My wife recently bought a car here. The test drive went fine. Later that day, the check engine light came on and the car struggled to start. After finally getting it to start, she drove it to work and it died several times on the way. She took it to a mechanic who said it was the crankshaft position sensor and mentioned that whoever diagnosed the car previously had turned the check engine light off. Meaning they knew it had problems when they sold it to her and deliberately hid it. We finally got an appointment to fix it a MONTH later, but not before my wife had to pay a $200 deductible.Dont buy here. The good ratings come from them sweet talking/begging you to leave a review before you leave because they get incentives.

Randy was my Salesmans several months ago now.He’s was very good overall but very busy making 3 deals at once.We made a deal on the phone for another car however it was already sold and he didn’t know. He did make it right the best way he could. My problem is with the car sold/traded to me has been problem after problem. It is now back in the shop with the same issue. Buying a car from Impex was quick and easy. I called around 7pm on a Monday to ask could I test drive a car that I wanted. Showed up around 7:20, Dylan had the car out front waiting on us. I came into Impex as I had seen an car online, upon entering, Dominic was quick to assist me without even being asked. After the test drive, Dominic went over all possible options for me to get into my dream car. I was able to get everything squared away within a day and I am so thankful I had Dominic as my Sales Agent. Will def return just because how amazing he was!

Sold me a car that they claimed they fully inspected and was 100% safe, 3 days later all the brake lights came on (ended up being a faulty brake booster, which eventually would have lead to total brake failure. (This problem was easily diagnosable beforehand by any mechanic who knew anything about Priuses.)When I came back in, they said they would look at it in about a week but since I didnt have any warranty they werent going to promise anything. I also found out that their money back guarantee comes with a $2,500 restocking fee.Additionally, during the sales process they told me that they would fix an issue with the cars windows, which turned into them looking at it and saying they couldnt find a part and that they couldnt do anything.Either sloppy mechanics, cashgrabbing management, or both. Either way, would not recommend that anyone I know purchase a car from this place.

This was our first experience with Impex and each time we visited, our assigned sales rep Dominic was able to answer our questions, guide us through the inventory touch screens and pull cars around that we wished to see and/or test drive. The lot should keep the cars exterior clean (couldnt see the paint job through the water spots) and the engines should be cleaned up. This may have kept us from being more interested in a RAV4 that we looked at. Overall, Impex was a great car sales visit and made all the better with employees like Dom.

The worst car buying service one can find. First, they sold me a defective car that failed to pass my State inspection and would not help fix even when they promised to pay some of the costs for fixing the car. After I fixed the car at my cost, I chased them for over three weeks to get the car registered without success. Then all of a sudden I get a call from my MVA that the amount of money that they had paid for registration was not enough and I had to pay more my pocket. All the while, they were not returning my calls!!! Buyer be .
