This was the best experience that I’ve had with a body shop. I needed some work done due to a key scratch that I had on my car. I worked with McKenzie & not only was she professional but she reassured me that my car was in good hands. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone. Had my new used car detailed. 2018 Volvo XC90. Josh’s team did such an amazing job. The car had hard water spots from being leased in Florida. Believe when I tell you the car looks brand new fresh off the lot from the dealer. I was driving and I think I saw three people almost break their necks following my car with their eyes. They were just as memorized as I was when I saw the beauty and quality of my sweet ride. Definitely recommend. Highly.

Had my Lexus IS300 detailed there and they left it looking like it had just came out of the dealership. Nothing but great quality work and the people there are great to work with. Great customer service!! Great communication with breaking all the information down. The workers made sure the car was clean and had gas in it! Great staff they all were so nice! I can’t remember the gentleman name who helped me yesterday. When you walk into their office it’s the young man whose table is the first one on the right! He did such a phenomenal job! I brought a Durango from them about one month, and the day I drove off the lot (after hours) the check engine came on but ran fine. So me and my wife called the next day once we got home (which is 2hrs away) and they said just to take it to a mechanic so they can take a look at it. Well before we could even make it to the mechanic, the top radiator hose busted from not being properly secured in place so we had to tow it to the shop. So we had the shop look at the radiator hose and check light. After battling two weeks just to get the warranty people to send a adjuster out there. Turns out the camshaft has to be replaced which is a $3,600 job plus whatever it’s cost for the diagnostic and radiator hose smh. Called them and they basically said that didn’t mean to sell me a lemon and there’s nothing they can do to help me but pay the warranty deductible ($100) lol. If you want a reliable vehicle and a dealership that actually cares about their customers, DONT LOOK HERE worst experience ever
