we were on our way home with a beautiful car that I loved! This was the best car buying experience that I have ever had the staff was friendly fast and organized!! Will definitely be back !!

Great hassle free sale people

Extremely helpful team they have! No pressure sale tactics. Nobody is commission based so they are full of honest answers and recommendations. My saleswoman was Mutsa. She eased my mind on purchasing my first vehicle on my own. The process was stress-free. I would definitely recommend!

Online they say buy online free shipping its on all of the pictures. I assumed that was shipping to a local store. So Im ready to buy a work van from them. Fill all the paper work out just to be called and told its $80 a mile. They only deliver within 50 miles. So that seems like a poor business practice to advertise one thing and not deliver. If you need a vehicle. Look at the other 25 car lots within a mile radius.

Everything was okay until they did not disclose that when you give your license in order to test drive that they use your information to access credit for possible financing. Not cool. I did not need nor spoke of a need for them to find financing for me.

Mike Inscoe gave me a great experience at CarLotz. I typically hate salesmen, but Mike is an exception. He made me feel comfortable and was very professional. I was also impressed by the selection of vehicles and the quality of them. Will recommend.

In February 2020 I visited Carlotz to purchase a Lexus GS350 they had for sale on their lot. (Thanks to my Wife who spotted the car and told me about it) The staff here was so helpful through out this process. Mind you my driving record was not the finest, I brought my own financing, but I was extremely concern about finding an affordable insurance. I worked with Alejandra who went above and beyond with the entire process, she even agreed to hold the car for a day while I went to find a reasonable insurance quota. I returned the next day with the best insurance offer I could find, and she said to me, lets try a few other places and see if we can get a better deal ( now this was after we had spent most of the previous day looking for a good insurance coverage ).
