Terrible experience, they were lazy, sitting down watching TV while my friend was trying to buy a car, spent no time to actually show any sort of customer service or bother creating a good atmosphere for the customer. No knowledge on the vehicles they simply buy auctioned vehicles, and just flip them thats it.. They didnt even bother cleaning the vehicle to make it look presentable. Horrible experience. They had no idea what they were doing. So unorganized and the customer service is better at McDonald’s. I would never go back. I was looking at a truck on the lot and there was an odd sound and when I asked one salesman what it was he said he drove it the day before and there were no issues. Also a massive oil leak that they just didn’t care to mention. Would not recommend

I just want to say thank you to Fred and his team!!! I got a nice car for a low price and never thought in a million years that I would end up with the type of car I have for the price I paid. Every question was answered and he got me in and out. That car was definitely meant for me because I called and was told it was sold just to hear something back from them saying the car was still there and the potential buyer is not getting it. The low pressure light was on just to find out today the tires didnt have tire caps. All I could do is laugh I bought some a month ago to only find out I didnt need them for my other vehicle. Their cars look great on the surface, and so does their service. However, once you buy a car from them, you will most likely have to do repairs and their customer service becomes non-existent. They took forever to get me my tags and my spare tire, and I had to drop an additional $2000 on repairs a week after purchasing the car. I could barely get in contact with them. Please reconsider.

Well I came there to look at a 2017 Honda accord and one of the salesman told me about the 2010 Mercedes E Class 350? He told me that he had 47,000 miles and only two owners! So he gave me the keys to it I took it for a test spin I really enjoyed it and when I return with the car? He said that he was the assistant manager there? I shook his hand and I start discussing him about the price of the car and he said he will work with me and I told him that I have real good credit also! So he ran my credit that went well and surprisingly He pulled up Truliant bank in Winston? I told him that I’ve bank with them! So moving forward I got approved for the loan and we start talking numbers and he told me that he will work with me on the numbers! So I came back the next day to sign the papers that’s when I met the manager name Abdul Hamze! He introduce him self to me and he discussed the numbers with me again and he did not pressure me at all he gave me a great price on this Mercedes with a Great warranty and he took off $1,600 off the price of the car! And he also took the tint of my Mercedes and gave me a new second key too!! And he also gave me a choice of making my first payment on the car and a down payment on my car insurance to or making a payment on my truck payment that I had due this week. And also we was also talking about cleaning cars and He offered me a job cleaning up his cars too?? I wanted to cry but I held back my tears cause my passion for cleaning cars that’s what I do!!This was the best Car buying experience I had in my 30 years of buying cars! Nice little dealership off of West market theyve got some nice cars and theyre fairly priced, theres some wiggle room on the pricing if you know how to talk to them and what your talking about, show up at the right time and Ive known people to get amazing unexpected deals because the lot was overcrowded and they were trying to get some of the lower end or harder to sell cars off the lot for extremely cheap this is happened a couple times its one of those things where you may find a good deal you may not find anything worth investing inbut if youre looking for a car stop by and check it out they always managed to have a unique selection not very big but a little bit of everything

Once they seal the deal they drag there feet. Over 2 months now and I still have no title nor have they transfered my tag. I bought another car back in Nov and that title took almost 2 months. Cant complain about the cars. Just the service.

I had been looking for a car for a while and no one would do anything really helpful because I don’t have the best credit in the world well I found a car I like at Triad. I contacted them and they responded in a timely fashion which was excellent only problem the car I liked had just been sold!! They went over and beyond to find me “Me” something that I liked and went the long mile to get me approved for what I wanted. After about 2-3 days of goin back and forth I finally made it down there and of course they had everything set up Nd ready for test driving and all.
