My wife and I recently purchased a Jeep from John at Simple Auto Solutions after my truck went out. We felt rushed for time as it put us down to one vehicle, but we also wanted to make the right decision. We looked at a few places online but one day while out we decided to stop at Simple Auto, and saw a few things we liked. Once we spoke with John, who was kind, knowledgeable and most importantly honest, we were sure this was the place, but now the hard part picking between all of the nice vehicles. We narrow our choice down to the Jeep we purshased and we are so happy with our decision. John made the entire process very easy. We would recommend Simple Auto Solutions to anyone who is looking for a new car or truck.

Our son found a truck online he really liked and forwarded the information to us. (Like he had numerous times) We actually liked this truck and everything about it. I called and spoke with the owner and found out the vehicle and dealership was in Greensboro. (An hour and a half from us) John and Maria were both so easy to work with on the entire transaction. We actually stopped on the way to our daughters college during the middle of the week and looked at the truck. We went back on Friday afternoon and completed the paperwork and purchased the truck! We couldnt of asked for a smoother transition. Well worth the drive from the Charlotte area!!

I am very pleased with my experience. I had been looking for a Mercedes E550 w/AMG package keyless go panoramic sunroof. Tuesday morning I had gave up on find a decent one. Then before going to bed Tuesday I check Autotrader’s and it showed me a new listing. Wednesday I went to Simple Auto Solution went straight to the car and as you can see it was gorgeous.I ask him if I could take it to Eurobahn for a pre purchase inspection and without hesitation he said sure and sent his gorgeous employee to ride with me. Now I’m ridding down the highway in a gorgeous car with a beautiful lady man...ok ok back but Eurobahn inspected it and didn’t find anything wrong with it. I’m not going to tell you numbers but I’ll say this. I had seen cars posted equal to or less condition for as much as $6000 more than what he asked. Oh and the picture is in my driveway so don’t go looking for that one it followed me home.

Above and beyond service, John was straight forward, honest, professional and friendly. Great people! From out of state, Got a great truck, clean and no issues and a great price. Would recommend to anyone!

John is the man! Just bought a jeep from him sight unseen. I am located in Texas and was seriously debating the whole process of trying to buy a vehicle from out of state without actually seeing it and then having to have it shipped over a 1000 miles to my home town. John made the process super easy and reassuring... he did a complete cosmetic inspection and took many HD photos while pointing out any flaw that he could see... he also took the vehicle into a local Jeep dealer and had it fully inspected per my request. John answered all my calls and texts and made communicating through the whole process a breeze (which isnt something that I have experienced from other dealers because I usually get passed from one person to the next and can never keep steady communication). The jeep arrived, and it was exactly how I expected it, no surprise disappointments and no buyers remorse. They clearly care about their customers and about maintaining a positive reputation. I would recommend these guys to anyone, good genuine down-to-earth people... just wish I lived nearby so I could send more people their way... but if your from out of state and interested in one of their vehicles, go for it! Nice person but Ive very down with my purchase car is a lemon. Its always had engine light, battery lights on since day one.Ive asked to have another little car off his lot to honor his this bad purchase that was sold to me. Nope nah that seem a no go. I dont see that as good business. Hell my car was a $4000 purchase. You would like to ride a few months safe. I must have a better car. I blame myself for trusting.

Horrible experience. Extremely rude to me. I told them I had money in hand for one of their trucks. I was on the way to the dealership to sign the bill of sale. I planned on paying cash straight up but I was just curious about if they were interested in a trade-in. He told me that my 2016 F150 eco boost was a can of worms. I asked him what experience he had with the truck and his response “why don’t you google it”. I then told him I’ve owned ecoboosts since they started selling them. He interrupted me to say “ we don’t want your business” and hung up
