Great flooring store. Good inventory, diffrent name brands from Shaw, to Mohawk. Hardwoods, to Carpet, to tile.

Everything was exactly as expected. The refinishing job wasn’t easy, but the crew was able to patch, sand, and stain and save me significant amounts of money on replacement. Very pleased.

Erin with GOt You Floored was incredible! I am not well-versed at all with any home renovations and she was a huge help in picking a carpet and catch a vision for the wood floors! She was super attentive and recommended that we do a slight stain to cover some water damage that we had. I could not be more pleased with everything! She also did a killer job and helping us with the kitchen floor. We loved our experience with Got You Floored!

The process was seamless! Erin was EXCELLENT! The crew that was sent out was wonderful. They moved the furniture, cleaned up well, and matched the wood floors perfectly to the color of the wood floors in the rest of the houseI I can’t say enough about this company .. except I wish I had found them sooner!! Our experience with Got You Floored for our carpet change was amazing from start to finish. Mike came out to provide the estimate, was very friendly, and the team he sent was AMAZING. They did 5 rooms, including moving furniture and breaking down/ reassembly of beds in 2 days, left everything spotless and were courteous and respectful during the whole process. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Anthony and his team if you are in the Winston Salem area.I wish we had known how awesome they were before we went with our insurance companys pick for our wood floor repair that was scheduled for the following weekend (I posted a different review on that company). It was a night/day experience. Dont make the mistake we did, just check out Got You Floored first!

After 17 years of ware on our carpet we decided it was time to get some new flooring. We contacted Monica Clendenin at Got You Floored and had her come out and talk with us about the many flooring options available to us. We went out to their showroom and looked at the great selection of hard wood flooring that they had. We made our selection, brought home some samples to see how they might work with our decor. She worked with us on pricing, made a trip to our home and took measurements, gave us a price and within a week or so our flooring arrived. Within a week or so the installation crew shows up and started ripping up carpet, laminate flooring and vinyl flooring and stated installation. We had a lot of furniture that had to be moved through the entire installation process and they did all that for us. They finished up and the flooring looks great. Their installation crew took their time with the entire process, including the moving of our furniture and even moving it all back where we wanted it. I would highly recommend using Got You Floored for your next flooring project.

They did a super job of removing old carpet and pad. They thoroughly vacuumed the basic flooring before laying the padding. After the carpet was installed, the once again vacuumed each of the three rooms. My favorite part: No Surprises!

Scott Hill was great! He was very responsive and helped me make some difficult decisions. His installers were great too and did an amazing job!

We planned on 2 days for the job to be completed. Valde and his crew blew us away with their speed and professionalism. They finished the job in 1 day including moving furniture and placing it back when done. Totally impressed.

Erin Kivela is awesome! I had 4 estimates and none met my expectations. The sale people did not listen to what I wanted and told me what they wanted to do. Their estimates were chicken scratch. While you might not have been the cheapest, I felt the most confident that the job would be done right and that the price quoted on the detailed estimate would be the price I paid. Erin, even found me some discounts b/c not all of my stairs needed to be built. Ill gladly leave you reviews elsewhere and do a promotional video for you. Im a realtor and I will definitely be referring you to everyone I know!

They have an option that on their website to select a Saturday appointment time to get someone to come to your home and give you a quote on flooring....however they will call you back 2 days later and tell you that they don’t work on Saturdays. No problem. Obviously not wanting business from me. I will deal with someone else who is willing to help me out and come when it’s possible for me as I am in process of buying the home and not allowed in all the time

They are currently treating my granddaughter like she does not matter. They were supposed to have her floor installed a week ago. They did a terrible job and refuse to make time to come fix their shoddy work. I hate seeing her upset. But she paid in advance so they dont care now that they have her money.

They lure you in with prices cheaper than Lowes and then do a job even corporate Lowes would be ashamed of.
