BE AWARE that when you call to schedule service, youre speaking to a call center where the employees know absolutely nothing about cars, repairs, or which service centers can do the work required. That is a direct quote from AMANDA, the service manager at Flow Buick GMC of Greensboro.My truck was scheduled for service here, and after waiting for an hour and twenty-five minutes, I was informed that they had no way do an oil change or check my A/C, because it was to large for theyre lift.When I tried to get an explanation of why they would consider that a good way to do business, I was left standing in the waiting area while I had the joy of seeing multiple eye rolls before the service writer turned and walked away while I was still asking a question. Then once I was outside I could hear Amanda and her service writer talking about me and laughing.You know since Im the idiot who came to the wrong place on purpose because I love requesting to leave work early, drive an hour, and then wait while nothing is done.I wouldnt recommend that anyone do business at this location, and I hope that AMANDA and her service writer reads this (in the office with the general manager)

Had a wonderful experience. Chris was very polite, helpful and most of all not pushy. He spent a lot of time allowing us to test drive several cars while we were trying to decide. We left undecided, he followed up with us and had a car brought from W-S for us to see. We bought this one. He even sent us a Happy Thanksgiving text! This is what makes customers want to return. Josh also was very helpful, with a great personality and patience allowing us to make our decision .He made the completion of the sale very smooth.

We had a car that we were interested in buying brought to this store from the Raleigh Flow. Ari was our salesperson and he was amazing! He was so kind, honest, considerate, and not pushy at all. His customer service went above and beyond. While sitting with Ari, I even mentioned to my husband that I was hungry and Ari pulls out a granola bar for me from his desk. He is the best car salesman Ive ever worked with, and I will hopefully be buying my next vehicle from his as well. Ask for Ari if you are looking to buy a car from this dealership!

The parts department went out of there way to find a part for me. Ordered it and told me 3 days until arrival however they called me within 24 hours to let me know it was there waiting for me. Thanks for the superb service!!!
TERRIBLE service. We made an appointment to have a simple engine light diagnosed, showed up on time. Told it would take an hour. 2.5 hours later nobody had looked at the car to see if the light was a simple fix. All garage techs were constantly observed standing around looking at their phones. Managers whereabouts unknown. Only then did I read all the previous comments to learn that this is standard for this dealership. Should have picked another according to the overwhelming number of complaints. They were right.
No inventory, place is all tore up!

Be careful. Great sales (lies) & then treat customer like trash. Service department was awesome once I found a person to return calls & answer questions about broke down new 2019 Land Rover. Double check your paper work before leaving & females take a man so you can understand what they trying screw you on, because females are dumb easy targets for this sales team they tell you everything you want hear & make sure you dont look close @ fine print until to late. Very unethical practice at this place.

Best place to purchase a vehicle from. Beth told me from day one that she would get my family and I into a safe new vehicle with a good warranty and she delivered. She was relentless in finding us a vehicle that fit our every need. They treat everyone like family and go above and beyond. The finance manager did an excellent job getting me the rates I wanted. I definitely will be going back for future vehicles.
Dont go there unless you want to be ignored, lied to and generally want to feel less than a person by the Sales dept. They seem to forget they depend on our business!!! The only good part is the service dept. They do their job and treat you with kindness and are professional.
The shop has no communication with other coworkers. I think they are slow. Almost every time I have to get a loaner car. The service manager is terrible. Dont like him at all. You can call the service dept leave a massage and they call you back.
They have DIY test drives for COVID-19 and even let you take the car for a day or so

I cant speak to what things are like in person, but I can tell you not to order from GMPartsDirect.com. I placed an order on May 5th. I have called multiple times (left messages), logged 4 tickets on their online help system and sent emails.Not a single response. Just awful.
I work in High Point so often Ill take my car to the Greensboro Flow location to get my service done. These guys always do a great job and make sure things get taken care of. Ive really had nothing but great experiences with this team. I would highly recommend their service center.

Loved it. My wife and I were able to get an awesome van that we love. They had an extra key made..one if the programable ones made at our home and installed Bluetooth. Nick Johnson was our Salesperson very cool guy and very professional and patient. All of the staff were outstanding. Please keep up the great customer service!
We bought a 2010 Acadia and a 2017 Yukon XL here. Ive never had a car buying experience that was pleasant the entire way through, but the one here was good enough for us to return seven years later to buy our second vehicle from them. Our sales representative was okay, but once the transaction was complete you could tell he no longer had any interest in us.

We have had issues taking our car to Mazda in the past and so I was sceptical when we needed some assistance with our brakes and a tire rotation. With the changes in leadership and the entire culture at Mazda, I could not have been more pleased!! Special thanks to Mat and team! We will be back for our next round of maintenance and many more after that!
